Pale Horse is a unique 2 level atmosphere with a sensual lounge & restaurant downstairs with a clubby vibe and Skybar on the rooftop. Experience Skybar, the only rooftop bar and restaurant in New Braunfels, with cabanas, a waterfall, and performances from talented DJs spinning music every night. Enjoy the view and lounge in one of our rooftop cabanas while enjoying one of our signature craft cocktails and great food from our kitchen that stays open until Midnight. We welcome under 21 until 9 pm every night.

We had an absolute blast here! Our group is from Austin and we were looking for a spot that was out of the city and unique. The management was so thoughtful and accommodating when I emailed to let them know we had a bday celebration on a Sunday. They brought out the cake with sparklers and set up a beer pong/flip cup table for the group. The crab cakes were amazing and the bartenders were nice enough to experiment with a few mock tail combos for myself. The rest of the group definitely enjoyed their mimosas as well! Great experience!

Very nice drinks on the roof top bar. Service was great, music wasn’t our style. Special drinks unusual and tasty.

Very fun bar with great DJ’s. Not sure who called TABC on us tho but sure did suck when we were spending the most money in the bar and had to end our night early...

This is a great place to go in new Braunfels if you’re looking for appetizers and drinks with a great atmosphere. Fun vibe, great music.

This place has a lot of potential but the skybar is an accident waiting to happen. There is a waterfall up there that spills out into misplaced tiles that have large gaps one between. Everything within 3 feet is soaked. It’s only a matter of time before someone slips and hits their head if it has happened already. The drinks are really good here and the bartenders are great. The tables are never clean though and many are particle board and starting to fall apart due to water exposure. The big bed things up too are the last places people want to sit because they look dirty. Better flooring and more clean seating would make this place lots better. It is fun energy- I hope it survives!

Nice spot. Interesting location. Food was not good at all, we ordered wings, pizza, nachos, and chicken strips after checking out the hotel-like breakfast buffet and decided against it. Nachos had cold clumps of cheese and stale chips. The rest of the food was very frozen meal-like. Don’t know how else to explain it. Drinks were ok. Ended up ordering a draft beer. Service was great as well as the rooftop/pool side (no actual pool) vibe. Inside still had sticky floors and glitter from the night before. Was a little hesitant to sit on the couches. Overall, the place has great potential if they work on the food menus and the night clean up crew.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! Food was good, music was on point, and all employees were so friendly! We sat on the rooftop at Skybar and the weather and view was perfect. We will be back soon!
