Food was delicious, the service was fantastic. The live music was lovely. The air conditioning struggled. We will be back on a cooler day.

The food was awesome. The place was a bit warm and the live music a bit loud but not unpleasant. Our server was sweet and helpful but a bit over whelmed and probably overheated. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the food was very good. We will be back.

they are not the same palazzo that was on fulton street even the pictures are the app are from the old restaurant. There was no ac and the hostess was rude. we walked out..i will never recommend this restaurant

Great food and service...nice atmosphere. The piano/keyboard music was nice, but too loud - had to almost shout across small table to hear/be heard.

Had dinner at the restaurant at 8:00 on a Wednesday night. Only two other tables were occupied. Because it is a small venue, there was still a bit of ambient noise, but not enough to distract the conversation at my table. The food was delicious and the serving sizes ample. My only complaint is that they were out of a couple of the dessert options on the menu. This restaurant is BYOB, so the savings for bringing your own wine are a nice additional benefit. The cost of a 3 course meal for two was about $100 excluding tip. The restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood. Finding street parking was not a problem.
