nice place. good food with a cuban flair. wide variety of drinks and cocktails.
Everything was absolutely delicious!! Our server was so gracious and had a permanent smile on his face! It was a wonderful evening!
Enjoyed dinner here with friends from we hadn’t caught up with for a while. They’d never been to Paladar and thought it was a great choice.
The food, drinks and service were excellent!!! Paladar is such a great place to eat and just have a nice evening! The staff is pleasant and their customer service is superb!
Best queso fundido I have ever had.
Always great food & service. Can't beat the HH prices too!
We had a great meal on a Monday night! Even with my significant dietary restrictions, I had a fabulous, tasty meal of lamb burger and yucca fries. They wrapped my burger in lettuce, and swapped the yucca for their adobo fries The service was great, it was 6 pm, so a little early, but not loud at all. My son ordered a virgin blackberry-thyme mojito and raved about it. Highly recommend!
I was not overly impressed. Food was just ok. We had 4 people in our party and all were disappointed with their food. The guacamole was very good. Our waitress, Shaina, was mediocre. Twice we asked her for recommendations (food and drink). Both responses was 'I am not sure. I have never tried them.' We also asked for 2 checks, and we got 1. Most restaurants should couch wait staff on food and drinks since guests want recommendations. Big loss just in up-sale technique alone.
Great food, excellent service, and a decent value. Will definitely go back.
Visited during restaurant week to try them out, I wasn’t to impressed with the tacos but I am willing to try other menu items and get a better feel for them.
It was very disappointing compared to previous dining experience there!
The main reason I chose this restaurant was that I love mojitos, and I was not disappointed. The food was also delicious, but the service was underwhelming. Our waitress disappeared for extended periods of time, and I had to wait a long time to order my second drink. She did not come back to check on the quality of our food. I had to ask the manager for help. She was friendly but made no significant effort in service recovery. I enjoyed my experience overall, but for the price I would have expected a higher quality of service. One last thing that left me with a somewhat negative review was that when I opened my leftover container the next day I noticed they did not pack up all of my food. However, because the food was so good I’d be willing to give them another chance and would still recommend it.
Our lunch was very enjoyable from cocktails to dessert. My wife had the Cuban sandwich which had thick slices of baked ham and was quite delicious. I had the huevos rancheros which hit the spot for me. For dessert, we shared the bread pudding...equal in deliciousness to any we have ever had. Service was spot on. Our only caveat is that parking could be an issue.
We ordered the jerk chicken skewers and mojo pork to stones which were delicious. Entrees were pork shank and fiejoado stew with food left over for another meal. Went during restaurant week but didn't order off that menu but the options were still good. They also offered a menu for lent as well which I appreciated even though I wasn't observing. Our server was helpful without being annoying and the red sangria was a good deal and very tasty. I will definitely be back!
I very much enjoyed my first but not last visit to your establishment. Loved your menu choices and was glad to see vegan choices.
Waiter was great! Accommodated me, my date and my puppy. He did everything right and we were able to enjoy the day outside and our meals. The food was delicious as well like always.
Good lunch but VERY loud - hard to hold a conversation without shouting.
Food was great. The drinks were not very good, not well made.
We were there for Restaurant Week. We were seated right away. The waitress came and introduced and then said "I'll be right back i have to clear a table". She came back and then took our drink and appetizer order. We waited about 10-15 minutes for the appetizers. We received our drinks about 10 minutes after the apps. The food was just ok. My wife's Skirt Steak was tough. Overall not a great experience.
The food was almost cold and lacking in taste. I’ve been here several times and really enjoyed it but this time really left a lot to be desired. Very disappointed and hoping this was a fluke.
Much better than the last time we were there. Food was very good.
Paladar was amazing from start to finish. The staff is very attentive and works hard to make sure your experience at their establishment is the best that it can be.
Guac and ceviche were delicious
Very accommodating. We were late for our reservation but still received prompt seating. The server gave help to my wife in choosing among the gluten-free dishes. Only complaint would be that my french fries were cold as well as were the black beans that accompanied my wife's entree. We will be returning to try more of their offerings
Quick service. Quacamole was very good, my husband got a cheese and chorizo app which he said was ok. Got the lamb burger which was juicy and flavorful. Came with fries which were low quality and dry, so those need to be upgraded. Husband liked his Cuban sandwich. Drinks were strong but very good. Overall I liked it and would recommend it to others.
I visited with 5 friends. We were sat at a round table and were able to speak to each other. Although a bit loud, we could still see each other. The guacamole was amazing and the entrees were tasty and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend the Atlantic Cod Veracruz (I think that was the name) with large pieces of cod and large shrimp surrounded by awesome rice and veggies! The server was patient with us and gave us enough time to order and visit with each other. The restaurant is lovely, the drinks were 'on-point' and our GNO was a success. We will be back.
Paladar is always great. Our waitress was great she have us great suggestions, especially when my friend didn't like her original dish. We will definitely be going back.
The food was great! Drinks were delicious! Service was very slow especially during a quieter lunch hour. We'll be back but hope to have a different server.
Absolutely amazing! Great Food - Great Service. We had a lovely date night.
Dinner was great with the exception of a loud group next to us one of which cursed loudly the whole time. Hard to enjoy a dinner with that going on.
We didn't like the food at all...very disappointing. My husband had cuban pork and it had a gross sweet sauce. I had ropa vieja and it was very dry. The dessert was mucusy and grossed us out. The rum was good! Definitely wouldn't go back.
Once again, Paladar provided a great dining experience. The food and service are wonderful. The pace of the meal was perfect and the whole family couldn’t stop eating the trio of guacamole. Great job! We’ll see you soon.
Fantastic service, great food will go back again. Sort of loud due to the amount of people that were there.
What an incredible experience! My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new and happened to see this restaurant at the King of Prussia location while dining at another restaurant.
The menu is incredible. House made guacamole with feta and bacon blew my boyfriend away. This restaurant used pickled onions to add a punch of flavor, and boy does it deliver. We also ordered off of their limited Carnival menu and opted for the Lamb and Cheese Bread sliders. Holy cow. It was served with a chipotle honey and offset the more gamey flavor of the lamb perfectly. We both got tacos for dinner. I opted for the fish and my boyfriend went with the beef. Both were brimming with flavor. Also, you get a lot for the price. Three full-sized tacos come with each order along with a side of rice and beans. We did indulge in desert as well. We went with something else off of the Carnival menu, but honestly I can’t remember what it was called or what was in it. I just remember the flavor. A vanilla, cookie mouse type experience.
The service was great. We had Joe L.. as our server, and trusted his recommendations throughout our experience. He was funny, attentive and super knowledgeable about the menu. We really enjoyed him and his expertise.
As for ambiance, what a beautiful space. This restaurant can get very crowded so we made reservations. We still ended up by the windows which can be chilly in the winter, but I imagine it’s a completely different experience when the weather gets warmer. It’s not too loud, but prepare for a full house.
Overall, if you’re looking to mix up your regular dinner experience and are open to a Latin flavor profile...don’t walk, run.
The service was terrible.
Fantastic experience! The manager, Paul, was outstanding.
Place is very nice looking. Great area. Decided to eat at the bar. Male bartender was there but never acknowledged was even there. Meanwhile there might have been only people at the bar. Finally a female bartender came back. Gave me a menu and took my drink order. Took a while to come back to take my order. Ordered the mixed grill platter. Steak was good, chicken was ok and sausage had no taste. Rice was very bland. Neither bartender can by to see how everything was or if i needed a drink. After finishing i pushed the plate far away from me to give them the hint i was done. After a while she came by and asked if i wanted dessert. I said no she cleaned my area and left. Never asked if i wanted another drink. She left the bar area and the male bartender was cleaning up the bar again never came by to see if i wanted anything or to give me the check. Finally the female bartender came back and i had to get her attention to give me the check. Based upon the food not that great and the horrible service I will not return or recommend
Service was weird. Too slow initially and then everything at once. Drinks, guacamole and cerviche delicious. Both taco entrees were way too sweet. Pork pernil was inedible. Too tough and stringy to eat
Excellent service, great bartender, never felt rushed, really enjoyed our meal
This place is always busy. However the staff are consistently attentive, but not overly so. I was with a party of seven. We sent for apps and drinks. Since it was National Margarita Day, margaritas we’re $5. Everyone in my party was satisfied with their order. We definitely plan to return after the weather gets warmer, so that we can sit outside in the Town Center’s outdoor sitting area.
