Don't order your food spicy or it will come nuclear hot. Not the greatest Thai in Plano but not the worst.

The billboard for this restaurant is what attracted me to it, so perhaps I was expecting something based upon the photo. The pad thai was good but the pad see ew was so salty that we couldn't stop drinking water during and after. The restaurant is convenient to the movies & that would be a reason to go there. But it really was ultra casual. There were dirty dishes all over the place, which was a turn off. We tried to sit outside but there were too many flies so definitely sit inside until they get a fly zapper or something to correct that. I would go back for the pad thai if I'm in the mood for Thai right before a movie but I woudn't really go there otherwise.

We arrived at 7:25 for our 7:30 reservation but they had not reserved a table for us. When we complained, the hostess just shrugged and told us there were "walk ins". She asked if we wanted to sit outside.....it was 100 degrees.....no one was outside.

2nd time we've been there and both times food, drink and service were superb. We had brunch this time but their regular menu has excellent chef-influenced Thai food. Good place for foodies.

Went on a Monday night, and it just happened to be Pad Thai special night. Gluten Free Chicken Pad Thai that was AMAZING! and loved the Chularita with Prickly Pear swirled in as well.

We have been looking for a good Thai restaurant that had fresh ingredients and authentic Thai flavors and we have found Pakpao meets all of our expectations. We will definitely be going back for lunch, brunch and dinner again. Outstanding food and service!

This was my first time at this particular location. The ambience was beautiful on the inside and outside, but the restaurant was hard to locate. The sign on the actual building is tiny. The service was good, but the food was just okay. I had the pineapple fried rice and I didn't like it as much as I did the one I had at the Design District location.

We are eating dinner at this restaurant very often and most of the time enjoying.... Tonight dinner was awful....disaster....experience!!!! Noisy... We was waiting for the food almost 30 min... The soup wasn't hot and served in a broken cup... The rice noodles in the pad Thai dish wasn't well cooked... And not hot... Seems the restaurant team lost the control.... We really didn't enjoyed our dinner and sure it wasn't deserved the money we paid for our dinner... We definitely will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and definitely not come back to this restaurant!!!!
