The food is very good. The service? Depends upon your server whether or not it’s attentive. The atmosphere is not energetic; it’s simply the music is so loud that you have to request it to be turned down in order to have a pleasant conversation without shouting. Turn the music down!!! Wait to see if anyone asks for it to be louder volume.

The food was terrible. Over priced sloppy kimchi fries. The orange chicken was more like an old McDonald’s chicken nugget in some old sauce. No draft beer, half the cocktails werent available. The bottled beer was warm. Biggest waste of money. Don’t bother. Makes Panda Express look Michelin star.

I’ve been coming here on and off for the past 5 years and I must say, the overall quality has gone down. Restaurant was practically empty on a day when they have an entree special and the staff still struggled to keep up with the few tables that were occupied. The waitress was very polite and did try her best. There was no bartender so our drink order were slow. A couple came in and indicated that they reservation and somehow they were left standing by the door for at least 10 minutes, unnecessarily. I use to bring visiting friends and family here, all the time but I’m not sure that I would, anymore; it’s nowhere near what it use to be, especially the service. Also, there was a flickering light situation in the ceiling, all night which we found to be distracting.

The food was good and interesting. It seems like it's Thai with Latin influences. The sauces were very good, but with ingredients you would not expect in Thai foods. This is not a problem, it's a fusion that in the end I believe is good. The main issue we had was the management. It seems like the restaurant has a ton of potential, but at the moment it's a bit lacking in vision.

My favorite Thai food in Dallas! Moderately upscale. Appetizers, entrees and drink menu (esp. sake) are excellent and fresh and flavors are well balanced.

It was a great experience. The atmosphere was great.Although there were other tables the service was so great it felt like we were the only people in the room. Quiet, intimate and great for a date night.

We had the chicken pad thai, wings, spicy garlic and everything was pretty tasty.. Glass of water we received was dirty with something green and sticky on the rim. The sparkling sake and lotus blossom were delicious.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Service was great. Music inside was a little loud and not really dining appropriate. Started with sone appetizers. Had edamame - was very good. Crunch spring rolls were excellent and the roasted cashews were my favorite! I ordered the pineapple fried rice. It was very good. Served in a half of a pineapple. I had chicken with mine. Would def order again. My friend had Thai chicken. The flavor was good but the dish compared the the menu description was very different. Overall it was a very good meal and will definitely go back to try other dishes.

The waiter forgot about us since we were on the patio and then when he brought back our check my card wasn’t present. I had to go inside and find the waiter and then he had to “look” for my card. He went to the back and “found” it. Very poor service.

This was the first time for my husband and I to go there. It took a minute to get our server over to our table. But, the food was great. We had the Pineapple Fried Rice, and it was excellent. I also like their "bread", when he brought out the sweet sauce to go with it. Overall, it was a nice dining experience.

Food (pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, summer rolls) were just average and the martini I ordered only filled the glass half way. The server was nice though. We used to go here every time we went to Fair Park for a musical. We will definitely have to find a new place.

The combination Pad Thai was so flavorful. It was difficult not to scarf it down.
For a nonalcoholic treat I highly suggest the watermelon mint drink.
Great ambiance service and food

We had reservations but when we arrived we were told they were closing early. They didn’t bother to contact us to let us know they would not be honoring our reservation. They turned away several other parties as well. A simple phone call would have saved us the trip, allowed us to find another reservation in a timely manner, and would have preserved our impressions of the restaurant (which we typically enjoy).

Worst food ever ! We ordered pork pot stickers which are traditionally steamed or pan sautéed. They arrived deep fried. I ordered Teriyaki vegetables with Tofu. The tofu had 2 grill marks, was mushy and cold. Sent it back for Drunken Noodles with chicken. The noodles ( which should be the star) were cut into 2 inch pieces and dry. To call this place Thai is a disgrace. Our waiter Alex was great and I felt sorry for him having to serve that nasty food.

Reservations required for an empty restaurant? Appetizers came out after entree? A little disappointed that most mocktails and half the bat items were unavailable (no beers on tap)…the restaurant felt under staffed.

We had an 8:00 reservation but weren’t seated until 8:30. Nobody approached our table until 8:41….just before we were about to walk out of the restaurant. Once we ordered our food, it wasn’t served for 35 minutes. We won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We had an awful experience with server Jessica. There were hardly any patrons when we arrived but she was impatient with us. Her and the guy who served the dishes both told us that they no longer serve the pineapple fried rice inside half of a pineapple. The guy tried to say that they now put the pineapple inside of the fried rice instead of giving it inside of a pineapple, but even when they served the dish in a pineapple there was still pineapple in the fried rice - so that was not new. Then they contradicted themselves and said that they just did not have any more pineapples that evening. Less than 20 minutes later the table next to us ordered the same thing and received it inside of half of a pineapple 😑 On top of that, the portions were much smaller than pre-Covid times (understandable but still) and the cocktail was gross. It took at least 30 minutes from the time that she delivered our check for her to actually pick it up and then finally get it back to us through another person. She accused me of having an attitude with her and said that my friend did not have shoes on (what? - she was wearing sandals) I take it that she must've been in a sour mood before we arrived, but to take it out on customers was pretty ridiculous. I have always loved this place in the past and was excited to share it with a friend, but this experience has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth.

We live across the street and frequently eat dinner there and usually have no problem! We love their homemade lemonade, potstickers, calamari, and their food is usually top notch and great service.

For whatever reason last nights meal was a disaster. Our waiter was extremely inattentive. He didn’t come out to check on us after we placed our food orders. The bus boy, food runner, and other waiters filled our waters for us and ran our appetizers to our table. But the kicker was- our food took almost an hour to get to us after ordering. Our waiter didn’t return to our table once. And one of our orders was rang in completely wrong. By the time all of our food came we were extremely annoyed.

We did speak to the general manager, as he was the one on duty, and while he was helpful and apologetic it was clear that their ship was sinking quickly last night.

Food quality has really slipped. This started out as a restaurant I couldn’t believe served such fresh, authentic Thai food, right here Dallas. Sadly it’s settled into the mediocrity of any other strip center quick place.

While the food was tasty, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. I ordered the pumpkin curry and there was barely an inch cover the bottom of the dish. I expected double the amount for what we paid.

The outdoor ambience was OK. Service was was great.

Played loud reggae music in a Thai restaurant? I think not!
Ordered chicken pad Thai and it tasted nothing like the dish I tasted in Thailand, very sparse on the chicken and heavily loaded with spice (not noted on the menu) and vegetables not usual to the dish.
The other dish ordered was Patsi Yu and it had no taste! Sorry but we will not return !

We waited 45 minutes for the first dish. It was cold. The manager apologized and did not charge us for what was brought to that point, a couple of drinks and the cold dish. Others were served before us who arrived later. Disappointing.

Turn down the volume of music!! It's so loud that it makes it difficult to have a conversation with your lunch mate.

It was a most unusual experience for Pak Pao as it has previously been a favorite! It took us over an hour to get our food at lunch. While the food was good when it finally arrived, we barely had time to eat it and get to our appointment. They were obviously short handed in the kitchen. The restaurant was no where near full. What bothered me most, and the reason for this review, is that they didn’t apologize for the ridiculously long wait.

Pork with Holy Basil was amazing, Drunk Noodles has a lot of the noodles stuck together which wasn't fun but still great taste. Now for the second time they are out of Papaya for the Papaya Salad and acted like "why would we ask". Still on the menu so will continue to try and order it! Just a great place and good food value.
