Enjoy traditional Thai cuisine at PAI. Owners Jeff and Nuit Regular, who is also the executive chef, opened PAI for patrons to taste the authentic flavours of Northern Thailand. Its menu features appetizers like vegetarian spring rolls and papaya salad with dried shrimp. Fried fish with green curry, braised beef noodle soup, and Chef Nuit's Pad Thai are some of the entrées that will satisfy just about any appetite.

The food was solid and fresh. We enjoyed the portion sizes and service was timely, efficient and kind. I really like this location too! The Duncan location is classic but more over stimulating, whereas Uptown has the same great food and vibe but a calmer atmosphere.

Not sure if it was just that night, but the service was really bad. Waited forever for drinks, food and dessert. Grumpy waitress too Food was great, and there was live music

was my second visit to give it a shot again, overhyped, mid food, last call on a saturday is 9:45pm, lacked flavor

Pai was overall a great experience. The staff were courteous, friendly and quick with service. Our water was great! Super helpful on providing recommendations and taking care of our food preferences. The food was amazing overall. I did expect a lot more curry in our Panang curry. Overall - I had much higher expectations and it failed to meet them as I was comparing the Pad Gra Prow and Panang curry to what you may get at other highly rated Thai restaurants in the city. I would come back tho, but not my first choice to grab Thai. We also got a Thai Iced Tea with less ice and I noticed our iced tea was in a smaller glass than other tables, which I found quite odd.

Like both locations and food is consistently excellent at either one. Service is always great, portions are good for sharing. Nothing overpowering in the flavours/spice levels just really good food. Casual atmosphere. Will return again and again.

We enjoyed delicious meal, Thai & Canadian beer, and warm hospitality. When it was time to pay the bill, I asked to a server if I could split our bill based on the amount rather than number of people, and he agreed. I think it is a rare of splitting the bill in this restaurant, but he handled it smoothly. Additionally, they accommodate our requests to change the start time and number of people on the day. I’d like to visit here again.
