Great food. But I sat on the back corner in a booth and the entire wall underneath the table seeps in icy cold air from outside. You probably don’t notice in summer. But in January it made the entire table cold and we were all freezing. I didn’t want to be rude. But there was literally a huge crack in the wall seeping cold air under the table.
Great food and warm, friendly service. Good recommendations for entrees and drinks. The cheese board starter was excellent…loved the apricot relish! We ordered all three pasta dishes and enjoyed them family style. Nothing was amiss…good quality ingredients and nice presentation. Highly recommend this place!

Over all the the food was a 3/5, maybe it was just the main plate (salmon) but it wasn’t as good as I had hoped.

This was probably my fifth visit to Pago. Love the location, food and vibe. Had an excellent evening overall. The only complaint is that our server did not have a basic understanding of the menu items. Her wine service was off as well. She was very nice and we had fun but hope this wonderful young woman gets some training soon.
Good environment, excellent outdoor seating-even in winter. Burger was too salty, portion sizes remain large to too large. Wine by glass selection nice
We ended up not staying for dinner. We had made reservations weeks in advance. The hostess said the only table open was by the entrance door and bar area with no one else in that section. Didn’t want to waste money on a lousy table location. I was so looking forward to dining at the restaurant as I hear the food is very good . If I hadn’t taken the time to make a reservation I would have understood the table not being good was my lack of planning .

We loved the neighborhoody feel with excellent food. We did make a mistake and booked the southeast restuarant vs the restuarant in the city. Regardless good was great! Server was excellent!
Each visit finds new experiences on the menu each with an amazing explosion of wonderful tastes. Built on locally grown organic sources, this is amazing.

The waiter was outstanding! Most of the food was wonderful but the chocolate cake and Flavoring with the sea bass left something to be desired. Cool vibe.

My daughter came into town for the Holiday and this place came highly recommended. They did not dissapoint. My son ordered the short ribs they were so tender you could cut them with a butter knife. Everything was fabulous and our waiter was on the ball. If you are looking for an amazing dining experience, check them out!

Overall it was a good experience, with a few bumps along the way. We went for brunch. I had the eggs Benedict and my wife had French toast. Both the French toast and English muffins were burnt so we had to send our food back, but the staff was gracious and fixed it with no issue. They also refunded the French toast which was impressive to see. It was 63 degrees inside so if you don’t like the cold, layer up. Once the food was right, it was delicious. Great staff.
We got an early reservation as we had just arrived in SLC and were very pleased that we were able to eat at Pago. The wait staff was great and the food was even better. We had all three courses and there were no disappointments. The bolognese was excellent and the twist on carrot cake was a winner. Terry W
I have been a big fan of Pago for many years and have had some memorable meals and, more importantly, lovely memories of time spent with family and friends. And so when I was meeting my grandniece for lunch yesterday I was super excited to share Pago with her. Sadly, the service we experienced was indifferent, and I am being generous with that adjective. After our lunch we expressed an interest in dessert and were told by our server that "we don't really offer dessert at lunch". What? Shortly after which he informed us that they were getting ready to close so . . . . To which I would say that if you don't want to be gracious with your customers when they have a reservation for a time slot and hour and a half before you close, you ought to build in a bit more of a buffer. I don't think Pago needs to worry about me overstaying my welcome in future. Or choosing their establishment at all, for that matter. And BTW I chose to forego the gift certificate I was planning to purchase as a Christmas gift.

Good food, very nice place. The problem was I had to keep my coat on the whole time. It was freezing. They need to invest in their heating system or buy space heaters or an air curtain for the door. We were a party of eight and we all had frozen feet and had to order hot tea to keep our hands warm

Meal took awhile to come out. Waiter never came back to check after the meal, so our group had to walk in and find him.
First thing I noticed when I walked in was the amazing ambiance. It felt like I was in Chicago or New York. Unfortunately the food and service were quite average. Nothing blew us away. I suppose I would return again, but I'm not itching to find a reason to make another reservation here. Bummer.
SUCH a great night here. Excellent and helpful server, Ethan, and the food and drinks were spot on. And all under $100!

This was our first time to Pago, but it won't be our last. Very impressive: service outstanding, food so delicious with the twist of exotic. Loved the featured cocktails! Our only critical remark is that it was chilly for us (we sat in the window space, since we were a party of 7. That was a bit uncomfortable. (Perhaps?, in winter months, have a window covering?
The Sea Bass was perfectly cooked with very tasty vegetables, just the right amount of spice! The Cabbage Wedge was a great mix of flavors as well!
