Personal, wonderful service, and food to die for. The Chilean sea bass was perhaps the most delightful fish I have ever eaten. I only wish I lived in Winter Park so I could frequent this place. I recommend Paellas very highly.

A "must" for authentic Spanish cuisine in a unique repurposed setting! Reminiscent of "off the beaten path" restaurants we've experienced in Spain. Definitely order the ceviche :)

I hadn't eaten at Paella's since before the pandemic. I was worried how it may have been effected. Paella's did not disappoint. I was delighted with each course and am so happy that it is still as good as I remembered.

I'm almost 60 and have eaten all over the world. This was easily top 10. What great food! It was our first anniversary, and the staff treated us as if we had been married 50 years. Thanks so much for a memorable evening.

Entrees are woefully overpriced (even for a mountain town) and execution of dishes is amateurish. We ordered two beef tenderloin entrees. Both we overcooked - full on well done when we'd asked for medium. In the end we couldn't believe we paid $52 for these entrees... Never again.

Love this restaurant… the food is the best in the Winter Park/Fraser Valley area. Last night however, it was noisy. I don’t think of this as a place families would bring small children, but there was a family with three small kids who were very, very loud. It wasn’t the restaurant’s fault but….very distracting for the rest of us.

If you are a coffee lover, find another restaurant, they only offer instant coffee. Their Paellas are very good and the wine selection is OK but above average in price

The food was good but wasn’t great? We love Spanish food and tapas especially and felt everything was fine. The bread was delicious though, same with the potatas bravas. Paelle was okay, the seafood was all really chewy and over cooked and it lacked in flavor overall. You can tell they were understaffed because it looks like our server had like 8 tables to herself.

So first the menu prices on their menu on OpenTable are wrong. At least some items. Music was a little loud especially sitting under a speaker. Didn’t like that they charge a “cooper creek” fee which is where this restaurant is located. Why should I pay towards their rent! Also we were a group of people and they wouldn’t split the bill and as a so called courtesy they said they could split but it would have to be in equal amounts! How does that help? Food is good but the service was ok. The server was at the end of the tables asking what we wanted on the other end! Why would he not move around to people like every other service with a large crowd does? Why do I have to yell? I had to wave him down to come to us! Just rude and ridiculous to make me yell. I refused. Also charged us for extra bread when there wasn’t enough to begin with. Didn’t tell us there would be a charge although it does mention that on the menu but doesn’t say how much! Just too cheap for what we were paying. Too many other places to choose from without nickel and dime to customers!

The dining experience at Paella is second to none. This was our second time in 2 years as we are visitors to Winter Park. We will return to Paella each time. Chef Neil’s creations are all deli ious. We sampled 4 of them. The tapas menu is small but offers a bit of everything. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet friendly and the service is impeccable.!we had Chilean sea bass and paella dishes. The flan was the highlight of the desserts. Nestled away in a beautifully colorfully lit shopping center, this restaurant is a hidden gem.

Food was pricey and meh. The olives tasted like they were out a jar or canned regular black and green olives. The sea bass and roasted vegetables were greasy and nothing special. I have not been to a restaurant where the other reviews were so far off the experience I had.

What an unexpected surprise! Everything was incredible from the impeccable service to the extraordinary food! Had the ceviche, lamb chops and sea bass and they were all outstanding! A definite must-visit when in Winter Park. I know we will be returning!

Authentic paella selections. Steak dishes were cooked to perfection but overpriced. Fresh bread was outstanding- tender inside , crusty outside. Cerviche recipe changed from the past 2 years. I liked the original. Tap water should be an option instead of Voss water being brought automatically.
