   We went here for our anniversary and the food was amazing. The staff were wonderful and overall we had a positive experience. There was a large party near us and we could only occasionally hear them so it was quiet enough for us.

   Great! I rarely give a 5 star review. Food was good as well as drinks. Service good as well. Loved sitting by the fire however - not sure logistically if it’s possible to move that table a bit further. We kept changing seats as the seat directly by the fire gets way too hot.

   My reservation was mixed up with another’s & I ended up sitting at a big table with 8 strangers before the waiter & hostess realized the error & moved me to another table for one individual. Embarrassing situation.

   Food? Gas. Ambiance? Gas. Prices? Fair. Would definitely eat here again. Whipped Feta appetizer was to die for, Coconut chicken curry insanely good too!

    What a great spot! Beautiful building with such character. Great menu choices, definitely need to go back to try more! Our waitress, Sam, was cheerful, efficient and very helpful with menu choices!

    It was our first time there, and it was our servers first night working. Out of our group we all ordered something different and everybody loved their food. Drinks were pricey and small but also delicious. I would recommend going and will go back again.

    The food was not good. Not a lot of flavor. $35 for pasta tasting of nothing but a bonfire and filled with raw veggies and a whole artichoke.

    Went here on Valentine’s Day, it was a wonderful choice and just was I was looking for. Wonderful food and ambiance and a really neat location.

    We wanted a cozy dinner in a gorgeous setting and hadn’t been since it reopened as Paddock Place. Since usually one cannot go wrong with a Gilmore restaurant we decided to give it a go. The decor has not been updated since it was Mangiamos so the Italian bent did not scream “global” cuisine. Also the bulbs in the chandeliers were mismatched or burnt out and the place is clearly showing lack of upkeep. While my signature cocktail was good, serving it in the Smirnoff copper mug didn’t really feel fancy and both my husband’s beers were warm (a nod to a British pub I guess?). The menu seemed pretty meh for the prices with mainly sandwiches and pizzas and with a limited number of mains that were pretty standard and not really globally inspired. The salad I ordered had great flavors but the grilled chicken breast was hard to even cut and rubbery. My husband meal was fine, but not great. Definitely disappointed.

    Our waitress was very slow to round on our table and then didn’t check in on us after bringing food, drinks, etc. the atmosphere was very loud and we couldn’t hear her or each other for most of our dinner.

    Service was very slow. The waitress was very friendly but we waited for almost everything throughout the whole meal. When our Pizza and tacos were delivered we were not given plates. We used our used small plates from our appetizers. Sadly I would not recommend.

    Very good experience. Unique setting with the building type. Was a little chilly where we were sitting, believe it used to be a sunroom area when it was a house. Food was great. Drink was amazing. Food came out pretty fast as well.

    April and the staff were excellent and attentive and committed to exceeding expectations… one look at the Bloody Mary bar or Mimosa Flight offered with Sunday Bruch will stifle any doubts whatsoever. You can’t go wrong

    The Paddock Place has inherited a handsome, charming space for a relatively quiet evening dinner. The quality of food is an area for focus in bringing the restaurant up to the standard of many other local establishments. My salmon. was overcooked; the vegetable and house salad accompaniments were excellent. And the service was just right!

    Wonderful venue for a double-date night with friends. Beautiful, quiet, with great food and beverage selections. I am a vegan and found a great dish. On-site parking is also a big “plus”. Will come back soon.

    Took 7 family members for brunch. Beautiful old place. Seated immediately. Decent menu selection and staff was pleasant. Problem was once we ordered. Very long gaps between when we saw our waiter. Food took extremely long to come out. Like 45 min after we ordered! No explanation, no apologies. Place was only about 25% full so not due to being busy. Once it came food was fine. Likely won’t be back

    Our server was delightful. Three of the four dinners were great. Presentation of the special was messy — too much food on a small plate and drowning in blue cheese sauce. Looked unappetizing.

    It was a birthday for my friend. Food was very good as always. One thing that was very distracting was our table didn’t sit level so it was constantly wobbling back and forth. They were short staffed so the service was a bit slower than usual but not bad. It would have been nice to have something on the table or on the menu about the history of this site and building.

    It was noisy. The only complaint I have is we waited over an hour for our food after putting in the order. We were told an event party showed up with double the attendance. That was the issue. Our service women was excellent.

    Thomas, our waiter, was great. The food was excellent and portions huge. The atmosphere is incredible. I would call it casual elegance. We've been here for brunch a few times, first time for dinner. We will be back!

    We had a double date with my sister and her husband just to hang out (it’s been awhile!) and it was a great experience. I think we’ve all been there before it became Paddock Place but it was great visiting the new restaurant. I believe our waiter was Thomas and he was especially amazing friendly and funny and that really added to the experience. Also the food was fabulous so that was nice as well! We are glad we braved the weather for it!

    We had brunch for the first time on Sunday at Paddock Place and all four of us were VERY impressed. The food was so, so good. We had the regular benedict, crab cake benedict and two other dishes and everything was fabulous. The Paddock Place itself has a cozy environment, so on a a chilly fall day, it was the perfect place for a comforting brunch!

    Such a beautiful venue with great character. LOVED sitting by the fireplace. Unfortunately, the room we were in was SO LOUD the 2 of us could hardly have a conversation. Food was wonderful.
