The service and food was good. There is beautiful view of the waterfront.
Was a nice experience alittle overpriced
Nice and good portion size pleasant experience
The staff was excellent.
Took longer to prepare our table than preparing our food!? I hope this is the Easter holiday C-team... I knew this pace as a great place with good front desk people and good service... Not today!
Our server was fantastic but the length of time to receive our food was absurd.
To start at asked to sit outside which they did but, put us at only table without umbrella....and of course it got real warm. Needlessly to say the umbrella for our table remained facing the water and not once did our server asked if we wanted shade. Let’s start by saying the server greeted us and ordered drinks - one soda and a Bloody Mary that “Edwin” suggested. The soda arrived and we ordered- still no cocktail and they opened at 11am and our reservation was for noon. Finally, the cocktail was delivered. We both ordered king crab dinners. They arrive, our server says he needs to take care of things at other tables and will come crack the legs for us. He did come back- I don’t know why they just don’t serve split like last restaurant in that location. We eat, all is fine. Our server asks if we have any discounts and I handed him a coupon. Proceeded to wait 10 min for the bill with my cc I had already handed to him. He brings the bill and does not take off the discount..,,needless to say that reflected in his tip. Serving is about paying attention to detail, in which he lacked. Sorry. All in all, this place is quite pricey and not worth the $.
outstanding all around ,best value lunch. special event
Very poor service. Tables not cleared, drinks not refilled, basic stuff
had a great time, quick service, great food, will go there again.
The food was delicious. Loved the cinnamon butter, it made the bread taste like I was eating a cinnamon roll, YUMM!!!
Although waiter was pleasant and acknowledged one of our party's birthday's with a lovely dessert it was clear he had too many tables as we sat almost 40 minutes without being served our first course. When the dish was brought out he told us he decided to switch the order of our food since we were number four in the table side service of the lobster guacamole that we ordered to come out first. I think we should have been told that instead of sitting there for 40 minutes seeing others being served their food who were seated after us.
The seafood platter with the cab legs was very good and the crabmeat fries were tasty when it did come out . The restaurant should have more than one server doing table side.
We will go back as the menu was very different with unique choices but service has to improve
We were initially seated in an area with a view of muddy pond water, and this was right when the restaurant opened with plenty of available seating. We waited a bit to be moved, and once we were, the view was great! Service was impeccable. I had the House sangria with the monte cristo brunch. The kiddos all had a brunch item that they loved as well! Will definitely be back!
We had the chilled seafood tower with a salad and mac and cheese. The food was great. The waiter was on point. The drinks were good and the flour-less chocolate cake was delicious. Would recommend for a date night or special occasion. 3rd level deck is nice for a drink first.
3 sisters visiting for the weekend.
It would have geen nice if our server came to our table after our food was delivered to see if we needed anything and if everything was OK per our order and also to offer more iced tea. Two orders included French fries that were luke warm and not the same fries served with my burger during a previous visit, which were delicious and hot.
Amazing food, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, perfect date spot
We ordered clam chowder, a clam roll and fried flounder - The clam chowder was smoky, the clam roll was seemingly without clams, as there was no flavor and all crunch of an overcooked batter, and the flounder was 1 to 1-1/2 inches of batter, 1/4-inch flounder, overcooked and dry. Without a doubt, a very disappointing dining experience.
My first negative report, but this is a DO NOT RETURN for us.
Very disappointed with our first visit. We felt the portions for the tower appetizer were small, and the crab legs were overcooked. The tuna poke sounded great, but tasted mostly of soy sauce. Crab ceviche was good.
The flavors of the scallop entree was mediocre.
We definitely expected better based on the price point and location.
The atmosphere was nice. The boat is a fun venue. Bathrooms were clean.
We were there the night the old Fultons closed and we have looked so forward to the remodel and opening. I made reservations two weeks ahead thinking we could get in the time slot we wanted. It was totally booked. We took a 4:00 pm slot. Turned out to be the best time ever. We beat the crowd, David our waiter was amazing and on top of us the whole time with answering questions, recommending etc.... Food was priced to meet the high cost of visiting a Disney Springs restaurant but unfortunately the taste did not meet the price charged. We won't go back but the reason I would recommend it to a friend is because it could of just been an off night for the kitchen. So when somebody I know tells me they had a great meal there - we'll try again!
It took 15 minutes to be greeted with cold bread and tepid water. The appetizers were all pretty bland, especially the crab fries which were not hot at all, either. Also, having to ask for lemon with seafood is ridiculous. Wouldn't go back.
The 3rd floor deck has fantastic views. Food was good. The first floor outdoor dining was noisy due to construction, wish they had mentioned that before they sat us. Outside bar rails were fun.
The food was incredible and hit the spot after a long day at DisneyWorld! My son had food from outside as he has dietary issues and they were accommodating! My mother and myself have food allergies and the were over the top to insure we had no issues! By far the best food anywhere in Disney Springs!
It was Amazing!!!! Thank you so much . Made my boyfriends birthday very special!
The lobster corndogs were exceptional. The service was superb. The drinks were great. An overall wonderful lunch.
Went for a birthday! The food was delicious and hot. Great view of the water to compliment the nice day out. Service was slow.
We selected this as our final family meal at WDW. Unfortunately, we were seated in the bar which was VERY LOUD. We could hardly even talk due to the noise. There were 6 of us, not a huge group so we were quite disappointed with this. The food and waitstaff were excellent. The decor is lovely and very restful. I hope to return on a future trip, but will absolutely request not to sit in the bar.
Loved it! Great service, delicious food.
Lobster roll was great, Semih, our waiter was vey accommodating. Great experience
Haven’t been here since 1999, was Fulton Crab House back then. Everything was better than Expected. Awesome! Robert our server was very good guiding us through the experience.
Love sitting right next to the water! Awesome food.
A lovely afternoon with friends - Great outdoor dining experience with excellent food and great service.
Food was good. Service was very slow and it wasn’t that crowded.
Excellent lobster corn dogs. Fish sandwich was very good.
Went there for our daughters birthday and requested a table next to a window and It was so relaxing the food was great! The scenery just takes you away! Now we are back in New York City 😔. Thank you Nick (our waiter) for making our daughters evening a great one and thanks for the strawberry short cake! 😊
Beautiful location with nice presentation but not the best food.
Excellent food with Service to match. Our server Melissa was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the wine and food and very friendly. Everyone we encountered there very nice. Drinks are on the pricey side, as you would expect from a ThemePark, but very good.
The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They were very on top of making sure we had what we needed!
We dined here before and had a great experience...this time the food was not as good, kitchen was very slow, wine list is good although expensive and the pours are small....not sure that I will go back again
Quality of food dishes are sub-par compared to the gorgeous decor and the appeal of the boat. Our server was very patient and listened to our needs. And the food came in quick. So this place gets an A for service
