I was expecting so much more from this beautiful venue, and was looking forward to our reservation. First, even with a reservation, we had to stand in a crowded line that extended far outside the restaurant and included walk-ins. After 15 minutes, I finally got to the hostess who found our reservation (of course now we were 20 minutes late and had to wait for our table). Luckily they had one available but I was told we were lucky we had a larger party, otherwise we’d have to wait due to the demand for smaller tables with all the walk-ins they’d had. There has to be a better system. Our server was pleasant and took our order promptly. We asked for bread when the appetizers came out. Over 40 minutes later, no entrees and still no bread. Finally saw our server and asked and she said they ran out of bread for the rest of the night which is why the other server didn’t bring it. Either server should have told us sooner. Again, there should be a better way. About another 10 minutes after that (at least an hour after we ordered) we got our entrees. I ordered salmon and asked for it to be well cooked. It was extremely cooked - burned to a crisp on the bottom with a dry, flaky mess on top. The dish was supposed to bring a gourmet cremini mushroom which neither I nor the 3 others at my table who ordered salmon received. I ate my potatoes and vegetable, and then received my bill which was $90 for the salmon, an order of calamari and an iced tea. Service charge was also included for my individual portion. Extremely dissatisfied with the price and overall experience — especially for a meal that felt more “novice cook” than chef inspired. Save yourself the cost and aggravation and head out to any of the other restaurants nearby.

Our past had chicken and mahi both were not good. Don’t bother checking in early with a reservation they will not seat you until reservation time. We enjoyed boathouse much more than paddlefish they are very close to each other

My husband and and I ate there last night. Our server Ashley was awesome. Very informative and super careful with my allergies. The bread service was what my hubby said better than other places. I had the pork chop with pepper and potatoes. I love a good pork chop and Paddlefish delivered. The pork chop was juicy and the chimichurri sauce is one of my top favorites. Hubby had stuffed cod. He absolutely loved it. The cornbread stuffing in the fish was to die for. We both had a glass or two of wine . Sat downstairs by the water. Felt like we were on a cruise. Will definitely be back. Give it a try. We have never had a bad meal and we visit Disney 3x a year.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I loved my crab ceviche and got to try some of my dads wedge salad which was also so tasty. My mom cleaned her plate (swordfish with couscous and veggies) and my shrimp pasta was phenomenal. Desserts were just as good. Will definitely come back soon

We enjoyed Paddlefish in the past, especially its innovative dishes and their execution. This time the food was just okay at best. Where I do need to give them credit, though, is that when our meal took WAY too long to be served - despite our not saying a word about it - a manager came to our table, apologized for the wait, encouraged us each to order dessert on them (table of four), and said he do more. Our checks came with a hefty discount. Great for them to take ownership. Another example of great service: Our server came out with gloves and offered to help me get the crab out of the snow crab clusters since their forks aren’t small enough.

Food was ok. Saw the server to take our order and to bring the check. Good thing there were others going by to clear our plates and refill drinks. Food is a bit pricey compared to, say, the Boathouse. Was average and I don’t think we will choose to go back.

Super noisy! Menu items did not display accurate description of the food! Example crab fries says nothing about scallions being added & the dressing is put on the French fries! They were saturated! Food & cocktail was meh in my opinion. We will not go back when there are so many delicious options in Disney Springs!

Evan, our waiter was great, he made sure we had a wonderful experience. We sampled the oysters and fried green tomatoes and YUM all around. The server made us wait wat too long, forgot drinks, forgot food, the should have been our 25th anniversary celebration with the family and was a total disappointment. Been here 5 times before and left totally happy, not sure if we will even come back after this more then 3 hour disappointing experience where we only had an entree because it was almost midnight what was way too late. No manager showed up after asking for it what made it even worse. We left the table because the waiter did not show up anymore and even the bill was wrong. What a way to celebrate…..

Welcome to Joe's Crab Shack where you crack your own $70 lobster and are not offered anything to cut it open! Oh wait that's a joke & yes we are at Paddlesfish! The manager asked if the food taste great we said it was ok but they could offer a way ti cut the lobster & he said a lot of people like to crack it themselves and he will take the suggestion to the chef but it tasted good right He also proceeded to inquire is this not how you typically are served your lobster no we are from vegas where the service is wonderful! We enjoyed Paddlefish in the past it was not this bad! It's not the servers fault the restaurant has this policy the reason for the 1 is she was able to get this for the team.

The food was fabulous the atmosphere was very nice. We had several of us that had food allergies and the server spoke such broken English that we were having a hard time understanding him because of this we were unsure of if the allergies were going to be accompanied. We felt we ask him several times what he was saying. The server was Freider.
