Great service got us in no wait
I miss Fulton’s!!! This was average at best and the shrimp was below average by far (frozen not fresh). We will be looking for a new favorite now that it is no longer Fulton’s.
Absolutely amazing! We sat overlooking the water. The Bloody Mary is worth EVERY DOLLAR! Our waitress was great-very attentive. We had the crab cake appetizer which was DELISH! I had the crab cake BLT which was amazing. Will definitely be back!
❤️❤️❤️ super vue, excellent service et délicieuse bouffe !
Robert did an exceptional job of taking care of us with appetizer and entree recommendations that made our visit one to remember. We will definitely be back.
Great food and our server Captain Handsome was outstanding! We will be back on our next trip to Florida.
Great service and great food. Arrived 1 hour prior to reservation time but worked to seat us anyway. Was seated approx 30 minutes before reservation time.
The service was extremely slow and server rarely smiled or visited our table. The lobster bisque was bland as well as the shrimp and pasta. Crab cake was very mushy as though it was under cooked. There we're 5 in our party and none of is finished our meals.
The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, as was the view. Our server was incredibly nice; however it took over an hour to get our food, and he came several times promising it would be out in less than a minute, and then disappeared for 15-20 minutes. By time we did get our food, the fish was dry. My pasta was mediocre, though the shrimp themselves were high quality and well cooked.
At first was told there’d be 45 min to an hour wait. Was able to make a reservation for 30 minutes out. Got seated before our reservation time and the upstairs was practically empty. Waiter was good but the food runner was clueless. Didn’t bring appetizers (soup and shrimp cocktail first) instead everyone’s good came out except mine and once mine did come it was the shrimp cocktail and my bowl of soup all at once. Then, all four of us finally had everything and the food runner came with two entrees and tried to place them down in front of my husband and me, again all four of us were already eating. Turns out the entree were for the two people behind us without any food. The food runner couldn’t figure that out? Wow. Supposed to be high end, not even close and food not worth the price.
Galo provides excellent service. My wife an I both had the boil shrimp. Good but not outstanding. We also had the lobster app—it is really good and fairly priced. For Dinsey, it was a good choice.
Our server was terrific. The hostess staff not so much. We were inadvertently “passed over” after checking in and nearly 30 people were seated ahead of us, some without a reservation. We ended up with a very loud table in the bar area. Very disappointing.
amaizing place and full recommend for a relax lunch or dinner
Excelent recommendation from the waitress and all the food is great
Will visit this place in my next trip to Orlando
Scallops were delicious but lukewarm. The rolls they bring out were beautiful but cold and not fresh. Tasted like yesterday’s’ bread. Warm bread would have been nice with the cold hard butter they bring out. Skip the calamari. Small portion for the money. Fried green tomatoes are amazing.
All of our dishes were sea food and everything that came to our table was cold and not very tasty. It tasted like warm up left overs at best. I will never go back.
Food was delicious but the service was incredibly slow and our waiter never checked on us for refills on drinks, etc.
Very nice ambiance. Food was delicious and our server was great, Leeanna
Love the big boil cauldrons. The seafood that comes out of there is delicious! The chocolate creme brulee is a must.
I recommend the salmon to everyone! We really enjoyed the view of the water, friendly service and delicious food. A bit pricey though.
Very good food and wonderful service. Loud environment but it is to expected in a Disney resort area.
Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Didn’t appreciate the $28 charge for sparkling wine that we did not order! We thought it was complimentary. We were not asked if we wanted it or not.
Great service and waiter!
Birthday. Which was put on reservation and never acknowledge
Service was slow and poor. Staff unsure of roles. Clearing tables etc. Food was cold. No follow up for drinks etc
Food was good but not great. A lot of loud Disney kids, which is typical in Disney Springs. Very fast, we were in and out in 60 minutes. We probably would have liked a slower, leisurely dinner.
The food was excellent, and our waiter was really polite and attentive. Great dining experience. It did start to get really loud as the restaurant filled up, but my family still really loved it.
Paddlefish was a great date night for my husband and I. The food was great, the ambiance was amazing. The service would be the only thing that was lacking. We waited a while to be waited on at our table. Someone had to tell our server that we were waiting, and same at the end of our service we were ready for our bill and he continued to help other tables. He brought us a free dessert which was very kind but would have rather just been waited on in a timely manner.
The food was awful. The appetizers were ok but the entrees were so terrible they were basically left untouched
Service was slow and the food was just ok. Very salty.
In town with customers. Excellent food and service.
Great food and our server was great as well. Very friendly and attentive and we were seated with a great view. Only suggestion would be to move the table right at the top of the stairs (this is where we were seated) because it was a little distracting and annoying to have to see everyone hit the top of the stairs and our table every time they brought people upstairs to seat them.
We arrived 5 minutes before reservations and the hosts had at seats on exactly right time with a big smile on her face .first magical experience so far .waitress had cold water at our table within 30 seconds and it was hot so we needed that. Our cocktails arrived within 5 minutes from order them another magical experience.
Our appetizers came out perfect temperature and we loved them . The manager came over view times and made sure we were having magical time .The sommelier was fantastic . The meals were amazing and having nightcap on bow of the boat was magical.
We loved Paddlefish’s relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness and cohesiveness of the staff.
We arrived for the Buzz Pop Cocktails and stayed for a light dinner...Lobster Bisque, Crabcakes, Wedge salads and Lobster Corndogs and it all was outstanding.
The lobster corn dogs should be renamed as “heavenly lobster on a stick”
Definitely recommend Paddlefish!
The ambience is great, the service is great, the view is great. The food is so-so and overpriced.
The ambiance is cozy, yet a little too dark, and the restaurant is aestheticely pleasing to the eye but that is all. The food was very bland and executed poorly. We ordered a dozen oysters and every single one had large pieces of shells in them - schucker pay attention! The ceviche was very dry along with the linguine and clams. The wasabi potatoes and tortilla chips were the highlight of our meal! The wine menu is merely OK; They should offer more than 1-2 brands by the glass purchase! $200 later.....I have no idea what we even got or ate - it was that immemorable.
Just needs some UMPH in the food taste and execution, and better quality servers who make the atmosphere “happier,” and then maybe Paddlefish could have potential to compete with its neighbor The Boathouse. Cheers!
Spoke to the manager over the excessive noise level in the dining room. He informed us that numerous complains have been made regarding the noise . He informed us that he has passed the comments up the ladder but they seem to fall on deaf ears. I would not return as the ambiance is ruined by the noise .
We had a fantastic experience at Paddlefish. The food was fresh, quickly prepared, and served by a friendly staff (thanks, Courtney!). Save room for the desserts. Our son gave two thumbs up for the milk and cookies.
Amy the server was awesome - the manager That comped my disgusting meal was nice but the food was not good. $18 for a lobster tail add on that was dry cold and shriveled up. I would think there has to be better seafood options in Orlando? I can’t believe this was the best seafood in Orlando in 2018??
The only thing that was good was the view and the server that kept apologizing for the awful food.
Had a reservation for six. We were seated in the bar area and could hardly communicate with the server. The service was great, the food was average and the noise was unbearable. I was embarrassed for my out of town guests. I’ll make a different choice in the future.
