3 sisters visiting for the weekend.
We had the chilled seafood tower with a salad and mac and cheese. The food was great. The waiter was on point. The drinks were good and the flour-less chocolate cake was delicious. Would recommend for a date night or special occasion. 3rd level deck is nice for a drink first.
It would have geen nice if our server came to our table after our food was delivered to see if we needed anything and if everything was OK per our order and also to offer more iced tea. Two orders included French fries that were luke warm and not the same fries served with my burger during a previous visit, which were delicious and hot.
Amazing food, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, perfect date spot
We ordered clam chowder, a clam roll and fried flounder - The clam chowder was smoky, the clam roll was seemingly without clams, as there was no flavor and all crunch of an overcooked batter, and the flounder was 1 to 1-1/2 inches of batter, 1/4-inch flounder, overcooked and dry. Without a doubt, a very disappointing dining experience.
My first negative report, but this is a DO NOT RETURN for us.
Very disappointed with our first visit. We felt the portions for the tower appetizer were small, and the crab legs were overcooked. The tuna poke sounded great, but tasted mostly of soy sauce. Crab ceviche was good.
The flavors of the scallop entree was mediocre.
We definitely expected better based on the price point and location.
The atmosphere was nice. The boat is a fun venue. Bathrooms were clean.
We were there the night the old Fultons closed and we have looked so forward to the remodel and opening. I made reservations two weeks ahead thinking we could get in the time slot we wanted. It was totally booked. We took a 4:00 pm slot. Turned out to be the best time ever. We beat the crowd, David our waiter was amazing and on top of us the whole time with answering questions, recommending etc.... Food was priced to meet the high cost of visiting a Disney Springs restaurant but unfortunately the taste did not meet the price charged. We won't go back but the reason I would recommend it to a friend is because it could of just been an off night for the kitchen. So when somebody I know tells me they had a great meal there - we'll try again!
It took 15 minutes to be greeted with cold bread and tepid water. The appetizers were all pretty bland, especially the crab fries which were not hot at all, either. Also, having to ask for lemon with seafood is ridiculous. Wouldn't go back.
The 3rd floor deck has fantastic views. Food was good. The first floor outdoor dining was noisy due to construction, wish they had mentioned that before they sat us. Outside bar rails were fun.
The food was incredible and hit the spot after a long day at DisneyWorld! My son had food from outside as he has dietary issues and they were accommodating! My mother and myself have food allergies and the were over the top to insure we had no issues! By far the best food anywhere in Disney Springs!
It was Amazing!!!! Thank you so much . Made my boyfriends birthday very special!
The lobster corndogs were exceptional. The service was superb. The drinks were great. An overall wonderful lunch.
Went for a birthday! The food was delicious and hot. Great view of the water to compliment the nice day out. Service was slow.
We selected this as our final family meal at WDW. Unfortunately, we were seated in the bar which was VERY LOUD. We could hardly even talk due to the noise. There were 6 of us, not a huge group so we were quite disappointed with this. The food and waitstaff were excellent. The decor is lovely and very restful. I hope to return on a future trip, but will absolutely request not to sit in the bar.
Loved it! Great service, delicious food.
Lobster roll was great, Semih, our waiter was vey accommodating. Great experience
Haven’t been here since 1999, was Fulton Crab House back then. Everything was better than Expected. Awesome! Robert our server was very good guiding us through the experience.
Love sitting right next to the water! Awesome food.
A lovely afternoon with friends - Great outdoor dining experience with excellent food and great service.
Food was good. Service was very slow and it wasn’t that crowded.
Excellent lobster corn dogs. Fish sandwich was very good.
Went there for our daughters birthday and requested a table next to a window and It was so relaxing the food was great! The scenery just takes you away! Now we are back in New York City 😔. Thank you Nick (our waiter) for making our daughters evening a great one and thanks for the strawberry short cake! 😊
Beautiful location with nice presentation but not the best food.
Excellent food with Service to match. Our server Melissa was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the wine and food and very friendly. Everyone we encountered there very nice. Drinks are on the pricey side, as you would expect from a ThemePark, but very good.
The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They were very on top of making sure we had what we needed!
We dined here before and had a great experience...this time the food was not as good, kitchen was very slow, wine list is good although expensive and the pours are small....not sure that I will go back again
Quality of food dishes are sub-par compared to the gorgeous decor and the appeal of the boat. Our server was very patient and listened to our needs. And the food came in quick. So this place gets an A for service
Excellent king crab and great service. Menu not as good as Fulton's but food was tasty
The whole experience was excellent. It definitely would require a special occasion to warrant the $$.
However, there was a choice of some good value items as well. For Disney, it may be a decent value.
Nice sommelier attention
Great service. Loved the sommelier!
Food and service were both very solid.
The prices are above average. Also, the menu should do a better description of the items. I ordered the salmon and it came fried which is odd for salmon and it was over cooked and dried. We also told the server earlier that two of us didn’t eat meat and we ordered the Brussel sprouts and it had bacon. We wish we new so we could modify it or simply not order it.
So much noise
The reception is terrible. They don’t know what to do
Excellent seafood and cocktail drinks .
Amazing clam chowder , oysters , king crab .
Place smells of crab boils
Food was delicious...
Bloodymary was awesome...Gotta try one...
The food was good, not great, and a bit pricey for simple food. Very few options for anyone with a shellfish allergy! I preferred the original atmosphere of the restaurant, when it was Fulton's.....was more intimate, quiet, relaxing setting. Now its super modern(done cheaply). The walkways are busy with customers and servers nearly bumping into eachother on the way to the restroom and kitchen. Its very loud, so not the place to go to relax or be able to have a chat on a date. The inside doesn't match the feel or look of the outside. Inside is kind of cold and sterile feeling. The day we were there, they had some crappy 80's/90's radio music playing quite loudly. It was not relaxing, plus it made everyone around us talk louder. The bathroom was out of soap, the toilet paper super ultra thin. I just expected more from this remodeled "fine" dining location. This wasn't my first choice for dining on my birthday, but right now it is the ONLY restaurant they have open in the Orlando area, so to use my birthday points, I had to go there. I had overpriced fish tacos. The only highlight was the Chocolate Flourless Cake they gave me complimentary for my birthday! However, when I had $4 in points left and tried to ask the server if I could choose something additional to go.....she didn't even let me get my question out before she rudely interrupted and stated, "No, I Can't Tip Out On That!" I was so shocked. I could not believe she actually said that to me! Once I was able to ask for something additional, she said,"It depends how much it is" .....like I wasn't going to pay the difference?! She was not a great waitress....got lost A Lot, and we had to keep asking her for things that she should have already brought. BTW, we still tipped her more than she deserved. I also thought $4 for a cup of hot water and a tea bag was a bit much. Maybe if you want to meet friends on the rooftop bar for overpriced drinks, this would be your place, but I won't be returning again.
The server was really good but unfortunately the manager did not apply the giftcard amount we had to the total balance but they requested to us to signed the gift card ticket. Unfortunately, after I spoke with the server he found out and looked for the manager. It took about 20 minutes get the ticket with the right amount. For our dissapointment it was New Year's and we got stuck there waiting for the right ticket to come and we missed the 12am year receiving. We were really dissapointed. Also, when we came back and check the bank account the restaurant billed us the incorrect amount. It was the original amount which was more than $12 thab it was supposed to be. Now we have to go back to Disney Springs and talk with Management. Really dissapointing experience. For this reason, I don't recommend this restaurant. Too many mistakes. The restaurant needs to pay more attention to what they put in the ticket. This type of situations can generate investigations due to wrong billing. Really sad :( that we missed the receiving of the New Year after we planned for so long.
