   Really enjoyed our night there! Food was amazing, service was great and for the food we had, great value. Only thing I would say is that we did put birthday on our booking and normally you’d expect something with a candle even if it’s a plate with writing. It was my partner’s daughter’s birthday. But that’s a minor thing, in the grand scheme of it all. Would highly recommend it and we will go back!

   We ordered a ranfe of dishes. 7/8 tapas things between us. We sat outside which is a beautiful place to be on a sunny evening. The ambience was great. The staff were rushed off their feet. Attention to detail was a problem, orders were missed and they were very apologetic and kind but the food is quite pricey and we would ecpect a higher quality of service for this price point. Not the staff's fault at all They were under staffed. This was the third time I have dined at PACOs and this occasion I was very underwhelmed.

   Had the most amazing meal at Paco last night. Food was delicious, service was amazing and overall loved the experience. Would thoroughly recommend and will be going again. Thank you

   The food and service was excellent we opted for the chefs selection which provided a good assortment of the menu this was good value and a great way to try a good selection of the dishes.

   Food and ambience was fantastic, however, due to an issue food was delayed and we were asked multiple times by multiple people if we wanted dessert whilst we were still waiting for a number of dishes. We were compensated for the wait but it would have been nice for someone to check on everything as it wasn’t apparent there was an issue as we had been told dish timings were sporadic. Overall a great experience!

    Never had “tapas” this good anywhere before - imaginative and well executed. Meat and fish cooked over wood/charcoal. John Dory with red pepper sauce to die for, roasted quail stuffed with dates so incredibly tender, exquisite tortilla (who would have believed you could describe it like that?). Mustn’t miss this place if you’re visiting Bristol.
