Our server Courtney was amazing! Thank you for making my best friends birthday dinner awesome!
We had the Sicilian risotto & the chicken Parmesan. The risotto was great & flavorful. The breading on the chicken Parmesan was good but the chicken itself could have had more seasoning. Our server was friendly & knowledgeable & when we arrived we were seated right away.
Beautiful restaurant. Great attention from the staff. Food was delicious. I went with my boyfriend to have our Valentine dinner and we were more than satisfied with our choice.
Overall the environment is very nice! The waitress are very friendly , nice, and quick . The food could have been season better . Only thing that was very tasty was the bread and broccoli. The shrimp was very hard , pasta sauce was very thick so it became overwhelming, the string beans was half done. If the would have cooked it longer they would’ve been better . The filet mignon could have used more seasoning.
The drinks from the bar was good .
Great ambiance. Food was great and staff was quick and courteous.
I highly recommend Pacino’s. We went for my birthday and Valentine’s Day. Our first time there and everything was delicious and the ambiance was amazing. Also they were about to accommodate my 7 people and we were still social distancing. Will definitely be eating there again.
We selected Pacino’s as part of our Valentine’s Day staycation and we are so glad we did. The atmosphere is more modern with an open air kitchen, large wrap-around bar area and very large dining room. During warmer months, they also have outdoor patio seating. The owner, Michael warmly greeted us and we were seated within minutes. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent (although we did find the meatball appetizer to be more dense than expected). We both opted for pasta dishes, mine was a special (chicken and peas with farfalle and a light tomato sauce) while my boyfriend’s was the standard spaghetti and bolognese. The portions were huge - we took what amounted to a standard portion of each home. Michael made it a point to stop by our table towards the end of our meal, a nice touch that showed he cared and appreciated our patronage. We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend Pacino’s!
Food was overall good portion size was good waitress had too many tables and charged me for 2 salads although I sent one back to the kitchen because it was very tart
Valentine’s dinner for two couples, they had rose petals scattered throughout the restaurant. The service and food were great! My friend and I were each given a rose as we walked out, super unexpected and nice :)
I found a new favorite spot. Great feel and friendly staff.
Received orders quickly. Food was hot. Wait staff responsive.
Dined on the Saturday of Valentines weekend, restaurant was decorated so cute! We had a great time!
We came here wanting to support a neighborhood restaurant, and with high hopes that this will be our neighborhood go-to for Italian. The menu has plenty of options for everyone, as my family of 5 has varying dietary preferences. The artichoke was misrepresented in the menu, and when we asked for clarification from the server, she couldn’t provide an adequate description. Reluctantly we order it and it came out not as expected (as we expected some kind of a spread), instead it was a whole grilled plant with breadcrumbs thrown on top. Some of the petals were not fully cooked. On the menu it’s listed as gluten free, but the bread crumbs on top wouldn’t make it as such. Kinda scary for those who are gluten sensitive. Also we ordered a side of brussel sprouts, tasted OK but it had an sliver of a metal shaving. Luckily we spotted it and no one ate it and injured themselves. The manager did comp us for both the dishes and brought out dessert & coffee for us. We also ordered a bunch of other dishes. Lemon chicken pasta, shrimp Alfredo, salmon, beet salad, caprese salad, calamari, lentil soup. All the dishes are a solid 2.75 out of 5 for flavor and presentation. The space is great, the ambiance as well. Service is sort of 50/50 as well. The manger did do his best to right the wrong. I don’t blame him or his staff.. it’s a tough situation that all the restaurants are facing right now. With closures and reopening, they may hav lost staff, and a new crew may just need more time to be trained properly. We really hope this place survives, and the management and owners take note to do better.
Pacino’s always offers an amazing experience!
Our first time out to dinner in 8 mo. Really liked the atmosphere and the food was great. The staff was extremely attentive and super nice. We had dinner at the table and decided to move to the bar for a couple more drinks... so fun to be out. They even brought over a lighted tiramisu and sang happy birthday to me! We will be going back!
Our server was lovely, however the person who seemed to be the manager was often interacting with customers and walking without a face mask.
We sincerely apologize if this incident occurred, but will ensure regardless this does not happen again. We take our customers' and employees' safety during Covid-19 very seriously.
Good food and great service. Our waiter was very helpful in recommending food and portions which were large. We walked there and back which made our evening even nicer. I believe there is parking close by.
Great food and great service! Will be back again!
Enough food, decent price, beautiful environment and very nice waitress. She was helpful and let us eat on our own time. Other restaurants had a time that you can stay, they don’t do it. So you can have a nice time outside of your home in a safe environment from Covid
The service was just wonderful, and the food was delightful. It’s very classy and great for date night, birthday dinner etc.
A party of 6 celebrated New Year eve at this restaurant. The chef was amazing. He made something that wasn’t even on the menu! The guys loved the steak and us girls loved the pasta! Our waiter (Maria) was amazing and made the night for us perfect!
We are dinner here for NYE. It was lovely!! Great food, great service and a free champagne toast!! Thank you!!
Wow what a wonderful experience. We made online reservations, which was super easy. Our server was Michael and he made the experience great. The lighting was spot on, the music wasn’t too loud. They have a great wine selection and the pasta portions were huge. Highly recommended!
It was our anniversary, the reason we went for our anniversary is because we have dine here before and it is now our favorite Italian restaurant. From the time you are greeted at the door, eating the best calamari ever while having great cocktails, the staff and the owner all making your dining experience special. Every time we have gone we have never been disappointed!
Please go and try this place its beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and above all GREAT food!
the waiter was great and so was the experience! the restaurant was beautiful and in a great area. everyone loved their food and the cocktails were amazing. will visit again!
Food was amazing! Fresh, great quality, good portions.
We had to wait +30 minutes for an outdoor table even though we specified it in our reservation. Regardless, the staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager and our server Jack B. who was excellent. They also covered our drinks because of the delay. The food was very good and not too expensive. Would definitely recommend, but I would recommend they change their open table settings based on the new dining rules in Chicago.
Rachel, we are so sorry about your experience last night and very much appreciated your patience. We were understaffed with the unexpected warm weather, but thank you for the continued support and thank you again for your understanding.
A new favorite. Lovely space, classy. Generous portions of great food
Service was great! Food and drinks were just okay. I had the drink called Cloud Cover and my boyfriend got the candied bacon oldfashioned. The ice spheres in the glasses were so big that I felt like there wasn't much of the actual cocktail in there for it to be worth $12-14 each. I got the filet with brussel sprouts. Steak was just ok - a tad underdone and under seasoned. The steak also came with a red wine reduction and it wasn't the best thing in the world. Brussel sprouts were also under seasoned. Portion was a great size at least! My boyfriend got the special of the night which was the whole branzino. It was supposed to be de-boned but there were several bones still in the fish that was served. We also both split the cacio e pepe which was very good! If I come back, I would probably try another pasta dish since I was a little underwhelmed with the rest of our food.
What a great Italian place! Everything we ordered was fantastic and the service was great!
Comfortable outdoor setting-- until the weather changes. Hope they can do pods.
Fantastic meal! A real treat at an exceptional value. The interior is beautiful and we were fortunate to have a warm night to dine outdoors. Fantastic service.
A new favorite restaurant. Can’t wait to go back. Fabulous food, lots of choices, generous portions in an elegant setting
We love going to Pacino’s. The food is always great and the service is fabulous! Highly recommend!
Overpriced and under-flavored
Our waiter Jack was kind, efficient, and very friendly! It's my first time going since it opened (I live in the S Loop) so I'm excited to have this as an option, I really hope it can survive the Pandemic
Now on my regular dining list. Awesome on all levels.
Awesome experience once again. The food and service was amazing!
very nice outdoor sitting especially good during the pandemic.
Dinner with a friend. Great place.
