Good food and solid, attentive service.
Food and service was top notch. Very nice ambiance.
Wonderful for anew Years Eve! Great food and amazing service.
Oak Park gem for Italian cuisine. Friendly, professional, great location.
We were very disappointed in our food. The fettuccine alfredo tasted like a frozen meal, the whitefish piccata was very fishy, and the calamari was rubbery.
Annual girls Christmas dinner
This restaurant is directly adjacent to the movie theatre. I went with a friend right when they opened. Careful with the inner door; it's heavy. Like most restaurants, they seemed to be low on serving staff. Things took a bit longer but we were not in any rush. I had a glass of the cab and ordered the linguini alla asparagi. It was light on the sauce which made it a bit bland, so the grilled flavor of the chicken was a bit strong. For desert we had the limoncello marscapone cake, which was delightfully lemony without being too sweet. I would come back and give them another try.
To start with, hostess let us and two other people to wait at the door for almost 15 min., even restaurant was not busy at all. Once, we were seated at the table service was very slow. Once we were served our food, fish was very undercooked and the rest of the food was not good. In general very disappointing. I used to work as a server and have full understanding for situation our server was last night. It looked like he was only one working last night. There were two hostess and four cooks and about 10 tables at all to be taken care at the time in restaurant. There is no excuse for service we received last night. Quality of food not good.
best italian food i’ve had and the workers were all very nice!!!they’re under staffed as many places are so please be kind and patient!!
My last experience was quite poor. It took about 20 minutes to receive our drinks and we had to remind the server about them. Our meals were also not very tasty. We tried to catch the server to discuss, but all of the wait staff were MIA for about 10 minutes.
Amazing mushroom ravioli, great conversation with owner/chef
It was amazing!! Definitely will be back.
Great atmosphere. Solid food. Wait staff was attentive
The food was excellent, the. service was great, and the ambiance was very comfortable.
Very Helpful. We where a party of 10 and they made it possible
The food was good and came out quickly. We went on a Friday night at 8pm and did not have any problems being seated.
Okay food bit on the bland side. Decent tho with a nice vibe on the inside. shame it closed
Wow…I’m am pleasantly surprised and grateful that your team took a chance on putting this restaurant/ quality of good in our wonderful south loop neighborhood. My hope is that you not only keep the quality of fresh seafood as well as ingredients in your food/entrees but not go out of business during these trying times. Bravo!
Food and service were not good. The food was over cooked, or too bland. The Negroni was mostly water.
I and my party had a wonderful time. I loved the calamari and one of the guest loved that there was a GF option!!! I highly recommend Pacino's:)
For and service was good. Will return
I really enjoyed my dinner at this restaurant. The music was random old school but the service was great, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything was excellent!
Highly recommend, and if you catch me on Yelp you’ll see I’m very particular. The food here is reliably GREAT, and the waiters are attentive. Outdoor seating is a must do in season, it’s very pleasant. The manager is always there, always trying to make certain everyone is taken care of. The pastas are always delightful but my favorite dishes are: beet salad, Buratta and prosciutto, meatballs, and rice balls. Can’t go wrong with any of those EVER. Had the sea bass last night, was perfect. I’ve had the salmon several times as well. Wine list well curated. Sometimes music can be a bit loud for me but they will turn it down if asked, indoor interior design very modern and attractive. I’ll return again and again. You can’t go wrong, get on over there!
The food was tasteful Nor did I get correct sitting as request
Great place! Super good food, and friendly staff! Awesome array of menu options!
Overall, it was okay. Our waiter was very absent the entire dinner, but the food was delicious!
Wonderful frutti di mare!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
It was very warm, trouble with A/C. The food was okay. There was not enough sauce on the pasta but the pizza was good. The service was decent. I will not go back there are plenty of very good Italian restaurants around.
I wanted to like this place, but the food was a chain restaurant quality.
Two thumbs up!! Will definitely go back. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were fantastic.
We had an early dinner because of an event later that evening.
Not familiar with Chicago. The restaurant is located in an upscale-ish outdoor mall.
We were greeted by friendly hostess and waiter. The (club/dance) music was unexpected and VERY loud. There is outdoor seating but we chose to sit inside because it was a little too warm.
Our waiter was outstanding and knowledgeable. He was friendly without being overbearing.
Our cocktails were perfect (contessa and classic Negroni).
Our dinner was good. We ordered the special steak to share with the table and it was more than enough— we couldn’t finish it. Also ordered the caprese salad; unfortunately the tomatoes weren’t ripe and the basil was sparse — still we ate it all! The pastas were fine.
We would return, mostly because of the cocktails and excellent service.
Some of the best service I’ve had.
The restaurant looks beautiful and spacious. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever visited.
So happy this restaurant survived the pandemic, but it’s so good (and so close to home). Food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the service was top-notch.
If you’re looking for a great dinner and a movie night idea, Pacinos is a no-brainer as it’s next door to the Roosevelt movie theater.
Thx Pacinos for a great dining experience!
Nice spot, great food, and friendly staff. Oh yeah, validated parking for up to 90 minutes.
I had dinner alone and wanted to sit outside - I couldn't make a reservation on Open Table for 1 outside, so I asked to sit outside when I got there and the manager/owner was terrific and accommodated me. I had a very nice Super Tuscan red wine and the chicken Parmesan. I thought I was getting vegetables in addition to the pasta, but apparently it was a choice - one or the other. So, be careful when reading the menu. My server was very nice and was attentive. Of course, the restaurant wasn't crowded either.
Good as f***
Our server, Bela was outstanding
