   Food was delicious and the service was great!! I would highly recommend. Portions were decent size couldn’t finish and hade enough for some take home. Had one wine which was a generous pour and came chilled. Definitely worth your time!

   It must have been a busy day and they were short-staffed or something, but we waited for 15 minutes at the hostess table and could get no one’s attention. So we left for another restaurant. I have eaten at Pacino’s several times and this is the only bad experience I have had. Also it was very loud this time. Very loud. Maybe the time of Thursday evening. Of well.

   Service was only ok; server kept forgetting which person ordered what and we had to flag them down multiple times for service. Would be more understanding if there was more than 2 of us in the party. Found the food to be ok, but overpriced for the quality. The pancetta in the carbonara wasn’t rendered at all, which was unfortunate. Cocktails were ok but overpriced for the quality. The cake was very good.

   Valentine’s Day dinner - their chef didn’t show up. The manager was prepping food for all the guests. It took over an hour to get the entrees. Also, they were understaffed. Servers running around waiting so many tables, that we had to remind twice to get the bread and water. My old fashioned tasted of Jameson instead of a bourbon. The food was similar to your Cheesecake Factory pasta. On top of that , even a party of 2 would get a 20% gratuity despite their poor service. On questioning , our server blamed the manager for the mandatory gratuity. It’s just another restaurant in a mall. Avoid it if possible.

    Food was not flavorful. Calamari was not fresh, definitely from a box. Honestly, my worst Italian restaurant experience ever. Server was the bright spot of the evening.

    Very great service. Food was delicious. Easy to reserve a table online. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. We had the caprese salad, rigatoni vodka & chicken vesuvio. So delicious!

    My girlfriend and I went here for NYE and it was horrible. Firstly, the menu was not what was advertised on OpenTable. It was a special NYE experience menu and none of the items we wanted to order were available. OpenTable advertised that we would get the regular menu but that was not the case. The service, atmosphere and food were all very bad. It took 10 minutes to get seated with a reservation and then about 15 minutes to get a drink once seated. It was not crowded and there were about 5 staff members just standing around doing nothing. This place advertises itself as having a romantic atmosphere but it was bright, loud, and unprofessional. We spent the whole time just waiting for the check so we could leave. The food was cold and bland and a complete waste of money.

    The restaurant was empty, yet they sat us in a booth with terrible ambiance. The staff was rude and the male front desk manager yelled in the woman’s restroom at his female employee while my wife was also in the restroom. The waiter took my wife’s drink before it was finished and the area around the restaurant was not safe

    Food was nice. Service was rushed, didnt have time to digest between courses. Waiter forgot part of the order due to rushing. Other waiter just hovered over the table. Table wasnt cleaned between courses . Its ashame as we were really looking forward to dining at this highly recommended Restuarant

    They were so accommodating when we arrived. We could sit anywhere in the restaurant. We choose a table away from everyone else. The service was excellent, the waitress provided suggestions, checked on us numerous times. The void was very flavorful and came out of the kitchen hot. You could tell it was freshly made. As an added connect, the restrooms were extremely clean and very well appointed.

    Our waiter was absolutely horrible. It was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. He poured my beer so quickly it was all foam. My meal was incorrect. It was supposed to come with pasta and I got veggies instead. When I confronted him, he stated “I should have told him I wanted the pasta”. The menu clearly started my meal was supposed to be served with pasta. My friend ordered another drink, he brought her the wrong one and basically told her she didn’t like it because it was too strong for her and Was a “man’s drink”. Our experience with him was horrid. The experience we had with the hostess was amazing. She was extremely kind and was working hard to correct the errors or the waiter.

    We walked 1.6 miles from our convention hotel to eat at this restaurant. After checking reviews and news regarding Chicago restaurants, Pacino’s was our choice hands down. My eggplant parmesan had the most incredible flavor and its consistency was perfect. My husband described his lasagna as superb, the best he has ever eaten. Truly, it must have had 1/4 pound of meat in it. Full as we were, dessert was a must. The decision was so hard to make. We opted for the cream puffs which was a great choice though I am sure they would all be great. The bread was not cut thoroughly threw and I loved the feeling of “breaking bread” with my husband while listening to Frank Sinatra at just the right volume. It was intimate and relaxing. We could have opted to sit outside also. The napkins are cloth and pristine. The owner came to our table asking how everything was with his charming accent. We told him it was tremendous and whenever in Chicago we would be back.

    The serving staff was fabulous - it was a busy afternoon but she was so attentive and helpful. The food was spectacular and we even got an outside patio table. Shortly after we did switch to inside since it rained. The hostess was very sweet and quickly accommodated our change in seating. Once again, this spot did not disappoint. It does smell like popcorn when you walk in which is very tempting. Will definitely come back.

    This place was amazing!! Our waitress was phenomenal. Great service, extremely knowledge, prompt, and gave great suggestions. The ambiance was fantastic and the food was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend the Penne Arrabbiata or mussels if you want just a quick bite. 10/10 experience and they went all out for my friends birthday that we were celebrating. Such a fantastic experience, thank you Mike. Compliments to the chef as well. We will be back!!

    Tonight was our first time at Pacinos to say the experience was amazing would be an understatement!! The place is amazing inside, the food was outta this world, and the service was second to NONE! Our servers name was Sophia she made the experience perfect! She was very knowledgeable, very professional and quite funny which made the night even better there needs to be more servers like her. We've been to alot of Italian restaurants in Chicago and Pacinos jumped right to the front of the list we will definitely be back. Do not hesitate to try Pacinos!

    We had a wonderful dinner there last night. We sat outside on the patio but changed to inside dining as it got super humid. The Farfalle Con Pollo was amazing. The restaurant was understaffed and busy but our waitress was attentive, nice and great to our group! We will be back.

    Took a trip to Chicago and decided to celebrate both kids birthday with the family there. Made a private party reservation because we are a big family lol. Got a room upstairs looking down to the main dining space. It was elegant and quiet and very spacious. Our main server was Sofia and she was amazing. She gave all the best options to try and she made the kids feel extra special. She did an awesome job. We ordered all kinds of appetizers and entrees and drinks. There was nothing we can complain about. We loved everything. We also ordered desserts and they gave the birthday cakes with candles. Each food was made to perfection especially the meats to what we liked. She was very attentive to everything and kept checking on us. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. I have written generic names of some of the dishes we ordered.

    The food was not good at all and the restaurant was understaffed completely. Our waitress was lovely and understanding, but completely overwhelmed. If there are not enough servers, the hostess should not seat so many tables.

    They got both my food and drink orders wrong. I didn’t mind too much, since the food was good, but the servers seemed very inexperienced. They brought me a slightly similar, but completely different, dish (I didn’t bring it to their attention) and a totally different drink instead of telling me they didn’t have what I ordered (there seemed to have been some miscommunication between the servers and the bar).

    To be honest, we did not eat at Pacino's so really cannot comment on food, service... However, we had a confirmed reservation thru Open Table. When we arrived, were told there was a private party and that the restaurant was closed to normal dining. Poor communication and waste of our time. Not sure if this is an Open Table or Pacino issue. Regardless, there's no excuse!

    The service was non existent, waited 20 for drinks. There were probably only 10 patrons total in the restaurant. Every time the server came to the table he said he was sorry for the wait, he had 2 tables. WTH. The food was okay at best. We will not be returning to the poor service and okay food.

    I have been here twice and the food is definitely worth returning for. The first time I had Zuppa di Pesce which was absolutely delicious. The second time I had Cacio de Pepe with chicken. This was delicious as well! Be patient as everything is made to order and from scratch. Large portions and enough for left overs. My friend had the lasagna and stated he’ll come back whenever he has a taste for lasagna! It’s easy to get a reservation or grab a seat at the bar. Check it out!

    My Open Table reservations was for 4:30 pm... but Pacino's does not open until 5:00 pm. We arrived for the 4:30 pm reservation but... had to wait outside the restaurant until Pacino's opened. However the food and dining experience was excellent

    Most of the Yelp reviews are correct. This place is good but needs a little tweaking. The food was very good, but a little more seasoning would have made it outstanding. The service was good, but the waitress did not know how to properly open a wine bottle and serve the wine. She was so soft spoken I couldn't hear her about the din of the house music. They were slow. We got the wine after our appetizers arrived. Had they brought it earlier we might have had a second bottle. There is a lot of extra space here, which makes it nice that we are not right on top of our neighbors, but that means that they must be paying a fortune in rent. Overall, the food is really good, I would go back if I was in the neighborhood, but it wasn't outstanding enough to make a special trip.
