If I could give a lower review I would we sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and great us or offer a drink and ended up leaving and going to the keg. The atmosphere is terrible the manager looked over a few times and didn’t even bother to offer us some water. The menu items are also way overpriced for an Italian. I’d avoid this place.

Excellent value. Good pasta at a reasonable price. Grill to toast varieties of bread and butters made the experience a memorable one. Hostess was a little freaked out when we asked to be moved to a table away from the cold window draft but the server more than made up for this slight hiccup.

We had a fantastic experience at Banff Pacini’s. The service was great. The food was incredible. The wine delicious. We had such a lovely evening we can’t say enough good about it!

Do yourself a favor and pass on this restaurant. Our waitress was sweet but when we sat there for over 45min for our main course we were offered no explanation on what was taking so long or even asked if we would like refills on our drinks. When our dinners finally came out. Chicken parmigiana and a gluten free pizza. The noise level from unruly kids and people sneezing, coughing and hacking up a lung was so loud we lost our appetite. Which was good because the food was not.

We met another couple while traveling and had a great time sharing a dinner at Pacini Banff with them. The bread bar, where you select a bread and flavored butter and toast it yourself on the grill, was unique and the food and service were very good.

Food was good, and came fairly quickly. However, service was not great. I ordered an aperol spritz and when I mentioned it didn’t taste (or look) like there was any aperol in it and asked it be remade, the server said it would be the same. Upon receiving the bill, I saw he had punched an amaretto spritz in. They didn’t charge for the drink, but I don’t think he realized his error at any point.

Very good Italian cuisine. The bread bar was unique. You have a choice of breads and toppings from butter, garlic butter, tomato basil and pesto. You choose your bread and topping and place it on a grill and toast to your liking. It’s never ending, so you can try as many combinations as you like. Don’t over do it because the entree portions are large!

Stopped in here on way back from day trip and was not disappointed. Fast service fresh food good portions great staff and make ur own garlic bread at the bread bar! Our waiter went out of his way for my mum to make her affogato desert not on menu. Would highly recommend here the food was delicious

The grill-your-own bread station was amazing! Entrée portions are generous and food was delicious. Our party of 3 had the veal parmesan, fettuccini with prawns, and ravioli. None of us could finish our plate.

So disappointed…. Spaghetti Bolonaise tasted like it was poured out of a can of Chef Boyardee. Caesar salad was tasteless. Can’t imagine why anyone rated 4 stars unless they had never eaten Italian food before. The pizza was bizarre as well.

We had a fantastic dinner there 2 nights back. The bread bar was a good start to the dinner which was complimentary. We loved it and our waitress was very competent and pleasant. We went in for the Duo special and the quantities were a bit small for the shrimp and saugage parts, but overall was a very good experience. They had 2 fireplaces outside which looked wonderful!

The food was mediocre at best! Service as well. We had a Traditional Lasagna/Vegetarian Lasagna/Linguine Alfredo/Flatbread pizza. The traditional lasagna was average microwave tasting lasagna, same as the vegetarian. The Linguine was cold, not enough sauce and the chicken on it was dried out and sketchy, like it came from a package. The flatbread pizza was ok once we peeled some of the cheese off. The highlight truly was the self serve bread station.

The food tasted great. The service and ambience wasn’t as great in comparison to the other restaurants we went to in Banff. Our service was also not the best and only really came to deliver food and the bill. Probably not a place I’d dine again.

We reserved a table for two as it was our 10th Anniversary, no issue doing so. Banff as a whole has become outdated, old and lacking in customer service. To our absolute delight we have experienced the most delicious meal possible. The meal we had consisted of bread from the bread bar, Parmigiano Fondant, Lasagna Grandiosa, Meat Lovers Pizze E Duettos and deserts were Apple Crumble with caramel Sause and Chocolate Delight. To drink we had Red Rooster, October Lime, a Glass of Ventiterre Montepulciano and finished with Italian Caffè which they happily did a brandy substitute for frangelico. Our server, Courtney was a lovely lady from Wales, she was kind, friendly, attentive without being intrusive and an absolute delight. The manager, Camilla made a point to stop by the table to speak with us and make sure we were have a good time. The food...pardon the expression...OMG. The chef did an amazing job. If I could give a higher star review I would. Spectacular, absolutely out of this world...an absolute must if you come to Banff you have to come to Pacini and enjoy a dining experience you will never forget
