The food was cooked to perfection, Server was outstanding and knowledge . We did not have to wait for refills and he made great recommendations as soon as we were ready to order. I would highly recommend pacifico.

Being that I am a huge foodie and that I also try as many places old and new and try to always give my honest opinion this has been my absolute favorite restaurant for years. Yes it's pricey but you get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed here on any visit here. Food is excellent and always mouth watering good. Large portions and always cooked to order. I didn't even like seafood until I had it there. I would highly recommend Pacifico and I would give it 20 stars if allowed. Yes it's that good!

My husband and I had a very good time. Our server, was excellent. Food was delicious. Ambiance was perfect. Definitely recommend the mojitos.

Dinner was delicious however very expensive considering the entrees are extremely small. I had the shrimp and scallops over raviolis (only 2 small ones) My husband had the salmon dish served only with kale. The jumbo crab cake was the size of a golf ball. I would go back for appetizers and drinks not for the entrees.

Nice atmosphere. Not too loud. Not too quiet. Service was great...almost too quick as we were in and out in just over an hour. tables were divided with plexiglass and food service and hosts were all masked. Apps and drinks were great. Entrees were good. Well presented but could have used a bit more seasoning.

Excellent food with remarkable preparation and service to match. We had a great experience here and would recommend to others. Steak was cooked perfectly with excellent crust. Lobster tail on the paella was perfectly executed as were the scallops and shrimp. Covid protocols were clearly taken seriously. Menu entree prices range from $20 to 30.

Wonderful restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. All 3 courses were excellent with great flavor and fun inspiration behind the dish. Attention to detail can be found in everything. Each course was plated with care, and small details. The staff did a great job tying the experience together and making the night about so much more than just the food.

Oscar was the best waiter! He was very personable and answered any questions we had about the menu. The food was delicious starting with the seafood tower , for entre we got the lomo saltado and the key lime dessert. We saw the manager visiting every single table, it make our experience wonderful.

Walter was absolutely phenomenal with his friendliness and professional service! Not just him but the whole staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The mussels and octopus was amazing and cooked to perfection and the cheesecake was great as well, absolutely no complaints! Will definitely come back when I'm in town!

Fantastic from start to finish. During this crazy covid world the team at Pacifico supported our family to celebrate special moments in a very safe and comfortable way. Amazing table, great service from front of the house to back of the house. Bartenders were great with perfect Makers Manhattan's, server was friendly / knowledgeable and helpful, managers touched base with our table several times to ensure our experience was perfect. Nice job Blue Pacifico!

Hands down one of the most amazing meals I've ever had. We did order a bottle of wine recommended by Walter to pair with our food and it was an excellent recommendation. The level of detail for every dish was amazing. Extremely nice chefs and staff, I can not recommend this restaurant enough.

I ordered the lomo saltado, the blue point oysters, and the veggie risotto. The drink was so refreshing and light! The oysters were sooo good! Blue points are always mild in flavor, but these tasted fresh, were large in size, and were shucked wonderfully. The veggie risotto was amazing & it was a nice portion.

Incredible food, server explained each course to us, the history behind the dish, the modifications to make it with all local ingredients. It was an amazing experience and I walked away from it not only satisfied from the meal but feeling like I had tapped into a part of the Latin community around me that I did not know that much about previously.

Excellent fare and presentation in a combined business and dining district. There is an emphasis on seafood but they also serve excellent steaks.

Incredible dinner and experience! The staff and manager are so kind and so enthusiastic about the food and the stories. It was special to see (and taste!) what Pacifico creates to celebrate Latin flavors. We will be back!

Overall fantastic experience. This was not a typical meal, it was far superior. The seafood paella and churrasco made this a unique and memorable experience. The execution was flawless. The food was top notch. Pisco sours were amazing. I would highly recommend this for any foodie out there!

Wonderful servers. Good drinks. Sangria was a bit waterered down, but food was pretty good. A few over priced items but generally a nice place to eat. Great vibe and crowd.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. From the service to the pure perfection of the food. We were nothing less than impressed the entire time. The duck quesadilla was incredible , I savored every bite. Our entrees were absolutely amazing. I will definitely drive 2 hours to New Haven just to dine here again!

What a restaurant! The food is delicious and the cocktails are excellent. The staff is all super friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. The staff spends lots of time with every customer because the meal seating is extremely well organized. There’s an intense sense of calmness at this restaurant. Highly recommended!

One of the best restaurants in New Haven, and love the atmosphere in addition to the food. Like many other reviews, the churrasco was great, and is one of my favorites. This time I also was able to try the Seafood paella, and this was also nice, service was outstanding.

We dined on the second floor of the restaurant. It was very cold and uncomfortable, compared to the first floor dining area. My date and I were tempted to wear our coats but we didn’t want to look awkward. Otherwise, the food was great as always. The restaurant was very clean and has taken many precautions for COVID-19 safety. The service was fast and consistent.

Absolutely magical. Pacifico is a place you go on a special occasion. It was our anniversary so I thought it was fitting; It certainly was. This was the first time ever trying octopus as well. It was an amazing first impression to say the least. The food was phenomenal and the service matched just that!
