   Great food. Service was nice but most annoying was the constant yelling of "ORDER" by the wait staff. It was like sitting through a courtroom movie.

   All dishes were excellent. Twin lobster tails, salmon and the seafood soup outstanding. Roasted oysters were delightful. Caesar and wedge salads were tasty. After dinner drinks were special treats. Cheyenne and all service staff were very attentive. Always a delightful time at Pacifica. Cheers.

   Food and service are usually very good here. Server was great. The only downside with the Sunset Dinner (salmon) is that the portion was extremely small. However, my friends ordered the Shrimp Louie salad and the shrimp were large and the portion was perfect.

   Server was not having a good day. Very short with us. For example, we asked for our steak to be cooked between med and medium well. Served snapped, “the cook can do medium or medium-well, which do you want?” We requested medium-well, the steak arrived well+++. Other than the steak temperature and the server with attitude, the meal was perfectly acceptable

    Terrible quality food. Fish didn’t seem fresh at all. Pretty dried out. Uninteresting and dated preparations. Bread was hard as a rock because it was in the warming drawer too long. I would not go back.

    Hostess and host, servers, waitress, were all great. Felt very welcomed. Food was very good. Only issue was that the entrees came about 30 minutes after we had finished our salad. But the host and waitress constantly checked up on our table so I had no problems with the wait. Thanks for a great evening!

    the salmon entre was not cooked thoroughly enuf, but I felt too distracted to try to get waitstaff to return it to kitchen. was there for my birthday and I have been to this restaurant before and I consider it my favorite go-to special occasion place. as I mentioned, the food was a bit disappointing, but everything else was super! our server was terrific and met my expectations of great service.

    Excellent meal, from start to finish. The appetizers were delicious (bacon wrapped dates, calamari, and ahi tower), and our entrees were outstanding (Chilean Sea Bass and Insalata Melania). Sam was a very attentive server, and the views at sunset were amazing. We will definitely be back!

    Second time trying this place, first time was not good, very bland tasting food, which for a place in such a prime location I wouldn’t of expected. This time, second time, I tried after hearing about a chef change. Again, to my disappointment, it was the same lack luster food. Did a dozen oysters, but oysters where so big we had to cut them with a knife to eat. Which when getting oysters is not ideal as you want to be able to shoot them. My girlfriend got sea bass, I got surf and turf. Both dishes when served just looked disappointing. Bland and lacking taste, it has confirmed we will not return. Such a shame for having a roof top location overlooking El Paseo.

    Our server named Kiely was the best. Very efficient and friendly. She made good suggestions. We had the seabass, halibut and shrimp Louie salad. All were amazing. Desserts were also very yummy. Would definitely go back.

    The ambiance and the service were nice, however the food was only fair. The timing of the food felt rushed, we found our meals of halibut and lobster to be heavily over seasoned, and the greens of my salad were wilted and past prime. For a higher end restaurant we expected better food and a better experience.

    Chose this restaurant based on it being on Open Table Had a let afternoon, early dinner Was able to get the afternoon special pricing Smaller portions but more than enough food The scallops on the shell were incredible Mulligatawny soup and braised short ribs completed the meal Outstanding service Definitely a place that I want to visit again

    The food is good. Our server was very pleasant but despite her telling us she would space the delivery of our courses, the mains came out while we still eating g our appetizers. We sent the mains back. The two managers who arrived in succession were grossly incompetent and quite annoyed that we didn’t want hot food, almost finished oysters and dirty plates on the table all at once. They may be used to working at home and shouldn’t be in the service business. If you want to enjoy your meal, stay away.

    The menu became very small, as well as portion sizes, and the prices doubled! I ordered surf and turf, my lobster was overdone, and very rubbery/chewy, so I gave it to my husband, my filet mignon supposed to be well done, but it was very pink inside, I couldn’t even eat it. Coffee came really cold that I couldn’t even drink it, I had to ask our server for a new cup of hot coffee. Our server was amazing though. I don’t think I will be back, well at least for a while, or recommend a weekly friends night out to this place. Used to be my favorite restaurant, that’s why I picked to go there for Mother’s Day with my family.

    If you enjoy martinis this is your place! Went for the calamari appetizer and the Chilean Sea Bass. Squid was done perfectly! Her fish was done well but the sauce was runny and soup like. Ice cream pie for dessert… perfect!

    Showed up about 40 mins early, planned to just grab a drink but the woman at the hostess stand was very rude so we went next door to have one instead. We came back just before 7:30 to now be told they only have outdoors available but nobody bothered to ask us our preference originally. Luckily it was a nice night so we were ok with it. Overall the food was very good but like many places the service was not great. I can’t just blame the waiter as they were definitely over seating based on available staff. Waiter just seemed very rushed so when he did come see us it was short interactions straight to the point of do you want do order or do you want a drink, never asking how things were, do we need anything just felt rushed.
