we ordered 2 of the swordfish 7oz plates, a halforder of the Chilean seabass, and a half order of lobster. the swordfish and seabass were delicious but very small portions. the swordfish was more like 3oz. and my wifes sea bass was like 2 bites. the lobster was very small and not done well. This is not what we're used to at Pacifica and was honestly a little embarrassing with our out of town guests. Our server Shannon was very good.

Minor problem in that we were given a small table. Enjoyed the meal. Very pleased that a member of staff chased us down when I left my cell phone on the table and had exited the restaurant!

I think our expectations were too high. This is mediocre seafood. I suggest the one go to Rock n Fish in Manhattan Beach to have great seafood dishes. Service was great, everyone very friendly.

I have been going to Pacifica for over 15 years. Last night the service was horrible. The service was slow. My wife & I was very hungry. We literally sit for 10 minutes before anyone came to service our table. No eye contact when they came. I waited for service & had to flag down a young man cleaning the tables to just get someone to help us. By the time my food came, I had lost my appetite. Had them to pack my seafood Louie salad to go. The restaurant was not busy. I told my wife the food wasn't important because it was date night. To many good restaurants in the valley to deal with this. I would have had a better experience at Fishermen's Grill for far less the cost. With no expectations of service

Dinner was really pretty good. 2 of us ordered off the Prix fixe menu- & we both felt the food was tasty & the price fair. My husband ordered the ribeye off the menu, it was way over cooked (he orders medium rare) & this was medium well. The server - Sam - was quick to take it back & the manager brought a new perfectly cooked steak. Tuesday is 50% off bottles of wine - what a treat - we didn’t know this happens every Tuesday. Give it a try!

The food was absolutely scrumptious. One of us got the prix fixe and it was quite reasonable as well as yummy. And the very extensive wine list was half-off bottles the night we were there. What could be better?

Visted before but we're AGAIN pleasantly surprised with their constant prompt service and outstanding quality of their food no matter how busy they are! We always try to have something different because the quality is so good. Two ordered off the sunset menu; short ribs and a Scottish dinner, other two order the lobster and salmon. The quality never disappoints! The lobster portion typically is small at other restaurants, but so surprised to see such a generous portion for a 7oz order. Everything was very tasty and served with great sides.

We were seated on time and the wait staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was great everyone loved their food. We had the swordfish, sea bass, lobster and filet minion. It was all delicious followed by the ice cream pie. Definitely we will be back to eat here again.

Our dinners were very good. Drinks were good. Food was good and beautifully presented. It was noisy and a bit difficult for someone with hearing loss to be able to hear, but service was very good and the view was lovely.
