   Same issues we’ve experienced at other restaurants post pandemic, not enough help. Our poor server had the entire inside of the restaurant including a table of 12 on his own. Husband’s salmon was way under cooked, but we couldn’t catch anyone’s eye until he’d finished the entire plate except the fish. Fish went back to kitchen and we sat there until it was brought back then he ate it by itself after I was finished with my dinner. Medjool dates are an excellent starter. Mulligatawny soup delicious as well.

   The salads and fresh fish were delicious! Our food server was attentive and friendly. Sitting outside with some protection and heater was lovely.

   Very good service and the ambience was great. The sea bass was outstanding and the candied salmon salad was pretty good as well. When they staff heard it was our 50th Anniversary they surprised us with a to die for ice cream cake. Very thoughtful. I will surely return.

   Pretty tasteless, over-priced food. Shrimp served over-cooked. Seafood stew broth was nondescript. It always amazes me how this type of joint can continue to prosper.

   We have been coming to Pacifica for years. It’s always been delicious. Last night we had the calamari for an appetizer. It was room temperature when arriving to the table. For a main course I had the Chilean sea bass. There are two portions. The small $30 and a larger one $50. I ordered the small and it was 3 oz of fish. It was ridiculous. The fish was also room temperature. My husband had the swordfish and it was expensive and tasteless. Pacifica - do better. You have lost a good customer.

   Reservations were only available earlier or later, so decided to eat earlier. What a great way to save money. We ordered the happy hour dinner and it was awesome!!! So affordable, with nice dinner selections, great service and we ate outside on the patio. Definitely will do that again!

    Seafood restaurant in the desert... overall nothing really special. Food was decent. Server seemed rushed or just didn't appreciate small talk. Have had better manhattens. Usually order dessert but not here due to poor selection.

    We sat outside overlooking strip, wonderful area, very accommodating, because heaters were on, and they actually turned them off for us because it was too warm. Food was phenomenal Sam, our waitress was exceptionally pleasant and they restaurant was very accommodating to allow substitute. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

    I love to come early for the Sunset dinner with my parents it's always a really good time and the food is always delicious. I realize that some people choose this place for a special occasion but me and my family are here frequently. This is the perfect spot to grab a quick chowder or have a nice family dinner - 5 stars to Pacifica.

    My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times prior to Covid and we used to rave about the service and food. Post Covid it wasn’t the same, though still better than most places. I would definitely give it another try when visiting Palm Springs

    Love the menu! Options for different sized portions. Seafood stew is fabulous! Nice ambience. Wonderful service! A bit noisy, but it was packed-so understandable. Easy parking behind center.

    We met another couple for dinner. Our reservation was early so happy hour was in full swing, but we were placed at a really comfortable table where we could enjoy ourselves and four really great meals, 3 sea bass and one salmon. The women liked that they could have smaller portions. Our waiter was very good as well. All in all a really perfect evening and meal.

    We celebrated our anniversary there. Food was delicious! I had the seafood stew and my husband had the Beef short ribs. Service was great! We sat outside by the patio. All in all we enjoyed our dinner there.

    Service was awful from the get-go. We sat out to have a drink and there was confusion about if we should go in to check in for our reservation. The two hostesses were not on the same page. Once inside, the service was decent but nothing to write home about. Overall a blah experience for how busy it was.

    Wish they had honored our request (when we arrived) for a cabana….since we didn’t specify it in the res. they didn’t seat us there —-but the cabana next to our table remained EMPTY during our entire dinner.

    After being seated, we waited quite a while for someone to wait on us. We had to ask for service. Food was very good although the ceviche was quite bland. They brought our entrees before we were finished with our appetizers which made us feel rushed. Other than those blunders, we enjoyed the restaurant and will return.

    We had a very nice experience here. The Chilean Sea Bass tasted delicious although that would be expected from a dish that costs $50. The service was as efficient as could be, but I thought our waiter could have been more friendly. It felt like he was doing us a favor by serving us. We were happy there was no music playing to add to the crowd noise.

    Dined here 10 yrs ago to celebrate Mother In Laws birthday and liked it so decided to dine here again. This is a lovely restaurant with nice ambiance and good food. We ate indoors but noticed some adorable outdoor areas with heaters. Our server was a little “stiff” but very professional. We spent such a long time waiting for our appetizers that the manager came over to check on us - which was very nice. We weren’t in a hurry (or starving) so the wait didn’t bother us much. Pacifica is a great place to enjoy a nice, special dinner without feeling rushed. The raw oysters were fresh but the accompaniments didn’t add much to the flavor. Would have enjoyed something more citrusy to go with the horseradish and cocktail sauce. The mignonette was not tart enough and did not add much flavor. Same with the swordfish ceviche. The fish was delicious but needed a little more flavor or something (which seemed to be the theme with All restaurants in PSP/PD). Highly recommend the Seafood Stew which had lots of seafood and lots of flavor! The swordfish entree was lacking in the sides/accompaniment dept but the swordfish was really tender, juicy and flavorful. It came with a “relish” and a salsa which both were ok. Felt like the dish was missing something to complement the fish. Was very healthy tho. Great restaurant for a special night out. Probably one of the better places to eat in all of Palm Desert, Palm Springs or Indian Wells area.

    We were a little late for our reservation but called ahead to let them know. When we arrived, they told us that our table would only be available for 45 minutes. They told us they needed the table back at 7 PM - so we chose to move to another table. We had a nice booth outside And moved to a table with chairs. As soon as we were seated, they seated someone else in the booth we were in and that was at 6:15 PM - so not quite sure why they needed the booth back. Otherwise the food was delicious and the server was excellent, I have the Ahi tuna and my husband had the salmon.
