Great food, nice surroundings, pleasant service - we were impressed. Food was very tasty - can't stress that enough. Highly recommended.
Great seafood selection. Good size portion. Flexible for sharing.
Good eats. Nice stop on way to Golden gate park
As always, a perfect combination of comfort, quality & umami! Great wine selection, specials consistantly exciting. Kris, our server was professional and welcoming. We leave feeling great from an overall delicious experience. Have been coming to Pacific Catch on Lincoln and 9th since it opened. Thank you!
Great food but overwhelmingly LOUD inside. Even the three year old was complaining about the noise!
Pacific Catch is a great place if you are keen on seafood but want it with a twist. Their fish taco options are great and their poke options are very tasty. The fish is fresh, the ambiance is very nice and the staff are on top of it.
We’ve been in a Pacific Catch in Campbell CA so we reserved in the ‘sunset’ area of SF hoping it would be just as good. It definitely WAS!
Our friend who was with us was new to Pacific Catch, and she adored the shrimp and veggie wraps with peanut dipping sauce. I had two tacos and a salad instead of fries — absolutely delicious and the side salads are amazing, with freshest of greens, edamame and a light vinaigrette. My husband’s seared Ahi sandwich was cooked perfectly.
The interior space of this restaurant is wonderful, too.
Don’t miss this place!
Great moment . Cevice is very good
It is convenient if because it's walking distance from the Music Concourse parking garage when visiting CA Academy of Science, Japanese Tea Garden, Conservatory of Flowers, and de Young Museum in Golden Gate Park. The food is consistent for the chain, but the service was horrible. The waitress didn't explain the menu to those new to the restaurant, didn't refill water glasses until end of meal, and never checked to see how the meal was. We basically had to get up to flag her down on an early Sunday evening -- so it wasn't terribly busy yet. They did let us select one complimentary dessert for the birthday girl which was appreciated.
Good food and drinks, very good service, nice settings.
Our dinner was compromised by a completely undisciplined child @ the next table. They moved to another table, but we could still hear the child. The parents finally gave up & left with the child, to everyone's relief.
Creative approach to seafood using fresh ingredients. A favorite spot of ours.
Always the best ... enough space between tables to permit a conversation ... food is always great ... and while they have a wide range of poki dishes, they also have my favorite (classic) that most local spots don't serve
Very good food. Service was a bit lacking because never refilled water glasses or asked if wanted more
I'm always happy with the fare at Pacific Catch. This time it was for lunch, and I had the Crispy Oyster Basket with Sweet Potato fries. Yum! Always the best oysters ever! My friend had the Petrale Sole with the mashed potatoes with crab (Oh, my gosh, they were especially delicious). Never been disappointed here. Good good food, and reasonable prices. Good service. Nothing to complain about. A favorite place for lunch when we visit the DeYoung or the Botanical Gardens!
Wow this place is absurdly overpriced. Not a value. Manager and staff were wonderful. Will give them another shot purely because the manager handled the whole thing with such grace.
Great place if you have kids and you want to have a drink
I had such a great, first time experience here. Every single staff member was super nice and attentive. Our server Arlise, was amazing. The food.... PERFECT. Everything was so so tasty! Thank you Pacific Catch! See you again soon!!!!
Great environment for kids
Can't believe we had never been before. Everything was delicious- brownie sundae, coconut shrimp, etc
Service was great, a bit noisy.
Pacific Catch is a good and reliable and reasonably priced restaurant. They have a good selection of unique Asian and seafood items, and good draft beer. The street corner location is nice, and it has a number of tables inside by the windows. It is similar to their other restaurant in Corte Madera.
Best food, best service! Love it!
We had an amazing meal and Emilio was a knowledgeable and attentive server! We will definitely return and recommend the tuna poke and shrimp ceviche!
We always elect to go to Pacific Catch when family drives down from Sacramento area. Always happy with our menu choices and consistently good quality.
Thank you for continuing to meet or exceed our expectations.
I like Pacific Catch just the way it is. I usually go there with friends for lunch; all my friends like it. We mostly order Tacos and Poke ( tuna & salmon). I love their specialty cocktails. We never feel rushed. I appreciate the parking lot in the back. I use the Handicapped space if it is open.
The service is always pleasant and respectful. I am happy to have this restaurant in my neighborhood.
Everything was perfect the service the food, very recommended
Too noisy to have a meaningful conversation. Not much privacy for a party of two.
My wife asked to make a reservation here for Valentine’s Day. Normally the food is reliably good. Unfortunately the cook put so much sauce on the Baja shrimp tacos they were inedible. The waitress removed that from our bill, which was a nice gesture and the right thing to do.
Jessie, our waiter, was terrific- great service. He chose the bass for my mother, which she loved. My parents loved the crab and coconut shrimp as well. I had a terrific blood orange margarita. The Thai curry bowl was great, although a little spicy.
Good food, well priced, and well received.
I sat at the bar and Anthony was my bartender.
Ordered a specialty Mojito which was very good with kumquat. Ordered Korean Sticky Ribs which is my favorite. Delicious! Then ordered a regular Mojito which sure beats the one at Scott’s Oakland.
Then I found out I left my purse at my last location. No cash. No credit card. Anthony was gracious enough to let me call in my credit card when I got it back. I did call it in. Anthony is the Best!
Reservation was not honored because they were having an employee party. They told us that they had blocked open table reservations which was clearly not the case. Very disappointing, particularly as we had traveled across the city to get there.
Pacific Catch used to be a reliable restaurant, but that evening, the service, the cocktails, and the food were all very disappointing. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to bring us our drinks, in spite of his constant assurances they were coming. When our appetizers finally arrived, we were told the restaurant was "very busy," although there were empty tables all around us. When we asked for water, one glass came to our table cracked. We informed the manager, and she told us she would address our problems with her staff. To her credit, she took $30 off our tab. I am now reluctant to return to Pacific Catch——we were entertaining an out-of-town guest, and the experience that night was an embarrassment.
Solidly average seafood joint. The food is mostly just OK. Nothing special about it. Good cocktails. Our server was nice but maybe had too many tables? We had to wait a fairly long time to order and then didn't see her again until we got the check. It's an OK neighborhood place but don't make a special trip.
The waiter, Jesse, was so patient to all my friends and kids. He is super friendly and helpful.
We all enjoyed the food and non alcoholic beverages very much.
We would LOVE to come back for more!
The day we went with th family , there was a huge problem with taking our order then we saw our order sitting up there for over 15 minutes and when we found someone to talk to said that our order has been up there in the lights and our waiter was nowwhere to be found😜. It will be a very long time till I get back there!
Interesting Asian fusion dished. Very fresh ingredients. Short ribs are good but a little too sweet. Fish and chips are great. Great service!
Delicious food, but small portion sizes for the price. We had the crab cake appetizer ($14 for 2), fish & shrimp tacos, and the clean salmon bowl. We also had a pitcher of the mai tai ($42, small pitcher), expensive but very strong. Overall, we were full and very happy with the taste of everything! Service was great, too. Would definitely go back, but most likely for the happy hour specials!
Have not come on a Saturday night before, not a great idea. Service was very slow, it was very noisy. Food was good as per usual.
Great spot for local dining in Outer Sunset. Will g back for sure.
Food is always good, but the service was super bad this time .... bummer.
