The food was terrible. The waitress stopped by took our order and before she was gone the food arrived. The coconut shrimp were nearly black. The sweet potato fries were ice cold. It was obvious the food had been prepared sometime earlier in the day and simply reheated to be brought to us. The only saving grace was dessert. The brownie Sunday was delicious. I would not go to this branch of the chain.

Brought our daughter here before her flight home, she really enjoyed it and the food was so fresh, the service was and is always great! They really do everything to make it a pleasant experience, she reminded us that it was 1/2 price Sake… SOLD lol I do recommend this place for great food

Love Tuesdays as bottles of wine are half off! Our server brought us a sample of the two whites we were considering so we could choose. Food was yummy and service very good too. A bit loud but there was a very large party of like 25 so understandable.

We ordered bowls and tacos. The food was fresh and healthy and portions were large. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but there are a lot of hard surfaces, so it’s noisy.

My husband and I went to Pacific Catch in Sunnyvale last night and we had a really nice experience. The best part was that with two drinks, the appetizer, and two entrees were under $100.00! Thank you Pacific Catch, Sunnyvale for our delicious "date-night" meal. We will see in again, for sure!!

The single star is because you can't award no stars. FOOD: Awful! My dining partner found the broccolini too tough to cut through with the knife they provided. My rockfish was so tough and over-seared that I could not cut it with a knife. (This was not the fault of the knives.) I ordered the "Pick a Fish" rockfish, looking forward to something with a light flavor that has a clean finish, choosing the "tomato confit" garnish (grilled, very thin tomato slices with garlic and lemon juice) in support of that. The garnish was the best part of the dish. The rockfish was plated with their regular fried potatoes, which were soaking up water from the fish before they reached our table. I asked the server for some paper napkins so that I could soak up the water before it ruined all of the fries and not just the ones at the bottom. She brought two napkins but showed no concern that I had waterlogged potatoes. If you choose to dine here (why would you do that?!), ask for the fries on a separate plate. I also ordered their miso-dressed salad. The salad ingredients were fresh, with edamame and other nice touches. However, the salad is served in a small, attractive bowl that leaves no room for cutting the large leafy vegetables into bite-sized pieces. When I tried to cut the salad, I had to retrieve pieces that fell over the side of the bowl. The top of the salad was dry, but as I got farther down in the bowl, there was a miso-like dressing along with water, which made the remainder of the salad vegetables unappealing. When my dining partner requested mustard for her salmon, she received yellow mustard. That is disgusting. It would have been appropriate to get something like a Dijon mustard or even a spicy brown mustard, such as Gulden's. Anyone who knows seafood cuisine would not offer yellow mustard for salmon. AMBIANCE: The audio music was so loud that it was distorted. The volume made it impossible to hold a sustained conversation.

Very poor service and inconsistent food quality. Some of the food is fine, but our idea of a birthday celebration is not to be sitting for 30-40min at a time waiting to get a server's attention for more water, a drink, or order dessert. Management is also poor, leading to poor training and service. What's worse, if you speak to the manager (Matt), he is rude, unapologetic, and lacks empathy about any bad dining experiences or service. This is the second time Pacific Catch has ruined a birthday with such poor service, and we will not be back to any of their locations.

It was our first time in Pacific Catch Sunnyvale. It is very reasonably priced seafood restaurant. Portions are good size and the food is creative and well prepared. The service is good and the menu has a lot of items to choose from. It is good for groups and families with children as well. Highly recommend this restaurant for amazing dining experience.

Slow service. Our server was missing most of the time. Seems like he was slammed with too many tables. Could tell by the facial expression he made when the host gave him another table.

Really like the food & wine. The restaurant was WAY too loud & had a hard time conversing with our friends. The music seemed inappropriate for a pleasant dining experience. So overall, it was pretty uncomfortable to the point of PROBABLY WON’T return.

Went early for dinner and although their were quite a few people there, they sat us away from the crowd so it was very quiet and we could talk. The rockfish and the shrimp and crab rolls were so good. The waiter was attentive and not intrusive. The décor was relaxing and the restaurant was very clean. Parking was easy.

I love this restaurant! The staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. The food is so, SO good. The fish & chips are delicious as are the salad bowls and the tacos. The taco platter is a great way to try the different flavors. The manager goes out of his way to be friendly and is a really nice guy. Our waitress was Isabelle and she was a gem as was the front desk young woman. I could eat here every night and never get bored with the variety of dishes.

Cheeseburger, ordered medium-rare, arrived well-done and was sent back. The second burger, ordered to remedy the obvious deficiency of the first, also arrived well-done. Tired of delay to get what I ordered, I ate this one rather than taking a third try. Although I was given a $20 gift certificate, I will be quite reluctant to try this restaurant again--at least for beef.

Our server Natalie was very pleasant and efficient and the food was delicious. One thing I noticed was the hostess was not dressed very welcoming, oversized sweatshirt and baggy jeans which came across as a bit sloppy. Also be aware that there is a 3% living wage surcharge.

Got a table the night before for Valentine's Day. We ordered the mix grill along with the salmon chowder. Everything was quality and tasty. The service was great and the food came out fast even though it was a busy night. It was a very satisfying experience.

Took my neighbors and my husband out 4 V-Day. Food was delicious. We ordered everything from sushi, to ribs etc etc.The drinks were exceptional. Not sure if the service was lacking due to holiday and business? Service could have been better. No water. We weren't asked if everything was OK. Waiter came to ask is we wanted dessert only because we were done. Also, tab was paid before the dessert even came. It was just a bit off. Aside from that, going back on a less busy day.

They play the music SO SO LOUD you have to scream across the table to have a simple conversation! It's a restaurant not a club! Food was excellent but service was very very slow unlike other locations.
