I've been here many times but for some reason the service was off quite a bit this evening. I asked for a side sauce 5 times from 4 different servers and it finally came when I was almost completely finished with my meal. Plus, we had to wait 30 minutes for our food after ordering. I'm going to assume is was a busy night with staffing issues and give it another chance next time.
The food is always excellent and was again this evening. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. That's why we keep coming back.

We came to meet a friend after the holidays and brought our 3 year old. We sat outside and the heaters were great even on a cold day. Server was very attentive. They brought us another table's order and our order went to another table by accident but it wasn't a big deal and that was the only hiccup. The salmon was great!

We needed a last minute (day of reservation) spot to eat dinner at for Christmas Eve and they were very accommodating when we showed up with 5 in our party instead of four. The wait staff and hostess were very friendly and efficient. Even though the place was full when we were there at 6pm the kitchen flowed as if they are used to a quick turnaround.
The food was outstanding offering hand crafted cocktails as well as lots of different seafood options. I was surprised at all the different selections on the menu. Sushi, poke, sandwiches as well as main course entrees. I had the mahi mahi tacos and they were excellent. I'm definitely coming back to explore the different menu options.

Their miso glazed black cod with veggie tempura and brown rice was probably their best fish ever served. As good as Roy's at Ka'anapali!!

I usually get one of their delicious salads but this time I had an ahi tuna sandwich which was very good. I have yet to be disappointed.

The miso grilled black cod was wonderful. It was as good as Roy's miso yaki butterfish from the islands.
However, the Pulrhu steak lacked flavor. It was not seasoned and was very bland.
Service was excellent!

The food was wonderful. It was a bit noisy. The service was very slow. After 20 minutes I had to go find a server and ask that someone come to the table to ask us for drinks.

I usually have the Ahi Tuna salad which is my standby. It is delicious and made the way
I like it. They give me the dressing on the side. Amazing how I get in a rut and always order
the same thing but I know I will enjoy it so why gamble. I do not eat spicy food so that is one
of the reasons for this choice. There are quite a few different options depending on your taste
buds. My friend had tortilla soup accompanied with a shrimp appetizer and loved it.

The restaurant was listed under Sushi Place, what i had in mind. There is sushi very limited. The menu is all over the board which is a plus for groups and families. Overall food is average. The service was OK.

I met a friend for lunch that I hadn't seen in a while so we had some catching up to do We told our server we weren't in a hurry and he respected that and didn't try to rush us.
Food was good and fresh. Mine was too spicey for me (I ordered spicey red curry noodle bowl so bad on me). Only negative was noise of construction going on at mall entrance but not restaurants fault. Host apologized for noise without being prompted. I will return!

This is an awesome restaurant with a huge eclectic menu and something for everyone. I had the three taco plate with cod, steak, and chicken. My wife had the salmon salad and my son had fish and chips with spiced sweet potato fries. All home runs.

Third time dining. It was good, but not as good as last visit. Ordered salmon salad, salmon cooked nicely, but lettuce needed a bit more dressing. Liked the crunchy salmon skin, but green beans were tough. Fish and chips were good and enjoyed the sweet potato fries! All in all, a good meal, but probably wouldn't order salad again. Service was good. Appreciated their splitting the salad as my friend and I were sharing the two dishes.

Horrible service!! On 10/28 during lunch hour when the restaurant wasn't busy my friend and I arrived 10 minutes before the time of our reservation. Two guests arrived at the time we did and did not have reservations. They were told they had to wait since the restaurant was short staffed. They were seated shortly afterwards. Then, the host proceeded to seat people that arrived after us without reservations. When I asked if we could be seated the host said we had to wait. I asked to speak to the manager who told me in a very rude manner that he didn't understand why I made reservations a few minutes before we arrived. I said I live in Corte Madera, and wanted to make sure we had reservations when we arrived. Guests that witnessed what was happening explained we should be seated before them since they didn't have reservations. The manager ignored our request, and just shrugged his shoulders. He walked away.

This is not the type of service I expect from a restaurant in my community. My family and friends have frequented this restaurant for quite some time but will no longer go there after experiencing the rudness from the host and manager. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional and definitely not what I expect from my community.

Order came out wrong. The poke bowl had brown rice instead of the requested white rice. There were lots of veins in the tuna poke which made it hard to chew.

I made a reservation for my best friends birthday. I made at least 5 hours in advanced, with a request to sit by the fire. When we arrived we were squished in to a very small 3 person table, while the only other fire side table made to sit 4 was being used by 2 diners. Very disappointing to see. No point in making a reservation if they aren't going to have what you reserved. The waiter was sweet and the food was good.

I have been several times and usually have the tacos, which are fresh and tasty. This time i decided to try something different, which was a mistake. The description did not indicate that the dish was a sandwich, with a huge roll and not much in it at that. Way too much bread and there was nothing to indicate that on the menu. I was very disappointed, but will go back to tacos!

We went to Pacific Catch for our wedding anniversary and the whole experience was amazing. We had excellent service, they seated us at the best table outside (outside is recommended), the food was delicious, the cocktails tasty, and they gave us a complimentary yummy dessert. We can't wait to go back!

It's in a mall. But the drinks and food were delicious. Our waiter was sweet. It's just so much better than you expect from a place in a mall with tacky art and tables too close together. Even the fried rice on the side was full of bay shrimp and fresh vegetables. A real treat.

We like Pacific Catch a lot. (So do lots of other people, especially families!) The food is fresh, good and inexpensive. It's fairly noisy, often crowded (make reservations), and not exactly the place for an intimate or relaxing dining experience, but it can't be beat for reliable and inexpensive seafood.

This was my second time to Pacific Catch since I was impressed with the quality and selection of food my first time. Ambiance is good, service is quick and friendly and the food tastes fresh and organic. Particularly love the rice bowls. Good food and good prices.

This meal and the service was a huge disappointment this time. My fish dish was fishy tasting, my one friends ribs were super tough and hard to eat. Our waiter was either nowhere to be found, or raced by us as we tried to wave him, or anyone down for things we needed. It will be a long time till I return, if I ever do.

Wrong dish brought out twice; fish dishes (which use to be our favorite) were overcooked where the Ono was rubbery, the coconut rice was over fried and hard as a rock and the sautéed veggies were still raw; and waiter even brought out the wrong salmon salad where there were four giants chunks of black overdrive and over dried salmon skin-- there were more of that inedible food than the actual salmon that was edible; and our waiter was just terrible and really didn't know what was going on or what is really on that menu. If we had our usual waiter, the experience would have been different, better.

We had the best time at Pac Catch for my mother-in-law's birthday.
Our waitress, Olivia was very helpful in helping me pick food for my toddlers. She brought them some toys to keep them entertained! She is an outstanding waitress!
Also, we got a free dessert for the birthday lady.
I will definitely go back again.
