The staff is amazing with excellent service every time I dine there

Food was so so. Nothing remarkable. Salmon overcooked and flavorless, it just didn't taste fresh. Other ingredients in the salad also tasted a couple of days old. They make great cocktails and the waiter was very attentive.

Service is always excellent. However, this time, our Loco Moco Wagyu patty was way over cooked and dry. Could have used more Gravy to offset the dry patty. The Chicken Katsu was perfect.

As always had a great experience at Pacific Catch. The food is of course great and the kids menu is best around. But the service was what really stood out as very professional and attentive.

I’d suggest getting heat lamps for the side patio as it’s getting cooler out and those are great outdoor dining tables.

I was looking forward to getting out for a quick bite to eat, celebrating my birthday with my family. We made it for 2 pm. They made it clear that it was outdoor seating, so I felt comfortable going. When I got there, I was asked if was for a party of 6, we were 4 and I made the reservation for 4 people. Then he said I'm going to seat you indoors. There was a space for 4 outside and he said there was none. Really surprising that we were seated indoors given the circumstances we're in, unless they didn't care about us or they have no plan in place. Not going out for a while. I timed it so it would be warm and we would be comfortable. The food was good, the drinks too, no complaints there.

We are huge Pacific Catch fans and have been going to their various locations for five years! We really miss their happy hour, and are so glad they brought back great deals on Aloha Wednesday. I had a fantastic Agave Mojito, and the poke was so fresh. We will definitely be back soon! Service was slow and they seemed overwhelmed with the happy hour crowd, but they still gave us all the happy hour deals and checked in for last call, so I appreciated that.

Service was friendly and the food came out lightning fast. Everyone was pleased with what they got. I loved their outdoor area they used for dining and wouId definitely come back again.

We ate outdoors. We were spaced far apart from other dinners. The servers wore masks and gloves. The food and service were very good.

We ordered ceviche and another appetizer. Main course was delivered as we started eating our appetizers. I ordered the Salmon Burger which was delicious. Server asked if I wanted a salad with that so I thought it was included. It wasn't. Charged $3 extra and didn't need the salad since slaw came with it. Pretty pricey for burger and fish tacos plus appetizers. This was our first restaurant outing since March and we had been evacuated during fires in our community. It was a shock to see the bill was over $75. Next time we'll pass on appetizers which were $13 each or just have appetizers.

We booked an outdoor table (the only kind we will eat at, during COVID-19). We received confirmation on open table of an outdoor table. When we arrived, we were told 'no particular table can be booked' and they planned to put us inside. We said no. After waiting 20 minutes past our reserved time, they seated us outside. We love this restaurant, but this was not an ok experience during a pandemic.

Given the current conditions related to the pandemic, this restaurant is doing the best they can with what they've got. Food is flavorful, generous and fresh. Service is exemplary - we so appreciate servers that have to do their job (some days in extreme heat) wearing a face mask all the time. These hardworking people deserve the best they can get.

In over 10 years of lunching and dining , at 9th and Lincoln in SF and in Corte Madera, I have never a bad meal or inferior service. Thank you.

Wonderful service and as a vegan, I was thrilled with the vegan bowl. So often I am stuck with a boring vegetable or plain pasta dish when eating out. But at Pacific Catch, I was a very happy customer.

One of our favorite seafood restaurants. Great ahi sandwich and California roll. Very efficient and nice servers.
