Pacific Catch - Campbell
Fantastic food and staff. Couldn’t be nicer thanks !
The wait staff is awesome. The food is delicious and unique. Different options for different pallets. It's a little pricey, and super loud, but I still love this place and have gladly spent my hard-earned money here many times :)
Excellent choice for our family birthday lunch!
I really liked the food. However one of my friends had plastic on its food, we told the waitress and she kindly told us that she can make her order again. Mistakes happen the important thing is to learn something from them. Overall the service was pretty good and the food was good as well, that is why I am giving this Pacific Catch 5 stars.
Wait was a 20-30 minutes for a table. Make a reservation. Food was amazing
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation. No acknowledgment from hostess or guy that seated us, just treated situation as business as usual. Tried to order tacos and was told they were having a rush on them and there would be an additional 30 minute wait I’d that’s what we wanted. We made the waitress aware of the already existing wait and did her best to expedite the order and she actually acknowledged the generally poor service. We were seated in the bar, super loud and we couldn’t hear our waitress. Overall a lousy experience for average food won’t go back.
Great menu, the food is well cooked and it's price well.
The only problem is parking near by.
Made for a wonderful evening. Had a catch up dinner with friends we ha ent seen I 3 months. We stayed 3 hours and they didn’t hassle us at all. We tipped the waitress extra for our long stay. Food was enjoyed by all. Will return again.
Fish is always fresh and the presentation beautiful. Service and ambiance great. Happy hour and appetizers great value and just a fun place to share happy hour. I am a regular for lunch and happy hour. Love this place.
We love the new mix and match menu. I tried a bowl which was delicious and healthy. The small bowl portion was so big I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The cocktails are unique and very tasty. Our server was fantastic! This was the best service we have had at a casual dinner in a long time. Great job!
I was so looking forward to the Opah which I ordered then they came back and said they wouldn’t have any until the next day...I was very disappointed.
Our server, John, was fabulous. So enjoyed it all.
Even with Reservations needs to wait, but only about 15mins.
Hostess needs better people skills, no “Welcome how may I help you?”.
She went right to asking if we had reservations and the wait time was 45 mins.
Granted they were busy and had people waiting, if you can’t handle the pressure maybe not the right Job or position.
Waitress was supper busy but very nice and did her job checking in making sure everything was good etc...
Had the Fresh Fish Special Opah Hawaiian Style with Broccolini, Crab mash potatoes.
Broccoli was hard and cold, fish was okay but a little over cooked, mash was forgettable.
Would be returning anytime soon... like I said it’s okay if your hungry. And short on options.
Everything was good as usual, but a new twist; gift cards they sell can NOT be used for a tip, contrary to every other gift card in the known universe. Makes it a pain to use it up.
Wonderful restaurant with good food.
Good service. Lots of items to choose from the menu
Excellent food, service and hospitality. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. The Pok bowl was over the top and every bowl dish was delish. Will definitely be back.
Awesome price great. The only problem is it is noisy and you need a reservation.
Emily, our server, is always fantastic! This is one of my favorite places for business meals. I work, but don’t live close by, otherwise it would be a place I would frequent more.
Your Poke Trio dish was superb. Enjoy the additional variety of poke with more spice and flavor.
We ordered two main dishes, one with yellowtail and one with petrale sole. Although it was tasty and prepared well, it came to the table barely warm. The portions were small for the price and we were still hungry. So we ordered ahi poke which was a better value and tasty.
We were visiting from South Florida during The All Star NHL Weekend! We were looking for a healthy and tasty menu after being in the ice arena with hot chocolate and fries as the food of the day hahaha!
Pacific Coast was scrumptious in every way! The service was personal and the atmosphere warm. But hands down my meal was delectable from first bite to devoured last crumb.
It’s a must on anyone’s cuisine list!
It was good, the server was really nice and the food tasted good.
This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to . The food is great . But the food and order taking was a bit slow. We don’t see out waitress sometimes for quite a long time . But overall it’s a good restaurant to go to.
Date night with the hubby. Their coconut shrimp are a must!!
Dishes are original and delicious, love the cocktails they are unique. Service is always friendly, fast and servers give great suggestions. Comfortable for groups.
We were disappointed in the old fashion drink that My husband ordered. It was all ICE! I know a true old fashion has the giant round ice cubes but literally there was maybe three sips then it was gone....
Waitress was just fine! However, seven of our 8 entrees arrived within 5 minutes of each other. But the eighth came about 15 minutes later. Guess the kitchen messed up! Anyway, it was unpleasant for all of us as we did not want to eat while our 8th person sat there. So, not a great experience at all.
Manager did finally come over to inquire. Later, he deducted the eighth meal from the bill. That was fine but I feel there should have been more effort. It was not a good experience for any of the eight of us. Very disappointed. The manager needs some "seasoning" and diplomacy.
Always good food and service!
Thought the handcrafted bar menu is spectacular and the food id first rate fresh and delicious, it seems like every time we have been here they have been severely understaffed. Our server was trying valiantly to keep up with all her tables but it was impossible and I heard many negative comments from my fellow diners. We keep returning for the fresher than fresh seafood but we know the drink and food service will be slow and plan accordingly. Great Palomas!
The fish is excellent but the restaurant is too loud. They need some sound proofing material so you can hear the person sitting across from you.
Unexpectedly received great service, we got sat down within a few minutes. Our server was very responsive and made sure we were okay. When the food came over to our table, we were bombarded with excellent taste and fashionable look of our order choices. My order was Wild Opah in a Mexican sauce with small sides of Crab Mashed Potatoes and a brilliant Corn Tomatillo Salad.
We will come back here again. You can count on that :)
Always enjoy Pacific Catch. Great menu and always great service
Happy hour pricing restricted to the bar area...if its packed you are screwed on that. No more $5 Mai tais on Friday. What's with being cheap?
Birthday dinner for friends.
Good was fast, drinks were great, service was awesome
Pacific Catch never disappoints...all sorts of wonderful seafood prepared many different ways...tacos, sushi, bowls, etc....service is very good....only minus is it is just loud! However, despite that, we continue to return again for the freshness and high quality....The Japanese Wasabi Rice Bowl is our favorite!
Great menu, and excellent side dishes. Waiters are always friendly.
Great food and great service as always. Pacific Catch is definite go-to for us
Nothing special. Fairly expensive for quality but certainly passable.
