Excellent as always! One of my favorite restaurants!
Wrong meal brought to me twice. The way they solved for making it wrong the first time was to try to scrape off the ingredient I asked them to omit due to dietary request. When they returned the SAME plate to me the second time you could still see pieces of the ingredient I asked them to leave off. I would suggest anyone with allergies or specific food requests should avoid because the kitchen does not even care to get it right. The manager tried to give me the cold fries on the second delivery of the same plate too ... mmmm just what I want fries that have been sitting on a plate going back and forth to the kitchen. The person I dined with was waiting so their food got cold too. No one even bothered to check back after the third delivery of my meal.
We arrived at noon for a noon reservation. We were greeted promptly by the hostess. However, we did have to wait about 10 min before being seated. Not all of the tables were being used, so I am assuming they were understaffed at the time.
Our server was great. She did inform us that it was her first day out of training. She was attentive and never let our glasses get empty.
The food came out in a timely manor. Fantastic brunch.
Always great food and ambiance.
The service was a little slow because of a big Mother’s Day crowd. However, the atmosphere, drinks, and meal were outstanding. We really had a good visit and would highly recommend Paces and Vine.
There had been a huge mother’s day brunch earlier in the day and they were open for dinner with a full menu... the kitchen and wait staff were definitely overwhelmed!
Even the waiter indicated that they had not expected so many for dinner after the brunch they served... it showed!
I have been for business lunches and I really liked it. So, I made reservations and took my mom for Mother's Day brunch. We did Muss and Turner's last year which was good, but we LOVED Paces and Vine. Will definitely be back.
Reservation for 13 for Mothers Day Brunch at 10:00. Told we would be way outside which we rejected. Amidst the very busy check-in they were able to put together an inside table which was great. Don't usually like buffet style dining, but this was very well done. Great food choices, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. Very good under the very busy circumstances.
Wasn’t impressed with Mother’s Day experience but their regular Sunday brunch is wonderful.
The experience overall was positive. However, one simple thing seemed to be difficult for the service crew: they could not keep water glasses full. I understand it was Mother’s Day, but all you have to do is have one person who just floats tables and monitors glasses. There were several people at the host stand who could have assisted. Appetizers were good but scallops only came in a portion of 3?! Seems a little skimpy. The entrees were good except for salad entrees — our group said the were underwhelmed. Thankfully the dessert saved the day. Lava cake was delicious as well as the peach cheesecake.
Always a favorite. Definitely try the lasagne!
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The vibe was very upbeat, even in the parking lot. I was expecting something great before I reached my seat. The staff was very pleasant and able to answer all of my questions. The ambience was great and the food excellent. I will certainly come back again.
Menu with nice variety. Food was good but many dishes benefited from a little added salt. Crab cake special was execellent - one of the best I've ever had!!
It was my first time there and I loved the ambiance, service and the neighborhood.
I look forward to going back and trying other food selections as the menu had several options that looked amazing.
My wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Paces & Vine is the latest restaurant in this location and to me is by far the best, very nice but laid back, casual yet classy. Other places at this location have been stuffy and pretentious. There was an issue with my wife's order and the chef himself came out to our table to apologize and make amends. We'll be back!
Birthday lunch. Food was delicious. Service was a little slow.
The Chilaquilles are awesome as are the eggs benedict. The biscuits are outstanding as is the the Americano coffee. Great service.
We were seated just inside the door and very close to table next to ours. It was a highly trafficked area. We’ve never been there before, but wasn’t a great first impression. Food was okay, but not very imaginative. For the price, would have liked more special touches and less hectic location. We could hear every word of couple’s conversation next to us.
Delicious food and great service. Will come back
Always a great experience! Table service is excellent, even if the kitchen is sometimes slow. Food is consistently very good to great. Lovely atmosphere, and the patio is perfect much of the year. Really enjoy having it nearby!
Awesome food, awesome decor, awesome patio. A great Vinings gem. One of my favorites.
We enjoyed a relaxing dinner with a great glass of rose that Juan our server recommended - crabcakes and the filet were fabulous not to mention the outdoor patio setting!
Server was neglectful but manager made up for it
Food was great, however even though two calls were placed notifying them that we would be late for our reservation (they indicated it was not an issue as it was a slow Monday lunch), when we arrived, they acted like we were not expected and we waited for them to set the table. The restaurant at the time was 90% empty.
Best place in north Atlanta for me!!!
Laid back vibe and nice wine list.
It’s been awhile but we typically enjoy our dining experience at Paces & Vine! Have they gone under new management?
New menu (nothing to rave about) - possibly seasonal
Barely saw our server .. lengthly wait time for our food and came to us lukewarm.
Love the outdoor patio, and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!
Great everything including the food, service and environment.
Good Food, Good Service & Great spot for sitting outside on a pleasant afternoon and evening.
Great to get, first chairs right next to the fire, and then a table. They kept the fire stoked, and the service excellent!
I love this spot for Sunday brunch. It's centrally located to a lot of places so location is key. I like that you can make reservations and don't just have to show up on the fly and hope to get a table. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. My only suggestion would be to have an unlimited mimosas selection. At $8 a pop they get pretty expensive quickly. But other than that always a great choice!
Horrible service from the start. Arrived 30 min before reservation ordered a drink from the bar and 10 minutes later the same bartender (one of two) not working hard came back and asked if I wanted something to drink. He had “forgotten” I had already ordered. I received drinks as I was being seated and the change he gave me suggested a 30% tip. At the table the waiter pet dogs, neglected all of his tables, and was horrible. At the end of dinner the manager checked to see how I liked my wine (one of the most expensive on the list). I poured every glass. My daughter got ketchup for her burger when she was done eating. We ordered 3 courses and were there for 3 hours. My wife and I drank a bottle of wine before our first courses came out! When we were paying ($400 for 2 adults and 2 children) the waiter asked if we came often, we told him we just moved to the neighborhood, he told me the next time I’m in I should sign up for the loyalty program.
Food and service was GREAT! We sat outside which started lovely but a VERY intoxicated group ruined our experience. Would have liked to see management take control of people so blatantly out of control. Especially at a family friendly restaurant
Great ambiance, food, drinks, and service. Met another couple there and time just flew by.
The salmon, as ever, was great. The special crab cake appetizer was also first-rate, although the black pepper reduction provided with it overwhelmed the crab taste. For a pre-dinner drink, I highly recommend the Old Fashion, which was among the best I've had. All around this restaurant provides a comfortable and pleasurable experience. I'll be back.
Three of us enjoyed our dinners--all seafood. One had the bronzino special and said it was wonderful. Another had simply the scallops appetizer with a Caesar salad and raved about both. I had my favorite salad--the market salad that is not on the menu but always available when I ask--and it was as good as always, especially the wonderfully thinly sliced watermelon radishes. I had the crabcake appetizer for my entree, and while it was good, it still does not compare with the crabcake served at Houston's. I do not kid when I say that the good chef at P & V should go to Houston's--five minutes away--and order crabcakes, either in the delicious salad version or as an entree. They do something very special with the true lump crabmeat. Service at P & V was excellent, as usual--attentive, but not overwhelming, quietly serving water or pouring wine and not taking over the conversation. One of our favorite places.
Winter was excellent. Very pleasant and attentive!
One of my favorite places. Fantastic brunch for Easter.
Food was great but the service was not. The waiter walked around the room about 4 times over 10mins before I could get his attention to get our drinks. He then was very short with us and kept focusing on the other tables and was checking on us. He did not come by again and we finally started asking for help from a different waiter who was much kinder and more helpful. For the cost level of this restaurant I excepted much better service (I’ve had better at chili’s) we just wanted to get out of there by the end.
