   All 3 of us loved our food - it exceeded expectations. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian options on the menu. Service from Thomas was 5-star. He was the only server, serving a full restaurant and he did so with such calm and grace - it was amazing to watch. We always felt attended to...even as he rotated to all of the tables. Most amazing was he was not at all rattled by the amount of tables he was handling, as he had it all under control. Overall, the food and service experience truly were 5-star worthy.

   Sunday Brunch: Service was hampered by a very large table. It was 30 minutes before we received our main order. We ordered the chips and rhubarb & ginger salsa for an appetizer. It was flavorless. You'd expect tartness from the rhubarb and spice from the ginger. It was bland and weird with the crema. Our party ordered the Pablo chopped w/chicken (good), the classic breakfast with pork sausage (toast tasted like the grill, the sausage was a chunky dry patty with little seasoning, breakfast potatoes were slightly burned), Carne asada skillet (good), Eggs & bacon tacos (good). The food and service was better at our last visit, but it's still a nice neighborhood joint to meet friends and family for brunch.

   First off, I'm a private chef so I'm not on here to complain but I do believe if people go and spend their hard money at a restaurant they deserve good food and drinks. Here are my thoughts....Restaurant was beautiful. Server and staff were great. Food was underwhelming. (Got Pork Carnitas taco & Chicken Tinga and the Pozole.) My classic margarita tasted like the cheap margaritas I used to get in college. Highly disappointing considering they made it from scratch. My guess is that the tequila and cointreau they used were very cheap. I do believe if they took a little more energy in developing the flavors of their dishes more this restaurant could be great.

   This is a great neighborhood place… consistent, good value and nice staff. We keep going back and everyone in our family enjoys it. Only suggestion is more fresh ideas to the menu!! Shake it up more! Keep up the good work!

   Very disappointed with the service from the Pablo y Pablo at this location. OpenTable allowed us to book a reservation for 9pm and Pablo y Pablo had it in their system. We drove more than 30 minutes to get there, only to be told they are closing. They acknowledged they had the reservation in their system but made no effort to contact us beforehand to let us know the time wouldn’t work. They didn’t try to accommodate us in any way either, simply giving us a “sorry” with a shrug. Do not recommend.

   Staff and service was excellent. Paid extra attention to note about celebrating my Mom's birthday. She really enjoyed her chilaquiles and mimosa. I ordered the pork belly Benedict but did not enjoy them as I'd hoped because the chipotle hollandaise was unexpectedly sweet. Not sure if they were made incorrectly or if there is a sweetener added, but if so then it should be listed in the ingredients. Had I known they were sweet and not spicy I would have ordered something else, but I ate them to not waste food. I'm sure staff would have been accommodating however ultimately this felt like a failing of whomever created or wrote the menu

    Carne Asada ordered medium rare came well done Enchiladas with red sauce extremely spicy hot to the point they were difficult to enjoy
