Doors were locked!! Place wasn't open!! But still gave me a reservation! Wasted my time coming from Virginia was looking forward to checking it out! 😒

$60 for brunch and the food was cold. French toast were dry. Music was putting us to sleep. I wouldnt go back or recommend it to others

Lets just say I should've listened to the comments. A lot of people in the comments stated that they were allowed to make reservations and the lounge would be closed. Well I had the same experience! However, I saw an employee in the building standing at the bar and they didn't come to the door, address me inform me they were closed or anything. They just stood there and watched me pull on the door thinking I was nuts. If they are no longer open for business, they should update their website because I don't live in DC and I traveled with a group of people and this was on our agenda. Thank God we ran into Creole where the food was BOMB and atmosphere was great!

This is the second time I visited this establishment for brunch. The first time with a party of 12 only to be turn around because the cook had quiet. This visit was with a party of 8. Entering and trying to pay was a complete cluster. As other parties were in the lobby full of complaints. Tables are too low to comfortably eat at. Will not revisit. Don’t waste your money or time.

the overall experience was okay. we got shots at entry . but i think they were short staffed and it took over a hour for us to get our first entree. the bottomless mimosas were good though. also the rooftop was not open during brunch hours.

The worst experience. Reservation for 6:45 and the doors were locked. The manager did not arrive to open the doors until 7pm and the place was completely empty. The staff then began to stock ice, turn on the grill/oven, etc. No one should frequent this place until they have a grand-reopening due to new management.

The service, food and ambience was not worth the price. Lack of food selection. Food was not readily available. Some of rhe food was not fresh (prepackaged or pre-made). Service staff did not speak English and was unable to communicate what he was serving or answer any questions. Vibe and energy of the place was low. Will never come here again. Period.

The place was completely dead- no ppl, not even staff - except for the 3rd fl rooftop bar, and the setup was for drinks not dining. There were about 4 guests, and the music was club level volume. NOT a good dinner option.

First off They over booked. Then I literally waiting in the food line for a hour for the food to run out again. Don't forget the music was horrible. Worst birthday ever!! I will never return here!!!!

Ozio’s need to be shut down. They charge $70 at the door and ran out of food once we arrived. The overall experience was disgusting, drinks disgusting, we the food was done it was disgusting. Save your time and your money…

Food wasn’t that impressive. It was decent considering the fact it was buffet and bottomless mimosas but overall wasn’t impressed that much. Definitely was great for the amount of drinks!
