   This was our 6th visit at Oystera. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. The place is clean, pretty and lively. Unfortunately, our server took advantage of us by adding extra tips than he was authorized to add. We asked him to as 15% which he gladly accepted but then he took it upon himself to add 20% instead. When we noticed that the total seemed a little higher than we expected we asked for a copy of the bill but he told us that the restaurant issues the credit card receipt but does not give customers copies of the bill. We went to ask for a copy of the paid bill at the cashier counter and discovered that 20% was added instead of 15%. Because we were in a hurry we did not have to time to look for our server and we didn’t want to ruin what was a special celebration. However, the management should be aware that our server took advantage of our trust.

   I can’t say enough about the hospitality of this restaurant. They helped us so much when we couldn’t find transport back to our hotel. Above and beyond. Not to mention the service during our very long lunch with our very large group. Just impeccable and the food and drinks were incredible. 11/10.

    The restaurant is in a beautiful space and the service was fantastic. I ordered a mezcalita cocktail and it was delicious, along with a fresh fish appetizer. The scallop risotto left a lot to be desired. Overall, the food was overpriced. Two drinks, an appetizer, and two drinks came to $90 US. I suggest coming for happy hour and eating dinner somewhere less expensive and more authentically Mexican.

    Second visit. First time good. This time not at all. Very poor service!! Managers spent more time chatting with each other at the bar than making sure wait staff knew what they were doing. Server had poor language skills but he really did try. Great ambiance. Should have just had a drink at the bar. I was embarrassed because I had spoken so highly about our previous experience to our visiting guests. Keep the managers away from the bar and closer to what is going on with you guests. We live in Cabo part of the year and this is the first time I have written such a review in Baja. Hope you can get your act together because you will not survive on ambience alone.

    Located in a former historic sugar mill, the indoor canopy of palms tall and the rotating fans from the tall ceilings at Oystera are reminiscent of architecture in southern Spain or Morocco. Our dinner Oystera was so memorable that we came back again before our trip was over. Our first visit, we sat on the terrace outside and Andres took exceptional care of us and our senior pup (they brought water out for him and moved the umbrella so he wouldn't be in direct sun). The oysters, of course, were fresh (we tried the Sol Azul, Kumamoto, Bahia Falsa and Santo Domingo). It is a bit of a see-and-be-seen scene (in a good way) and the sunset over the palms is definitely an Insta moment. Our second visit was just as memorable although we decided to sit inside. Miguel took care of us and made great recommendations (the aguachile and tuna sashimi were sublime!). It is evident that management is on their game because the entire staff is engaging and efficient. Also, for pet owners, there is a new Tito’s Dog Park on the property. Can’t wait to go back the next time we visit Todos Santos!

    Beautiful building, great service and mostly good food. The menu was somewhat limited for our liking and prices were quite high, but we still enjoyed ourselves. Would not recommend the scallop tostada but our catch of the day with fresh veggies from their farm was very good.

    Miguel nos dio un excelente servicio, conocía el menú y sus especificaciones. Las recomendaciones que nos hizo estuvieron deliciosas, risotto de aguacate y pesca del dia wow!!! El lugar esta divino, excelente spot para un sunset hermoso!

    Anniversary. We had a wonderful time. Excellent food and service. Gustavo, our waiter, was very attentive, professional and friendly. Will definitely go back. Crunchy oysters and scallop risotto were outstanding.

    La comida es buena, los precios son elevados (en precios para gringos) pero si lo vale, lo único que no me agrado es que el capitán se la pasaba regañando a los meseros enfrente de los comensales, eso da muy mal aspecto y se ve mal, creo que les hace falta mejorar mucho en ese aspecto. Por que nosotros estabamos comiendo muy agusto y por alado el capitán con la regañiza.

    Todo delicioso, lugar muy lindo, servicio excelente. Se nos preguntó sobre qué evento festejábamos, era nuestro aniversario de bodas pero no hubo detalle al respecto. Muy recomendado el carpaccio de pulpo y los ostiones rockefeller.
