I had never used open table bf and could not understand why the reservation slot that I was requesting was not available (it was bc they were fully booked for that time!) so I messaged owera telling them we would be arriving at the time that I requested. Upon arrival I was informed of my error in trying to override the reservation system! They fully accommodated us, everything was wonderful! I thoroughly enjoyed the wines I chose for the flight, they were all delicious! Highly recommended!!

The service was very poor - wait staff didn’t seem to really care and it took over an hour just to get appetizers. When food came out wrong they just defended it. The food was over cooked and burnt. Not a place I’d return to.

The Vineyard restaurant is lovely. What I would do to improve. It is put tablecloths on the tables and use cloth napkins. This would greatly upscale the restaurant. Candles would also be nice. They have a beautiful view but don’t do anything to decorate the restaurant. Our server, Katie was great!

Great wines, great foods, great atmosphere and really enjoyed the live music provided by Payton Bird and Sean Fried. Live music regularly here. We will be returning soon!

It’s a great place, the menu is good, creative. It needs more choices of simple dishes and a complement, small portions of the shareables. We had a great time! The life music could be outside in the Summer.

Very attentive service, great atmosphere on outdoor patio. Charcuterie board was lovely, but our puff pastry pizza was a bit salty and spicy for our taste. But we will definitely return!

They have changed their menu a bit. No doubt due to changing patrons. No more small, personal pizzas. The main choices are now a bit more than an appetizer, but smaller than a dinner entre. The flights of wine used to be 4 glasses, but now it is three. There seems to be a corresponding drop in price. Our server stated it was due to "not enough glasses" to consistently be able to fill 4 for their flights. I found that odd. But the ambiance and service was still good. The wine choices are, of course, wonderful.

Our server, Jacki, was great and the owner awesome. Found us the last bottle of our favorite, Cazenovia Blush. They bottled more this past Monday, so now there’s more!! Ordered 2 burrata boards; bread was so hard we could not cut it with a knife or bite it. FYI…we did not mention this to our server, so that’s on us. Love this place for a quiet after noon and a few glasses of wine.

Planned Mother’s Day dinner on Saturday, grounds and facilities beautiful. Unfortunately the evening was downhill once we entered. Table was not ready or bused, new waitress and no help with training, service was lacking to say the least waited over 2 hours for meal very underwhelming experience, staff very unprepared for customers.

Graduation day for most of the College’s and Universities in the area so crowds were expected. Arrived early for 5:00 reservation and was seated outside as requested. A ten minute wait before a server came by to take our drink orders. My wife ordered a flight of wines, both the menu and order card indicated a flight was 4 servings however our server said 3 price on bill reflected a lower amount so that was acceptable. The charcuterie board was outstanding, perfect in size and selection for two. We had the shrimp and scallop cakes and the chimichura shrimp skewers. These are small plates with no sides. A simple salad plate as also ordered but not delivered(removed from bill). The server was friendly and apologized profusely. We added a bottle of the Cabernet Blanc to take home as it was extremely good.

On this visit, I sat outside. The scenery is breathtaking. I used the Open Table app to reserve a table and very glad I did. Graduation weekend, they were busy. I would recommend using the app to reserve your spot in the summer. I was greeted and quickly led to the outdoor patio. You could tell they had been busy as there were tables that had not been bussed yet, including the one I was going to be sat at. That was quickly taken care of by my waitress and their manager. A side note to Owera, It might make sense to have dedicated bus people on days like this one. Jacki, my server, was great. She was friendly, quick witted and provided valued input on the wine selection and food recommendations. I ordered a flight (this day it was a choice of three, but normally it is four). The amount of wine served in their sampling is generous and worth the price. They also had a special tasting that afternoon in which I bought a bottle and received a free wine glass with their logo! The food is also excellent. Timing from the kitchen needs a little work. Once you have received your order, you are never disappointed. Overall, I am always very happy when I visit Owera. Love the venue, the food, the wine and the staff!

Made reservations for my birthday on Saturday. We were seated and literally no one came to greet us for over 20 minutes. We got up and left. Apparently, they were down a server and the one they had was brand new. Not really sure where management was. We saw very little help for the servers. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

It took forever for us to be waited on but there was only 1 waitress that said she was on a double. The pizza had no flavor and wasn't good. The waitress took the pizza off the bill. This wasn't a good experience for us

Service was very good. The food was good too but the menu should break out small plates from larger plates. We ended up ordering too much because they mixed small and large plates into the same part of the menu. They were very accommodating and made sure we enjoyed ourselves.

This was our first in-person visit since the pandemic. Their menu had changed, so we tried several dishes and enjoyed each one. The absence of their traditional wood-fired pizza on their menu was a disappointment, however. Our waitress, Kelly, was outstanding, by being very attentive and informative. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of Reserve Riesling. We visited on a early Saturday afternoon, and the ambiance and low noise level was perfect for our date. Although we enjoyed an indoor hi-top table, we noted numerous guests soaking up the pretty view at their tables outside. We highly recommend Owera Vineyards!

It was a Friday night with live music. The menu offered a light menu which included flatbreads. The wine served was delicious . There is also a full bar but our main purpose was to try the wine. The service was phenomenal. Hannah made sure our questions were answered and provided exceptional service. We will definitely visit again when we’re in the area.

The price and quantity has changed so much. The outdoor seating was awful. Pre covid it was amazing. I know things went up but how small there sharable plate for $30. The wine bottles are like a wine cooler size. I def wont be going back thats for sure. Go to a nice restaurant with outdoor seating you will get way more for it.

“Outdoor parking” was the asphalt parking lot. 75% of the menu (which is small to start) was sold out, also sold out of most bottled beers. Ended up just having a wine flight and eating someplace else. Waitress was so sweet and was so apologetic

I have been to owera on several occasions and it has gone down hill. Unfortunately they changed their menu, got rid of pizzas and are now making pizzas on phyllo dough? Food was sub par and expensive. Service was good. They are re-doing their patio so we sat outside in the parking lot.

Just had an absolutely delightful mid-afternoon meal and wine flight at Owera. The burrata salad served with crusty bread was so flavorful. My husband and I also shared the scallop and shrimp cakes which had a delicious slightly spicy kick. It was our anniversary and the waiter surprised us with a complimentary chocolate/cheese/grapes/nut tray for dessert. We wanted to eat outside and were able to find the one small patch of shade on this sunny 85F day - it will be nice when they complete the project that looks like it will provide some shade for more patrons. Otherwise eat inside or swelter on the blacktop. But our waiter (Brian) was so attentive - bringing us many glasses of ice and water. We even got to watch a wedding ceremony happening on the lawn! It was a wonderful afternoon- great food, wine and ambiance. Looking forward to going back.

We had such a great time at the winery! Our server, Kelly, was so friendly and attentive! She assured us that we were not bothering anyone while we laughed a little loudly at times. She did an excellent job for the few hours we lingered there. The food was outstanding! Wine was great!! Another member of the wait staff, Jackie, stopped by a few times to tell us how much fun we were! We can’t wait to go back!
