The crown jewel of the hotel, our rooftop restaurant Overlea (meaning, “over the meadows”), is a stunning open concept space with horseshoe bar, floor to ceiling windows, and breathtaking views of historic Newmarket. With terraces on each side complete with greenery, lounge furniture and fire tables, Overlea is the perfect place for a quiet escape into an evening of the unknown. Great food and fabulous service from Vadim. We love the views and the decor and comfort however the noise level was very loud. The restaurant was very busy and we had to nearly yell to hear each other. Perhaps some sound reducing installation would be appreciated by diners.

The food is always amazing and the service is good. The only downside is the noise level it is hard to have a conversation at your table since the space is so open it’s very loud.

The place is beautiful!! And what a view!!! Unfortunately we waited 10 minutes after we were seated and had to ask for someone to come and serve us. Also they messed up my order but I kept it anyway. It was delicious. Both presentation of food and portions are adequate to pricing. Will definitely try their dinner menu next time.

The food is excellent. The noise level is unbearable. I question the safety level for staff who work in that noise level for several hours a day. The server did their best but we had several items that were very late arriving to the table and one item that never showed up. We will return only if the noise level is addressed with some noise reduction features.

The ambience and service were very good, seated at a window inside. The menu was limited but what we ordered was good but not outstanding. It was not a dining experience that made us want to return soon.
