I had a great experience! The food and service was amazing

Food was delicious and service was great

1st-time visit and the experience was fantastic. The server, Tyler was exceptional in every way and very attentive, friendly, and engaging! The food was wonderful and had a variety. The Ceaser salad had long leaves and cheese slices, the Lamb Bucco as tender, plentiful, and very tasty! I love that this chain donates a free meal for each meal purchased that is designated with a heart logo. Hubbs had steak also a free donated meal and he loved that it was cooked rare to his liking and the flavor was good and meat juicy! The app, chips, and Buffalo dip was addictive! Tyler is a gr8 server and I'd say a 10 comparative to many in today's world! I have already raved and told 2 other families about this restaurant and their other 2 locations, Davenport and Lakeland none of which we were aware of either.

We dined outdoors. 2 of us were bitten by insects through the entire meal. Nothing above the table..all under table issue.
Our order was wrong with one person's Parmesan Chicken coming out as Salmon? His corrected order came out just as the rest of us were requesting boxes for our leftovers. Waited over 20 minutes for a second drink to be served. Had to request carry out containers for leftovers twice.
Food was great, prices were reasonable, and atmosphere in outdoor dining area was great.
Not sure if the order mix-up and delays were a server issue or behind the scenes problems. Server gave us a card for a free appetuzer on next visit. I think they should have done more, but, it is what it is. We will return again as we've never had any issues in previous visits and are chalking this up to just a bad night for the staff. Our server, Ann, was charming and apologetic for the mix-ups and that was appreciated.

Great restaurant. We live close and come over often. Can't beat the Filet Mignon.

We arrived on time and were prom ply seated. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks. We were their on Thursday for the smoked prime rib and it perfect as was the service. We will be back again for the food and the service and will be recommending the Bistro to our friends.

First time customer Service staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

It is a great place, even though it is in a strip mall. The place was almost empty so they did not ask for my reservation. We had a cozy booth with no one near us. The food and service is truly excellent.

We had been to this location once for lunch and it was very good. Friends wanted get have dinner and thought Ovation was the place we met. All our friends and all we can say is that food, service and locale were outstanding.

Joel greeted us and was very friendly and super nice and explained the app to our phone. Waitress was outstanding and food was excellent. Will soon go back to Ovation.

Bistro in the name but when you sit down they tell you they are a “smokehouse”.

Food was average at best.

I love the artisan salad which was fresh and delicious. Everything else was good too. We ate outside, but wish the bugs would try a new restaurant.

We were in Lakeland for 4 nights and 5 days. We ate here all 4 nights and had great food each night. The selection was great so it allowed us to have different plates each night. The staff was extremely personable and the music rocked. We will be back! #StAugustineFamily

The food was very good and delicious. However, my wife's fish entree was too salty so they replaced and brought another one. Because it didn't come with what she understood it to be served with and I had finished my meal, she opted to take it home. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and the manager felt so bad, he comped the meal. Very kind waiters and manager. We will definitely go back!

While the service was great! The food sucked. Salmon completely over done. Pork chops hard like rocks. Steak not cooked properly as ordered, then bring back burnt. Gluten free burger was to have pulled pork instead had hard to chew brisket. This was to be a wonderful celebration for my brothers 21st birthday instead we had to stop for McDonald’s on the way home. I will not be coming back to this location.

Servers wore masks, but social distancing was not probably observed where customers were seated.

Appetizer and salad came out quick but had to wait a while for the food to come out.

Food was very good. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The manager was awesome. Very pleasant and attentive.

Dinner after Legoland. We ate at Ovation last summer and had to return. Luckily, Matthew was our waiter again. His customer interaction skills are fantastic. Try their house red ale, pretzels w/beer cheese and smoked wings. We will be back!

Food was very good. Restaurant was a little chilly. We usually go to Ovation in Davenport. Food here was comparable, and I think it was a little less crowded.

Birthday dinner was delicious!

To clear up some prior reviews and postings this is NOT a steak house. They have three stakes on the menu along with BBQ, wings etc. this is a bistro bar as the name says. A few tables and some booths with an outdoor seating area beside the parking lot. This is a T-shirt kind of place and not a fine dining restaurant. As far as steaks this is about number 10 on the list of places to get a steak in Winter Haven. If you’re in the area of Legoland and looking for decent food at a slightly higher then it should be price, then you’ll be ok.

Love Ovation but they told me that they don't honor your priority seating unless it is a big group.

Everything we ordered was great. The service was even better. We will definitely be back when were in the area!

Great Food with quite a varied menu. Service staff was very attentive and friendly.

Quieter than the one on Hwy 27 N which suited us. Not a lot of seating for a larger group (We had a party of 8 and were seated at a combination booth and table so it was difficult for people to get in and out of). Otherwise, it was quite an enjoyable experience.

We will return. Sea bass was amazing!

Excellent! Probably the best restaurant in Winter Haven. Delicious and the service was outstanding. A must try if you are visiting Legoland.

Our server Sara was awesome. Food was great, as it always is. Ovation is our favorite local place to dine.

Great service and tasty food. The owner actually took the time to come by the table to chat and wish my wife a happy birthday. The venue is not large so noise levels are what you would expect. This is a must stop for those visiting LEGOLAND.
