Good food nice clean restaurant

My Daughter tried your restaurant for the first time. Not sure we will return.
My daughter order a salad with her meal that did not come out until she was finished with her meal. Server took it off the bill and as we were waiting to leave the salad was delivered. I ordered the tacos, they were more garnish then meat and the shells were so tough they were inedible. Daughter ordered the potatoes with brisket. Very little brisket and rather flat. Have to say the best part of the meal were the fried pickles. For the money it was very disappointing. Service was fair. Not planning on returning. I has chosen this place for a Mother Daughter.

it was a great experience. we had brisket, ribs, filet, scallops etc. All were served with grace and we’re delicious!

The food was good and the service was attentive without being obtrusive. There was a good atmosphere, as well. We would definitely consider going there again.

Your sound system actually caught my attention I love it it's beautiful I love the music the ambiance and then I was ready to try the food I've been in there three times so far enjoyed everything everything was delicious brought friends in for dinner the other night and had the prime rib special excellent I love the little extras and I certainly enjoyed the wine will definitely come back and mention it to more friends you do an excellent job

WE HAD 4 COUPLE'S AT THE TABLE..WAITRESS WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY. ONE OF OUR FRIEND'S DID NOT CARE FOR THE MAUI,MAUI.,TOO WELL DONE BUT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO THE WAITRESS. OWNER CAME TO SAY HELLO AND WAS VERY PLEASANT. MY WIFE AND I SUGGESTED OVATION TO THE OTHER 3 COUPLE'S AND I THINK THEY HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND HOPEFULLY WILL COME BACK.

I ordered French Onion Soup and pork chops. Have had better FOS almost tasted like a Pre-made however the pork chops were awesome. So moist and tender, Hubby had ribs which said were good but a little dry. Friend also ordered pork chops and agreed they were an order again item. His wife had soup and the Blue cheese wedge salad. She enjoyed it. All around happy with meal. Sorry there were so few people there. We hope to go there again. It is all the way across town for us.

Good menu choices. Food was tasty. Server was pleasant and efficient. Nice and convenient that we could do call ahead. Seating was nice ( big round booth)

Very nice service, delicious food, clean and well maintained.

My roast beef was the best I've had in years. Also loved the onion soup. Service was excellent and we plan to go back many more time and bring family and friends.

We ate here 7 months ago and had a very good experience. So when we came back to this area we looked to have a similar experience. The portions were minuscule about half of what was served previously. My wife and two teenage daughters and I are not Big eaters. The food was still good . Obviously management has decided to cut portions dramatically to save money. Well we won’t be back.

A great place for dinner with friends. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was very good and the service was excellent.

Ovation Bistro is doing a great job during this pandemic. Social distant was great. Our waitress, Kelly was outstanding. My filet was excellent and my husband's Osso Bucca got five stars also. We went at 4:00 PM and we were seated with more than appropriate social distance. The other couple left about ten minutes after we we seated and we had the room to ourselves. Others were seated in a separate area.
We had a wonderful meal and super service! Fernando came to our table to see if everything was great and we told him YES ! Next visit we are going to try their Thursday Prime Rib Day.

I just wasn’t having the salad was good the cheese fries were fair what made me the most upset is me and my husband didn’t like our meals main courses my lamb was boiled no flavor and my husband’s ribs were dry. We did tell them we didn’t like them then our waitress asked if we wanted to take them home we both looked at her like no we don’t want to take home food we didn’t like what would be the purpose of that. She said I’m sorry and we said we were just like the bill we waited 45 minutes to eat they did not honor our reservation. We were then told that the manager wanted to see our food just to check we said we don’t mind paying for the food even if we didn’t eat it or did not like it we just wanted to check to be able to leave at this point we had been there for two hours. We got our check them never told them they needed to comp our food but chose to anyway which was very nice of them but the fact that they wanted to check it and we were told they were checking it was kind of disrespectful.

We were seated right away. The Filet Mignon was excellent. I will definitely go back again.

The food is GREAT!. We had a great dinner with the fam. Will go back for sure. Lots of parking as well.

Nice change of place type place. Food was really good and service was excellent. Not crowded at lunch but if not for Covid it could be.

Great food & excellent service

Excellent food, my Filet was tender but they do go heavy with the salt in the rub. My wife’s ribs were fall off the bone tender. Excellent meal overall.

everything was outstanding as usual......our favorite place to dine.

We have been here several times and enjoyed it each time so we decided to take our daughter here for her birthday. She had never been here before and again, since we have and enjoyed it we thought she would love it. Sadly, that was not the case. It was empty so why our service wasn’t good I am not sure. It was abundantly clear that our server was not happy to have our party of 8 that included our 4 grandchildren. My daughter and I ordered steak. Mine was so over peppered I had a had time eating it. She ordered fries and I had mashed potatoes. She said she should have ordered the potatoes, I said no...they are super hot as in spicy hot. She tasted them and said WOW those are awful. It’s sad honestly. We enjoy this place but based off this visit I’m not sure we will return...at least not for awhile. There literally were 2 other tables in the entire place that had patrons at them so again, why sub par service I’m not sure. Our server literally huffed because my 3 yr old grandson was asking me a question when she was waiting to take our order. There were 6 other people at our table. I did not need to give my undivided attention. I can multi task and hear her speaking to my son in law without a huff of disgust.

Sat down with my date. Manager came to the table and acted like he recognized me and asked me if I brought another girl to the restaurant last week. Me and my date were incredibly offended. Left the restaurant.

One of our four dinners was disappointing. Service was excellent. Being from out of town, I’m sure we will return some day.

Great environment, food is good

The food was good, the service slow and inattentive.

Brisket tacos are great! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up with an extra person and it was not a problem.

We enjoyed our visit and would certainly go again. Food was great, our waitress was adorable and very people friendly.
My only tiny disappointment is that our reservation was for a high top table and we did not get that.
However, making the reservation made for a very easy entrance.

Our waitress seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and not at all “with it” that night. Perhaps it was just a bad night for her, but we’ll definitely be sticking with the Davenport location in future where we’ve had MUCH better service.
