This was me and my wife's second time going to open room, the first time was amazing and we were so looking forward to coming back. All the food seemed to have down graded a bit which was disappointing, the service was amazing though.

Tremendous ingredients and bespoke service. We enjoyed the oysters and while expensive, the smash burger was very, very good. My wife enjoyed the off menu cocktails. Service was impecable.

Fran is an incredible server with great professionalism, attentive to detail, excellent communication and always smiling. Her and Chris’s added a ton of value and enjoyment to our dining experience for birthday celebration. The portions, food taste and presentation was top notch! Will be back again and again! Cheers

Their cocktail menu is the best - I had a Pisco Sour that was divine. Their Pizzas are amazing! I had the "Sausage" and it is one of the best pizzas I ever had and it's not like I'm a stranger to the fabulousness of fine dining - I'm a proud Chicago-an. But their pizza was top of the line.
