   It was a good place and the food was great. The grilled octopus was my fav part of the meal. But the halibut was great and the Branzino was delicious

   A true Greek up market restaurant, offering high quality perfectly prepared dishes. We shared zucchini and eggplant chips, fried to a delicate crispness, not breaded or dripping in oil, and Saganaki, a favorite of my husbands. He said it ranked as the best or one of two bests ever. The DoverSole and Bronzino were fresh, delicate, delicious.

   We were visiting from out of state and wanted to indulge in fresh seafood. Our waiter was outstanding, answering all of our questions and helping us select our meals. He was also very knowledgeable about the wine choices. We both went with whole fishes. Both were excellent. I couldn't be happier with our choice of restaurants.

   I guess all restaurants have good and bad days, but I am surprised to see the many negative reviews about this place. For us; it was a business dinner and I was a bit scared something would go wrong, but decided to stick with the reservation, and I am very happy I did. Our server Jose was amazing, really nice and friendly. The food was very well prepared and the fish was incredibly fresh. It was kind of empty so it was quiet and perfect for work conversations. I would certainly come back and recommend this place.

    Ouzo bay has previously been one of my favorite places to dine prior to my recent Valentine’s Day visit . This time around I did not get to enjoy the quality of service and experience that I am usually met with here . The host was very friendly, but lacked the awareness to share her name and provide accurate and efficient information. despite our reservation , we were told we would have to wait on our table . It was communicated that we will receive a text message within 15-20 minutes of our anticipated wait time . 20 minutes later with no text , caused us to have to physically check back in with the host who assumably forgot . Our waiter was interesting for lack of better term. No memorable name exchange , no enthusiasm. Not rude but not welcoming either . You could feel the anticipation to finish dinner service . The busser was more helpful , available and accommodating . He even went the extra mile to bring more more roses to our table . Overall , the service , ambiance and value for what we paid fell short of our expectations . I understand the pressure of the holiday weekend but I cannot help but to Ouzo to a higher standard .

    My partner and I were really excited to go to this restaurant and have a nice dinner for Valentine’s Day; however, this experience was very disappointing. Our reservation time was at 8:15pm, we arrived to the restaurant at 7:30pm. We did not get seated until 9:50pm-10:00pm. We had to wait in a long line outside of the restaurant for hours before even going inside the restaurant in cold weather along with many others that also had reservations. Once finally being inside we had to wait in the front of the restaurant among other customers but it was ridiculously packed and everyone was uncomfortable. We noticed that the host sat a many couples with reservations that were much later than we had reserved (we know this because we asked people around us if this was the line for reservations & they would disclose with what their reservation time was). After waiting for over an hour inside and having to ask about our reservation multiple times since we were one of last few couples to be seated, we were then seated in small cramped table in the middle of the dinning area where the main door of the restaurant kept opening letting in the cold. The music was very loud, we could hardly hear our waitress and she could hardly hear us. We did not get served utensils with napkins until we had to ask and they were placed directly on the table instead of on a napkin. We felt rushed to place our order, we got served wine and two hummus dips which did not take too long but our main courses took almost an hour to be served. It was now 11:20pm and we decided to just have the order to go because we were now tired, hungry and just overall having a really bad experience the whole time. The waiter didn’t even communicate with the kitchen that we were taking the food to go and they came out regardless with the food and then had to take it back to put it in to go. The overall experience of this restaurant is not worth the money at all. We really regret coming here & will not be back.

    Ouzo overbooked for Valentine’s Day. We waited 1.5 hours to be seated and there were tons and tons of people in the restaurant doing the same thing. It was awful. Food was good though

    I went to this place for Valentine’s Day with my wife and daughter. The place was overbooked and packed. They had a line of reservations out the door a wrapped down the street. They had customers standing/waiting around close to our table while we were trying to eat. We were waiting on food for nearly an hour, only to realize that the waitress never put in our appetizer order…. Bad experience!!! Spent hundreds of dollars in that place, totally not worth the money.

    This was a wonderful place for a Valentine’s Day. Dinner with my wife. The service and food were astoundingly wonderful, yet because of the huge crowd, it was frenetic to say the least and loud. We will definitely go back, but just not on the busiest romantic dinner night of the year.

    The restaurant is beautiful. The servers are very nice, and the food is VERY good. The zucchini and eggplant chips are addictive. The king salmon would just melt after one chew. We left very surprised on the value aspect too; 4 drinks, an appetizer, 2 mains, and dessert did not break the bank one bit! Will definitely come back. Thank you!

    Service was great but the food was uneven. Lobster bisque had way too much sherry in it. When we remarked about it, it was not a surprise to the waiter yet it was served anyway. Parts of our red snapper and salmon was delicious but some parts of the fish was not cooked. We were a little surprised at the quality of the food some we have frequented the spot many times.

    We love Atlas Restaurants and Ouzo Bay did not disappoint. The service and food were excellent. Argie was a fabulous waitress and we enjoyed talking with Sara the manager as well. We always feel special when we come to an Atlas restaurant.

    Although I requested to be seated in the dining room when I made my reservation for 7pm, we were seated at a table in the bar area. The music was SO loud and the diners seated next to us were literally yelling. We couldn't even have a conversation because we could not hear each other speak without shouting. I like music but this was like having dinner at a club. It was a very unpleasant experience.

    We were excited to have New Years at Ouzo Bay, but would never go back. They played loud rap music which was very unpleasant. Asked three times to have the sound level turned down. We had to shout to talk. Very unhappy. Never again.

    Grilled octopus was over cooked but the flavor was good.side dishes portion were too small and I'm comparing it too other 4/5star restaurants i have visted. But the food was good Very flavorful. Drink menu is outstanding. Service was really good as well.This is my 3rd Atlas group restaurant i have visted for dinner.So far the french steak house is my favorite hands down.But the flavor will bring me back overall.the experience was enjoyable

    Food was good but service was not good. The waiter never back to the table for 30 min and her manager asked how everything was which is her job. She never asked if we needed anything after our meal was delivered.
