Our specialty is Hapa-Hawaiian cuisine, representing a modern melting-pot of Asian cuisines. Signature dishes include our house-made Spam Musubi, guava wood-smoked Pig Melt, and Lilikoi Malasadas. Within our welcoming retro/modern space lounge you'll find an island bar and a rotating selection of pinball machines. Our beverage program embraces wine, sake and a large variety of craft beers including our personal passion, sour beers!

Outer Orbit is a unique restaurant focused on delicious food and a fun time. We're located in Mission-Bernal SF, across the street from neighborhood institutions Blue Plate and Emmy's Spaghetti Shack.
Are you in the neighborhood because of a live show? We're near El Rio and The Knockout!

Parking is unmetered after 6pm on Mission St. There is also parking in a paid lot at the Bank of America on our block. On Sundays parking can be difficult because there are no time restrictions and cars sit in spots all day.

We're on Mission so the 14 and 47 lines stop close by. We're one block south of Cesar Chavez so we're also close to 24th St. BART.

Great food, vibe and service staff. Everyone was super friendly. Our food arrived fast and was extremely delicious. We were very surprised about the amount of beer, wine and sake they offered. Can't wait to go back and try more!

The new vegan dumplings were amazing! And the TyTy pet nat, YES PLEASE! I can’t tell you how much we love this place. Impeccable service from the bartender! Thank you!

A longtime fave with fun vibes and a personable staff. The food’s always been solid but felt even more refined this time, including a few new menu items (the always great yakisoba def leveled up, miso Brussels sprouts are way more interesting then your average offering, and the crispy Korean “tacos” were bomb). If you haven’t been in a while, I suggest giving it another visit.

This has easily become one of our favorite restaurants in San Francisco. The Vegetarian Restaurant Week Menu was absolutely amazing. Their Vegan and Vegetarian options are so flavorful and outstanding. They have a wonderful Natural Wine selection and so many fun pinball games.

Thank you for taking such good care of JoJo & Co. on her Birthday! Amazing food, Natural Wine, CHAMPAGNE!!!!!!! and wonderful service. Did I mention Pinball? Thank you, we can’t wait until our next visit!

Maybe the best value was the tater tots. The tiny cup of ketchup was insufficient and the extra 50 Cent charge for more ketchup, was a WTF! The other dishes were OK, but not stellar. The service was erratic, and although we were the first customers of the evening, it still took them more than 10 minutes to take our order after we closed the menus and waited. Overall, we were unimpressed and wouldn’t return.
