Don’t generally have issues with outback but they must’ve been busier than expected on Thursday. Staff were polite however would say one thing and not provide e.g we were told they no longer do the monthly $10 cocktails however we can get one that they had previously. I was charged full price for these. I was also given the wrong steak and overcharged to add the prawn topping to it, when I ordered the prawn topped filet to begin with. We had to ask for the aioli that comes with the cheesy chips and service was slower than usual. A little bit disappointed

Unfortunately the last two times we have been to the Penrith restaurant the service has been very poor, last night wasn’t overly busy but the seemed to be way understaffed. The poor guy that was serving us seemed to be the only server on the floor. Management really need to look at their staffing levels. It wasn’t just us on the night either a table behind us left and the table in front had the manager at their table several times.

the first time we came was amazing, this time around the starters were amazing, but the cheeseburger kids meal was left to be desired. The ribeye bone in was so touch and grisly there was pretty much no meat, one steak has a really weird taste to it and was under cooked after aking for all to be medium rare

Cheese bacon fries and wings were great. 600g sirloin came out cold. When sent back, it was returned in 2 minutes and was still cold. A fresh one was made and came out some time later. Medium rare and hot on the outside but still cold on the inside! Almost like it was cooked from frozen? And the waiter was told there was a vegetarian on the table and they ordered a big bugga burger with bacon on the side of the kids to eat. The understanding was that there was no meat on the burger- and it wasn’t specified on the menu. So it was disappointing when the burger came out with meat. Second time I’ve given this place a go and second time we were not satisfied with the service or product :(

The food is always amazing here, the atmosphere is great although sometimes a little loud when it’s a full house. Only negative was Drinks were very slow to come out despite there being a LOT of bar staff behind the bar.
