   Very poor dining experience! Terrible customer service- it took 30 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and serve us, even after calling out and going up to the counter numerous times. Once we finally ordered drinks, they took 20+ minutes to come, meanwhile some of our food came before drinks. Ordered a well done steak and it arrived rare so sent it back. It took over 30 minutes to bring the new steak out and it was so overcooked it was inedible. Every time we needed a waiter we had to walk up as no one came near our table for the whole night, even after complaining. Definitely won’t go back.

   Great food and service. It had been a while since we dined back here and it did not disappoint. The ambience of the place is really great. Love the seating and the size of the meals were huge.

   Our last meal here was a little underwhelming but very glad to say tonight’s meal was outstanding and is our favourite steak restaurant again.

   We come here all the time . For the first time our entrees and then meals took so long . The entrees they came it incorrectly. So we had to wait again The steak that we paid a lot for was chewy and not that nice . We will go back but it was quite a poor meal and they took forever to arrive . Staff were lovely as usual

   Unfortunately whilst we had high expectations the steaks were over cooked, they were full of flavor but disappointing none the less. Definitely not worth the money spent. Would we go again? Probably not.

    Asked for sparkling water and got still water, drinks arrived after 10+ mins , staff didn’t seem to want to be there, toilet unkept, water on floors and doors sticky not cleaned in a long term.
