   We came there for my birthday celebration with my family but unfortunately the Outback Steakhouse we had before was not the same anymore, we always order a tomahawk and always been served on a hot plate but this time it was just a normal plate and took so long and the steak it’s not even hot. We had to send it back as we ordered medium rare and they gave is a rare. It was a total disaster of our night. But the service of the staff was phenomenal, they always make sure we are okay.

   Hello, the restaurant and the staff are great, but I would like to talk about the food. I ordered pork ribs with fries and the ribs actually had more bone than meat. I believe they need to review their suppliers because the price is high for what the rest of the order presents. It came out ok and we were satisfied, but I don't know if I will return for another lunch.

   We went for Mother’s Day with my husband and my daughter, and her food never was served. After an hour, we asked how much he needed to wait, and then realised they just missed it. We then wait another 25 minutes, and nothing. We asked again, and were asked if well preferred it take away, and we agreed. 15 minutes later, we decided just go to buy somewhere else something for her. But guess what, they try to charged her food anyway. I can understand that errors happen, but the least you expect is an apology to us and specially my 7 yo. I must say the food was delicious, but the experience was completely uncomfortable for my family and my girl.

   Food was amazing. Had a 2 pm booking. Taken to our table and then it took us 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention so we could order. Ordered food and drinks at the same time. Food arrived and we got our drinks when we were almost done.

   Very poor dining experience! Terrible customer service- it took 30 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and serve us, even after calling out and going up to the counter numerous times. Once we finally ordered drinks, they took 20+ minutes to come, meanwhile some of our food came before drinks. Ordered a well done steak and it arrived rare so sent it back. It took over 30 minutes to bring the new steak out and it was so overcooked it was inedible. Every time we needed a waiter we had to walk up as no one came near our table for the whole night, even after complaining. Definitely won’t go back.

   Great food and service. It had been a while since we dined back here and it did not disappoint. The ambience of the place is really great. Love the seating and the size of the meals were huge.
