Took away the flavored teas at this location only! Would give them a zero if available. Proprietor/Manager will not reply to email address on his business card. Other Outbacks offer the flavored teas but this one does not. When requested, the waiter said it’s a local management decision not to allow it anymore because of cost of syrup. Normally the manager on duty walks the tables to make sure everything fine but not this time. I guess they were forewarned of my disappointment. I did email the proprietor as noted on the business card but have yet to receive a response from him. I was holding off on this review to see his response. Now this no comment response is the icing on the cake as to how this outback’s is operated. I will not go back. I’ll continue to patronize the Canton location who, by the way, has the flavored teas. Outback Corporate should check this place out.
