Ambiente silencioso, lugar limpio, buena atención por parte del equipo de saloneros, en resumen un buen sitio para disfrutar de un almuerzo en familia. Las porciones y la calidad de sus productos no justifican sus precios, muy altos para este concepto de restaurantes.

El mesero fue corriente y vulgar. La carne estaba seca, aún cuando la pedimos término medio. Enredaron las órdenes, trajeron mal las guarniciones y se enojaron cuando lo reclamamos. Duraron en traer la comida y al final todo carísimo. Pésimo todo.

La comida estaba espectacular. Sin embargo nos pasó que llegamos y nos pusieron en una butaca donde por más que llamáramos a los meseros nos ignoraban (en ese momento el restaurante estaba vacio). Pedimos que nos pasaran a una mesa donde no tuviera butaca para estar más cómodos y ahí nos empezaron a atender mejor, sin embargo el servicio estuvo bastante lento. Entiendo que por ser un día especial el restaurante se comporte diferente, sin embargo, parecían tener suficiente personal como para tardar tanto.

Poor quality on beef dishes, acceptable quality on poultry dishes; both compared with regular standards given in the past by this restaurant chain in other location. Special drinks and refill options were very well served. Desserts were good.

Al llegar no tenían una mesa para la reservación hecha en días previos (éramos 6 personas). Después de pedir los platos, se olvidaron de anotar dos entonces dos personas tuvieron que esperar más de una hora por su comida mientras las otras 4 ya habían hasta terminado. Muy mal servicio

Los camarones con coco estaban super grasosos y el camaron diminuto y sin sabor las costillas estaban viejas, la carne seca, pedi que me las cambiaran y me volviwron a traer de las mismas añejas, esto nunca me habia pasado en Outback de Escazu

No usan esta aplicación para las reservaciones, sino que hay que llamar y apuntan en una libreta. Yo usé la aplicación y no tenían mi reservación, afortunadamente había campo, pero es absurdo que esté la aplicación y el restaurante no la use 🤦🏻‍♂️
