Had a few clients from out of town that I brought to Ousia. They enjoyed it and had a great time, and we were met with great service. Thanks again!

My daughter and I dined at Ouisa pre-theater. We had some yummy dips with veggies and then enjoyed the spinach pie platter (which they modified for me to eliminate the cheese and sausage on the plate) and a salad. The service was great!

Found this gem on an online search. Saturday afternoon brunch with friends. Service, food, ambiance - all superb. Restaurant is minutes away from river walk - either prior to or after dining. Looking forward to going back. Macaron Trifle Desert is a MUST have.

It's a lovely space and they have superior food. I had the salmon souvlaki and it was good. It comes with a sauce on the side. I'm not a fan of citrusy sauces, if you're not either, I'd suggest getting taramasalata or taziki, both of which they make exceptionally well. The greek salad was delicious. Very fresh and tasty. I had a great drink, A Drunk Farmer, which I highly recommend. The only downside was the server. She kept forgetting everything. Water/Drink/Salt/Check. There were people in the restaurant, but it wasn't crazy busy, so I didn't understand why it was so difficult for her. Thankfully there was a manager on the floor and he picked up the slack.

Also, they have a great happy hour where the daiquiri of the day is $7. It's also a great place for a quick snack or meal before a movie at Landmark57-- which has a bar/restaurant but the food isn't special and the drinks are way overpriced, like $16 for a cocktail. And that doesn't even include a bowl of those janky bar type peanuts or nibbles.

Great food, highly recommend the pistachio edamame dip - skip the hummus. Grilled octopus is great and the pita is tasty. Drinks are a little expensive and wine list is mostly from Greece. Overall great place, have dined here multiple times

There are not yet many restaurants in this emerging district on the western edge of 57th Street, and fewer even of Greek restaurants. So, Ousia certainly fills a niche. The place is spacious, open, and attractive, and the service is friendly and efficient. While offering both small and full plates of some Greek classics, Ousia's menu is more American-Greek than authentic Greek. That said, Ousia is a nice addition especially when catching a film at the wonderful Landmark 57 Theater.

Ousia is a favorite of ours. The restaurant is handsome. Everything I have eaten here has been delicious. Particularly good are the kale salad, scallops, the chicken, each of the spreads we have tried such as hummus and edamame/pistachio. Can't wait to go back.

Ousia, near New jersey, but little else as yet,is an attractive spot. Bargain lunch is, at $22 sorely lacking in food of interest. Avgolemono soup only fair and a chicken entree decent enough. With one waitress for the room, service was not much. Highlight of the meal was a glass of Ommegang beer. See no reason to return with so many better Greek restaurants more accessible. On the limited basis of our meal, not one of the Livanos's winners.

The martinis (vodka and gin) were good and so was the Baklava. For main courses, skip the rooster with hand rolled pasta. Scallops were good.

New to Hell’s Kitchen, this restaurant is great for many occasions: special occasion, dinner out with significant other, friends gathering. Not recommended for families with children. Chill vibe and great atmosphere. Well thought out interior design and an amazing ambiance are topped off by some super cocktails that are light and clean on the palette; main course had the filet mignon. Seriously must try that and the hummus. Small plates were on point as well; table attendant was attentive and not invasive. Good meal, timely service, beautiful atmosphere and menu. Well done.

Non-traditional for Greek cuisine; more trendy atmosphere and decor with very good food and service. Definitely recommended but don’t expect to see Mama & Papa and a big pile of meat/veggies anywhere!

This was anniversary date night for my husband and me; we indicated that on the Open Table reservation and were greeted with a lovely champagne toast. The food was outrageous; Htipiti, Edamame and Pistachio and of course, Tzatziki spreads with warm, grilled pita; saganaki; lamb chops and beet ravioli. Outrageously delicious.

This is all the way far West side, but in a brand new building, so it MUCH more spacious than a typical Manhattan restaurant (so not squeezed into the ground floor of an old townhouse.) Small menu, with Greek-ish food, but modern decor and flavors and such. Worth the hike over.

I got together with 9 of my friends prior to my departure from New York. We arrived around 7pm, some of us early and some of us later. The bar team took care of us and made us all fantastic cocktails with great descriptions and tailoring for our preferences. Once we all had arrived, we were promptly seated at a long table by the window as the sun was about to set. Being a fan of wine, the extensive wine list, especially Greek wines was very impressive. We stuck exclusively to Greek wines for the night, ranging from a fun Assyrtiko with fantastic minerality to a surprisingly complex and delicious Xinomavro along with a couple bottles of fruit forward Agiorgitiko. The service staff did a fantastic job at suggesting plates to pair the wine with and made it easy for us to order family style and share multiple dishes (suggested way of dining at Ousia). The complimentary spreads were all delicious. We all agreed that the octopus, the saganaki, and the whole dorade were the highlights. All in all, if you're around the west side, do make the walk across 11th Ave on 57th St to Ousia for a delightful Greek meal with attentive service in a comfortable and inviting setting.
