A cosy Balmain restaurant open from 5:30pm, 7 days a week.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, we will be having 4 sittings: 5.30pm-7pm, 6pm-7.30pm, 7pm-close and 7.30pm-close. Early sittings must be out in 1.5 hours.

If we are fully booked online, please call the restaurant as we may have alternative seating available for you.

We offer a variety of function facilities and menu choices to suit most needs. We also cater for weekday lunch functions. The Courtyard The upstairs courtyard is by far the most popular choice for large bookings due to its unique setting, privacy and the fact that it is outdoors. Options for around 30 people include 2 or 3 course sit down menus or the more social finger food menu for a more casual affair. The Meeting Room We also cater for up to 10 people in a more intimate setting in our meeting room. This is popular with local businesses for meetings or for those in search of a quieter environment rather than the atmosphere and buzz of a busy restaurant. Ground Floor The downstairs section of the restaurant may also be booked for private use. This area seats approximately 40 people.

Our Place has consistently produced excellent food and menus over the years that we have been to the restaurant. The service is relaxed and friendly and the only negative is that they are closing soon. They will be sadly missed in Balmain and we thank them for the many great nights we have enjoyed.

It was a fab occassion as usual. Great place to have a tasty wholesome meal on a weeknight with friends. Such a shame that you willing be closing up soon.

The food at Our Place is consistently a very high standard. Always very tasty, well presented and cooked perfectly. Staff are always helpful and friendly and we love going there.

Fabulous food and mood in no small part created by the attitude and care of the owner and staff. Terrific spot. One of those restaurants where every visit is an occasion to remember fondly.
