Permanently Closed-Chef Paul is now moving on to his next adventure by opening Our Passion at the Trio, an upscale casual dining experience in an intimate setting. Chef Paul is bringing flavors of the world and combining them with a modern day twist and creative presentations. His eclectic menu offers a culinary variety to surely satisfy all palates. “Why the name? Because it is just that, our passion. It started with my grandfather and it continues today with my wife and children. I expect people to feel that passion the minute they enter my restaurant. The passion is just not in the food. It begins with our logo, the eternal fire symbol for passion and continues with the décor, the music, the signature cocktails and the service. I believe that dinning should be a journey. At first you are excited about what’s to come, half way through you wish it would never end, and when it does, you can’t wait to do it again.”
