   Our server Vann was spectacular and the food suggestions he made were delicious. We ordered ribs , bolognese, affogato and espresso martinis. Def will recommend to family and friends

   Was there on a Thursday night (4-24-25) when we made reservation they said they would have a small jazz band playing, which myself and the 3 other people thought we would enjoy. WRONG !! Piano player, Bass, Drums, we had to move our table out of that room because we couldn't hear ourselves. CRAZY LOUD !!! Service was horrendous, I don't know if they were short handed or what and if so they should of said so. ( Not the waiter halt ) If you don't mind paying high prices and getting small portions ( Not Even Bread for the Table ) and always looking for your waiter then this is the place for you. Very disappointed.

   Very friendly and helpful servers in a unique and fun atmosphere.Food was delicious and a good value compared to similar restaurants in the area. I will definitely return.

   We've been to Otto's a few times. The food is always bgreat, the ambiance is lovely & the staff is kind & accommodating.

    Great food, nice atmosphere, terrible service. Hard to understand how they have not resolved their service issues after all this time. Disappointing. Would be a top notch restaurant if they taught proper service protocols.
