About Otto Las Vegas
OTTO’s menu is diverse and decadent, flexible and full of variety. Antipasti range from a wide variety of our local Farmers Market vegetables, such as Beets with Saba and our house marinated Mixed Olives, to Prosciutto di Parma and all of our house made and cured Salumi, perfected by our Executive Chef Mario Batali. Chef Batali, along with Zach Allen, has perfected the ideal version of thin, crisp Neapolitan-style pizza and presents over 15 varieties, including classics like Margherita and Meatball, with a new and creative take on pizzas like the Vongole with fresh clams and The Carbonara with guanciale and locally farmed eggs. At Otto-Las Vegas, guests will enjoy regional Italian dishes while drinking classic Italian wines from a list of over two hundred selections, including multiple selections by Joe Bastianich.

Otto Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Originally very excited to go eat a delicious gourmet meal from my top Italian Chef Mario, however I was not impressed by the waitresses enability to make my wife and I feel welcomed to her restaurant, let alone table! First greeting is always accompanied by, "Have you ever visited us before", next would be giving your customer a short summary of your list of wine and food specials! The Waitress gave nothing except her odd facial expressions as if you were supposed to know what you wanted with no assistance! My wife ordered the Ravioli with braised short rib! Sauce was savory but too salty... Ravioli was deliciously al dente however the short rib was dry and chalky! I had the shrimp linguine which was fabulous... Shrimp cooked in flavorful buttery garlic sauce and a hit of red pepper flakes made the dish explode with zesty Italiano taste... The linguine was great and the garlic broccoli florets topped off the fresh cuisine! Overall, yes I'd go back however work needs to be done with service staff! Thanks Josh Rosen
Big fan of this place while I'm in Vegas. We actually went twice on this trip. Once after running the Rock N Roll 5K, in normal clothes, desperate for carbs, and the next day after the half marathon, dressed as Elvis and a Sailor. The staff were kind enough to let us dine that way, and it was a super fun meal.
I have loved everything I've had here, but my recommendation is for you to have the fried cauliflower (TRUST ME) and the truffle pizza (no brainer). My favorite wine on the reasonable-priced glass list is the Nero D'Avola.
Very nice seating, attentive waiters and delicious food. We shared rigatoni with a pizza and it was more than enough. Everything looks really good on the menu. The staff was sweet to remember my fiancé birthday cake request. Nice attention from the restaurant. Thank you!
Once again, we came to Otto (Saturday 10/27/17 @ 8:30PM) and had an amazing experience; really, this is not just a meal, but a dining experience. We drive in, 2.5 hrs, just to dine here.
I love the change of seasons at Otto--the ingredients reflect the Fall and I couldn't be more pleased with the unctuous nature of the menu. I do, still, miss the carmelized onion bruschetta, but other than that one point, everything is perfection. Our Hostess set the tone from the moment we arrived. She made us feel like we were being welcomed into a friend's home.
Our Server, Chantasi, was the height of professionalism and knowledge. She suggested and we followed her lead and were certainly impressed. Chantasi's assistant was also super efficient and I am sorry that I did not get her name.
We will be back soon because this is, for our family, the perfect combination of food-love and ambience in Las Vegas.
Hard to think of "scenic view"as a plus when you're indoors, but it's true. Faux Venice, but the food is absolutely real and impressive. It's a pizza place, order one. A great dining value considering where you are. This is a "don't miss" spot, make a reservation.
So appreciative of their willingness to prepare gluten free options for each of their dishes. Despite it being much, much (horribly) too loud (is there a reason they have to make it SO loud??) and semi-impossible to hold a business meeting, at least the food and service was good.
Excellent dining experience from the host/servers and manager (who provided complimentary Prosecco as he was aware of our anniversary celebration via OpenTable). Food was amazing and service was timed perfectly. We never felt rushed and were looked after in a courteous manner.
Our party of 5 Was very excited to dine here. We were disappointed by starter of squash blossoms. Filling was excellent but batter of rice flour (I believe ) was bland and awkward. We are Used to a cornmeal batter.; as it is very Crispy and light. Roasted beet starter was excellent as was pizza , pasta arrabiatta, crab ravioli and spaghetti with meatballs. Service and ambience of "st Marks Square " was great.
Awesome location, food was spectacular - especially the crab raviloli. Extensive wine list by the glass and to finish off, have some gelato - it was jst perfect to finish off a lovely meal. People watching is the best as it's in St Marks square in the Venetian so always a wedding, singing and lots of people!
HUGE disappointment. I refuse to believe that Mario Batali would approve of the food that came out of the kitchen at Otto. The pizza looked like it came right out of a freezer and it was so bad, I could only eat one slice. The place is super noisy and our service was very poor. After we finished eating, we sat for 20 solid minutes before our waitress even looked at us. We were going to have coffee and dessert, but by the time she came to our table, we just wanted to get out of there. I absolutely love Mario Batali and have eaten and many of his restaurants, but this was a below average meal and I will not return.
The only issues we had is one of the guests at our table had a difficult time hearing because of the constant murmuring crowd sound from the indoor San Marco Piazza. The service was superb and the wait staff was very gracious with our numerous questions and even repeating selections for our friend who was having a difficult time hearing. The food was absolutely fabulous!
We chose Otto based on a recommendation and the view is awesome in this area of the Venetian Hotel for being indoors. The food portions are not so large you are stuffed. There are not many non-meat options but we were able to find two different meals we liked.
Had high hopes for this restaurant but ended up disappointed. I ordered the Rigatoni alla Napolitana and ended up with a 2"x3" piece of fat on my dish. I understand it is used for flavor but it should not be served on a plate. When I showed it to the waiter I was told "people like to eat it." After a little friendly back and forth he agreed it should have never been served on the plate and begrudgingly offered to bring me a new one. The dish tasted good but was totally grossed out by the large piece of fat.
We also ordered a cheese plate and Ravioli which both tasted great.
Lastly, it took the waiter over 10minutes to bring us the check after asking (nicely) twice. He just proceeded to set a table for a new table. Then we were rudely dismissed by him after paying the bill.
Bottom line, for the price I am sure you can get equivalent tasting food and much better service.
We dine here often. The food, especially the Bucatini is delicious. It's one of the finest Italian dishes I've ever had to include many in Italy. I also enjoy the variety of cheese they offer. The honey with black truffle that is served with your cheese selection is amazing. Ask for a large portion of it.
The service is very good. This was a Friday evening, but wasn't overly busy yet at times it took a bit to refill water and ask if we would like another glass of wine. They also served the entree while we were finishing an appetizer and cheese. Minor stuff, but could be easily fixed.
The prices are little high even for a large tourist hotel like The Venetian. The pasta is $21. I think the fair price is $17-19. I love it, so I come often and pay for it. They got me.
