Excellent, highly recommended.
Great atmosphere, meat and cheese boards were very good. Lasagna was dry and Margarita pizza not very flavourful. Sorbet/gelato selection was great.
Truly disappointed, we have had lunch many times-always above average/ this was first and last visit/ we booked through Open Table / they seated us inside in what seemed to be a alcove / while seating walk-in diners out in open :
Worst of all food and service where BAD. 😂
Everything was great! Noise level, being in a “mall” setting make it difficult to be on a low level
Outstanding food! Wish we lived closer
Service was exceptional. Food tasty. Noisy but loved the ambiance
Very pleased with our dinner at Otto. The Ravioli was perfect and very tasty. Would definitely recommend and plan to return on future visits to Las Vegas!
Overall a great experience
First, Edith is a fantastic server, she is very patient and attentive. We sampled 4 wines before we found the right one. The arugula salad is phenomenal. The pizzas, both regular and gluten free were excellent. The gelato trio was outatanding. The grappa selection was great. We've eaten at Otto several times and will definitely go back!
Love this place is our go to every trip.
Awesome meal, great service.
It is a great place The food was absolutely fantastic Very pleased to have discovered this place
They were great! It was my bday and the arrange a table for us inside, in one of their room.
Great service with a fairly loud noise level. Food was good but order less than you think you will need
The restaurant itself was fine. Service was good and food quality was quite good. The reason for the 3 stars overall is that anyone who is considering this venue needs to know that if you are seated in the outside area, which we were, you will not be able to hear yourself think when the music is playin in the courtyard. There is a group that was playing in the square and with the domed ceiling in the square, it was deafening and having a quality conversation was impossible. During the breaks in the music, we could talk and the overall din was manageable.
Easy to reserve a time slot with OpenTable, attentive staff, and surprisingly good food. I went in with expectations of a pizza better than fast food, but I was surprised by the quality of sauces and ingredients. The service of the staff was exceptional.
Excellent food and service in nice surroundings, very enjoyable.
Otto used to be one of our favorite lunch places in Vegas. Not any longer. The quality of the food is way down compared to prior visits over the last 10 years. The pizza tasted like it was frozen and the other menu selections were mediiocre at best. Very disappointing.
Pizza was great if you like thin and crispy, which we do. Hand made gelato was really yummy. This is in a very busy area of the mall so if you sit at the ‘outdoor’ tables, you will be treated to s show and throngs of tourists parading by. We watched the show for about 20 minutes then asked to move inside as it was just too loud for us to hear each other talk. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but if you are staying at the Venetian it is s good pizza place.
I had the shrimp lingunine. The only good thing about the dish was the noodles. The shrimp looked and taste like they were boiled then popped down in the dish. Yuck. Will not go back again. No thank you.
Loved it! Service was impeccable, great recommendations from the Sommelier
Great out-of-Italy menu. Love the pizza and the wine list. I eat here every time I come to Vegas.
They were visibly stressed out it was very busy. Food was good, server forgot requests for things like pepper etc. salads came after main course. They tried to clear the salads 30 seconds after delivering them. Weird! We have previously had 2 great lunches here so this was a first, I can only assume they were overbooked.
Best business lunch spot while attending trade shows at the Sands (Venetian and Palazzo)!
Go to McDonalds instead. Branzino was edible, but not fresh, and not well prepared. The waiter suggested a truly awful wine pairing. I was hoping dessert would at have a hope of saving the evening, but it was the worst part -- the tiramisu was hard and sugar laced, so I sent it back and figured how could they mess up ice cream? They found a way -- 3 scoops smashed on top of one another -- zero points for presentation (did they even care?) and no way to taste each flavor individually.
Not as special as we remember. Staff just wasn't on top of it and it was Saturday night. Sad. Used to be one of our favorite home away from home places.
Server was excellent. Food wasn’t what I would expect from a Mario Batali restaurant. Pastas we ordered were very salty.
We booked there for New Year’s Eve to start the night food and wine was amazing
El filete a la Tagliatta muy duro, nada que ver con un buen filete. El mesero no sabe abrir, ni servir una botella de vino. Nada de lo que uno espera de un restaurante de un chef reconocido. Lo bueno: el vino y el tiramisú
Always great food though pizza was a little wet and underdone this time. Charcuterie and cheese was amazing and short rib ravioli were sumptuous! Love the sparkling rose and while for some strange reason the hostess is always salty, our waitress Ruth, bussers and the manger were outstanding. Can’t believe Batali has really stepped down but hope the food doesn’t suffer. Always a favorite go-to place when in NYC or Vegas.
