Lunch meeting with a business partner. Love the atmosphere. Although it does get a little loud with the skit going on in the square

Ottos is one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. We try to go every time we get there. We started with a beautiful meat and cheese plate which our waitress helped with the choices. The bread baskets were kept full. There were 7 people in our party. A couple of us split the salads then ordered our main course. I absolutely loved my mussels and pasta dish and the others raved about their meals. Incredible Italian wines, service outstanding and atmosphere fun. Don't miss an opportunity to enjoy this great spot.

This is the second time having a business lunch here, don’t really care for the food. If it was up to me I wouldn’t have a meal here.

Awesome housemade GLUTEN FREE PIZZA Crust!! Thank you Otto. They just started making their own, and it is probably the best GF crust I've ever had. I think it's probably better than most "regular" pizza crusts also.

Overall service was poor. While we were waiting for our table we approached the small bar to get drinks. Bartender was dismissive and intentionally made us wait (for beer) and acted surprised when our table was ready and he missed the order.

I felt like we were a burden on our server; she didn't seem interested in helping or clarifying questions we had about the menu. She didn't ask us if it was our first time dining there. I had clients and we were all from out of town so we were all new to Otto's. I had to get drinks from the maitre d'. Food was ok but nothing special that stood out. Here's a picture of one of the deserts we ordered.

I typically have great experiences at restaurants in Vegas and this was a disappointment. There is a lot of snobby attitude to go around and nothing to show for it.

Otto is a fantastic go-to restaurant at the Venetian. Great antipasti, pasta and pizza. We loved the atmosphere of dining 'al fresco'. Perfect spot for a business dinner or a family/friends get-together.

Good Italian food, but the seating is all out in the noisiest part of the resort so there are tons of people walking around constantly. Makes it feel almost like a food court.

We have been here 10+ times. The menu has changed slightly and the quality certainly did not seem to be there. Seems like a different clientele as well.

A special bruschetta appetizer was probably the star of this meal which included arugula and sliced Parmesan cheese. Excellent. Pizza was just OK. A special mushroom and truffle ravioli was very rich and very good. Cannoli was three small ones and good, not great. Peroni on tap was extremely good, and a Sauvignon Blanc was amazing. Very good service. Fun eating "outside" in the always twilight shopping area of Venetian / Palazzo.

Good food, good service. I did not like, however, the electronic device used for paying the bill. The waiter hold on to it looking over your shoulder while you are asked to enter the tip. It’s a bit intimidating and unpleasant. Please stop this practice. Otherwise, great food and service and I highly recommend.

Right on St. Mark's Square in The Venetian Hotel, Otto was a nice place to dine during a Vegas convention. Get an outside table if you can - it makes the experience. Our waiter was awesome, recommended a pricey but fantastic wine that is now on my list of favorites (“Philip” Mazzei 2012 for $165, under the Super Tuscans), and we had a charcuterie with formaggi that was really good. We all ordered pastas that seemed like they were under the heat lamp for a while, and they were okay. The hotel was extremely busy and full, so I am considering that in my review. Fun to sit outside and enjoy the energy of St. Mark's Square. Inside is just an ordinary experience. Make sure to order an outside table.

Great food; medium rare is NYC medium rare.. so be careful regarding meat temps.

I go to Otto twice a year for about 10 years now. This time I was seated and waited 20 min for a server only when I flagged someone down was I offered a drink.

Not as good as last year - calamari was soggy not the typical basket of crispy calamari you’d expect. Pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe was tasty but very salty. Cap reset was very good and pizzas were very good. Carbonara was mediocre under seasoned

Great service but it was loud in the mall because people were singing. Good for a casual lunch but the food should be better.

Unpretentious and casual, and the pasta is exceptional. Fast service, especially during lunch at a busy conference. A favorite stand-by when in Vegas..

The hostess was extremely rude and kept shoving us to the side where there was no where to stand. When we finally were seated the food was way over priced for what we got.

First the hostess lied about the availability of tables. She refused to put us at a table that was left vacant for one and one half hours. We were dressed to the "nines" by the way. We could barely understand the waitress and she was extremely bored with the job. The food was over cooked and delivered slow. We had been to this restaurant many times, but the level of service has dropped dramatically.

Truly disappointed, we have had lunch many times-always above average/ this was first and last visit/ we booked through Open Table / they seated us inside in what seemed to be a alcove / while seating walk-in diners out in open :
Worst of all food and service where BAD. 😂

First, Edith is a fantastic server, she is very patient and attentive. We sampled 4 wines before we found the right one. The arugula salad is phenomenal. The pizzas, both regular and gluten free were excellent. The gelato trio was outatanding. The grappa selection was great. We've eaten at Otto several times and will definitely go back!

The restaurant itself was fine. Service was good and food quality was quite good. The reason for the 3 stars overall is that anyone who is considering this venue needs to know that if you are seated in the outside area, which we were, you will not be able to hear yourself think when the music is playin in the courtyard. There is a group that was playing in the square and with the domed ceiling in the square, it was deafening and having a quality conversation was impossible. During the breaks in the music, we could talk and the overall din was manageable.

Easy to reserve a time slot with OpenTable, attentive staff, and surprisingly good food. I went in with expectations of a pizza better than fast food, but I was surprised by the quality of sauces and ingredients. The service of the staff was exceptional.
